Jennie and Rob were married on May 9th at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Little Black Book Photographer, Amanda Kraft McGary sent us their beautiful wedding photos to share with you today!
LOVE the LOVEBIRDS!

Jennie and Rob met in college while working at a local radio station. They exchanged vows on the terrace overlooking Independence Hall in the distance. Jennie wore a Pricilla of Boston gown paired with blue Jimmy Choo’s. Rob opted for a black tux and bow tie.

During the ceremony, Rob performed a song entitled “The Book of Love.” The ceremony was performed by Mayor Michael Nutter of Philadelphia.

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed the cocktail hour before transitioning into dinner and dancing. The lovely floral decor was by Petals Lane. All paper products {invites, programs, escort cards, etc.} were via the enormously talented ladies at bird and banner, based here in philly. The cake was from the brown betty dessert boutique.

How cool (ha!) is this dachshund ice sculpture … {in honor of their beloved dog, Leo!}.

So beautiful!
Congratulations to Jennie & Rob … and a HUGE thank you to Amanda Kraft McGary for sharing their day!
Gorgeous hairpiece...a fun + elegant wedding, too :-)
Any idea how I could get in touch with the couple? The lanterns shown on the staircase are the same lanterns we are using as centerpieces and we have been looking everywhere for about 10 more.
Oh wow! these picture are beautiful! Awesome job! I'm sure the bride and groom and Ultra happy with them! -Tim
Nice images. Love the details shots.
This is Kellie from the National Constitution Center. Jennie and Rob were such a nice couple to work with and these pictures are beautiful! The florals and decor were done by Petals Lane (Brittany Gillespie) who does fabulous work as you can see. We are having a wedding open house tomorrow evening from 5-8pm for anyone interested. We will be featuring Brittany's floral arrangements, our caterer (Max & Me Catering) and cake vendor, Isgro's Bakery. For more info on weddings here, feel free to contact me or click on the link above!
Can someone please email me and let me know where they got the lanterns? This would totally make my wedding!

Hi everyone! Greetings from the bride (er, former bride?)
Thank you so much for your posts- we had such a great time at our wedding, I don't think I'll ever be able to sum it up. We worked with really great people like Amanda, our photographer, who helped to ensure that our day went smoothly and that everything turned out the way we envisioned it- from dachshund ice sculpture to escort cards that matched our invites, to yellow and grey a-go-go.
So I know there are a couple of questions about the lanterns- the lanterns were rented, and were provided by our wonderful florist, Brittany at Petal's Lane, here in Philadelphia. The website is: petalslane.com and she could probably tell you more specifically where the lanterns come from. I'm sorry that I can't be more helpful, but if anyone has any questions about other details, just let me know!
Jennie
Amazing photos, and absolutely perfect cake topper!!! Where did you find the cake topper?
