The truffle cake is impressive, but not attractive. Would be great for a holiday party though.

My wedding cake was from April Reed, and we recently defrosted the top layer for our first anniversary – it was DELICIOUS! One year later, and her almond pound cake, and latte and chocolate buttercreams were still scrumptious!
