Hello,
I am getting married soon and was hoping to incorporate a travel thme into our wedding. I am planning on doing a world map tableplan-any ideas? I was hoping to create my own to cut down on costs, but if anyone knows of any good websites that would be great to. Thanking you in advance

I love travel-themed weddings. I saw a cake on TheKnot.com that was really cute – it was a cream color with (subtle) lime green travel lines connecting a few of the couples’ destinations, and the topper was luggage. It has a very cute but modern looking cartoon-feel to it – very tasteful. I wish I could show a picture!

I am loving the travel themed weddings!! Those passport invitations are incredible…love them! I make some really cool compass cuff links that are a favorite among brides for groomsmen gifts…they would fit in perfectly with the travel theme

So glad that you are focusing some on “travel” or “destination” details. It is sooo hard to find ideas out there that are both unique and “portable”. We are getting married in Cabo in October and are looking forward to your upcoming posts.
