Well, we are running a little bit late today…after an amazing weekend wedding in Laguna Beach, Monday has come WAY too fast. But, to make up for the delay, I thought we could start the week off with an INCREDIBLE giveaway by our wonderfully talented friends at Hello! Lucky!!!
The ridiculously fabulous Joel Dewberry has designed a new line of exclusive invitations for the Hello! Lucky brand and in a word, they are perfection.
\
To enter the giveaway, head over to the Hello! I absolutely love the Sparrows line from the Joel Dewberry collection. It's beautiful and perfect for our garden ceremony! My fiance is in graduate school and I just had my hours cut back, so winning this would be a blessing words couldn't describe. Best of luck to everyone!
i love all of these!!!!
If I could use them as rehearsal dinner invites (we'd only need 40!), I would pick the pink woodland damask pattern. I DIYed my wedding invites, but we're coming down to the wire on time and I don't know if I'm going to be able to crank something out for the rehearsal dinner.
The Architecture line in Joel Dewberrys collection is absolutely gorgeous! I love the simplicity but intricate details of this piece. I'm a detail person and know this would just be the icing on the cake for my wedding! To cut costs (since I was recently laid off from my job) I am thinking of doing my invitations myself in photoshop. This would definitely be a huge stress reliever! I know any bride will be lucky to win such an amazing gift from Hello Lucky. All of them are gorgeous its almost hard to choose!
Love the vineyard invitation. Thank you for the offer! We are presently getting married the day after Christmas and would love to have invites in red & gold if possible.
I love the Chandelier invitations in the EIEIO set! They are perfection! We are getting married in an art-deco style ballroom in a restaurant here in Pittsburgh. The champagne and coal colors of the invitation are exactly the elegant touch I am looking for - slightly art deco, yet very modern at the same time. I am in love!
My fiance is out of town for a work trip and has put me on wedding blog duty....know I know why! I think she'd like the Shangri-La design. Our ceremony is outside so I think the flower blossoms would look really good. This is a great prize to win. Thanks Hello Lucky! This trip has been pretty stressful on my gal so far and we've had some budget issues lately, so winning this would be a great welcome home present for me to give to her.
I love the Shangri-La from Joel Dewberry. It is absolutely beautiful!!
My very best friend is getting married in Grand Caymen next June. Together, we've been working on her "relaxed-beach-chic" wedding. When I saw the "Architecture" line in persimmon and pool - it was fate! "Persimmon" is her favorite color and "Pool" reminds me of her talents as a swimmer. They are exactly the right colors to represent this awesome lady! I know the couple is planning to use coral, aqua, and navy as inspiration colors (girls in aqua dresses, guys in navy linen blazers, white sculptural lanters, and coral flowers) and well, this invitation suite would be such a hit! Although I'm not the bride, I would love to be selected so I may suprise my very best friend with this beautiful, personal, and incredible offer.
I love Hello Lucky! I buy their cards all the time from a lovely gift shop here in town (Jackson, WY). Little works of letterpress art!
I looooooooove the sparrows! I am having a fall wedding on a farm and the branch is absolutely perfect for our rustic themed wedding. Our invite budget is teeny tiny though, so this would really be wonderful.
I love the simple elegance of the Sparrows (berries and expresso) in the Joel Dewberry line. It would be perfect for our outdoor wedding at a historic building with a slight Asian flare. An invitation that is elegant yet modern would really set the right tone.
I adore the Poppy Stripe! The mood is so upbeat, informal and fun: just what we want for our wedding!
I'm LOVING 'meadow'. Nothing brings me peace like rolling meadows, my fiance wants to be an organic, grass-fed meat farmer when we graduate from grad school, AND we're getting married on a goat farm. It's so perfect. I've tried incorporating that same grassy look in invitations I'm doing myself (grad school = zero budget), but never with such success as Hello Lucky can. It's fantastic! Thanks for the opportunity.
My favorite design is the chandelier design! It's so elegant and modern.
How could you not just LOVE LOVE LOVE the chandelier invite in the EIEIO collection? Its sophisticated and whimsical all wrapped into one! and the best part? The chandelier adornments mirror my dress! Who would have thought? Thanks for the great give away!
Can Hello!Lucky get any better? Seriously...every new collection is better than the last. I am enamored of Ironwork from the Joel Dewberry line; it's so beautiful and I think the work at the bottom particularly evokes the feel of our plantation venue. Gosh, I hope I win!!
This is a hard choice! Not only do I have to pick an invite, but also narrow down to a color? Tough.
My favorites are the EIEIO Chandalier, Joel Dewberry Sparrow and Joel Dewberry Ironwork. If I had to pick one, I'd have to go with Ironwork. I love the combination of moss and pool and this is such a classic design. Love it!
I love the Chandelier invitation by EIEIO! They are modern and sophisticated, but a bit of fun too!! The coal and champagne colors would work so great with our other wedding details. Invites were pushed to the back of our minds due to our small budget, but these would be awesome! Thanks for another great give away!
I love the chandelier invitation in champagne and coal. We are getting married in a historic building in downtown Chicago with two Tiffany glass domes and I just think that invitation perfectly matches the feeling we are going for.
The Sparrows from the Joel Dewberry collection are simply perfect for my garden/bird-themed wedding. If we won these, we'll be able to afford matching reply and reception cards cards, rather than having our guests rsvp online!
Fingers crossed!
I have had my heart set on Home Sweet Home since literally 2 days after we got engaged. It's the tree and the rsvp card that did it. I've always loved H.L. as I'm a stationary fiend and I also always knew I was going to get letterpress invitations (I will admit that I spent hours on your website before my boyf asked me to marry him). I visited Iain in London (where we're living - we're getting married at home in SF) and he was absolutely brilliant and so lovely and gave me lots of samples and ideas for different things we could do. And when I got home, my fiance and I looked at all of the samples and costs and decided that we just couldn't afford letterpress. The great news is that the digital version of the invites (and the paper) is really, really beautiful too. I'm a little heartsick still that we can't have letterpress, but the thought of that little tree makes me happy.
Now - I know this offer doesn't extend to Home Sweet Home. I was torn about whether I should even enter. And there is no doubt a bride here who is in love with one of the awesome designs by EIEEO or Joel Dewberry and should definitely get them.
I guess I just wanted to throw my hat in the ring even though it's the wrong kind of hat.
Thank you.
I love Lunaria (apple & stone) in the EIEIO collection! My fiance and I are looking forward to getting married this October in NYC and this has the perfect clean and modern feel to it. My soon to be husband is FDNY and has no living family and I am the youngest of 7 kids so any $$ we could save would be a tremendous gift. Thank you for this opportunity and best wishes to all the other brides!
Hello Lucky never disappoints with there fantastic and classy design. I am in love with print design and these two collections are stunning.
I have a few favorites...how could I narrow this down?!! From the EIEIO Collection I am loving the Lunaira and Meadow. They are both simple, but carry such a sophisticated look. (Perfect for a rustic chic wedding in the country forest)!
I also love from Joel Dewberry Collection Woodland Damask, especially in the green and brown. If I won, I think this is the one I'm going for!
My parents are helping us pay for a wedding and we are trying to keep the costs very minimal, but have a stylish and welcoming wedding. They have done so much for my sister and I (and our fiances...yes, we are both engaged at the same time...Bride Wars! Ah!), that I would like to contribute as much as I am able to. I work in non-profit for disadvantaged youth, so the pay isn't too strong to really help out monetarily, so all I can offer is elbow grease and creativity. :)
We are having a small wedding, so If I was able to contribute with the invitations that would be huge to me! :)
Thank you SMP & Hello Lucky for offering this opportunities to us brides! :) I'm sure whoever wins, will be truly appreciative.
Woodland Damask by Joel Dewberry, in the pale blue struck my fancy. They were all lovely and I am sure the lucky winner will be thrilled with them. Sure would love to be that girl.
I love the Sparrows and Meadow designs! So classic and beautiful!
Thanks!
I really love the chandelier design from EIEIO in blue. It looks really classy & modern.
Love the simplicity and softness of the Meadow design. So pretty!
I love the Architecture line in Joel Dewberry's collection. It's absolutely stunning. The colors of the "Persimmon & Pool" architecture invite make me want to change my colors from pink, green, and navy! But, I think I will stick to the ultimate dream of creating the perfectly preppy wedding!
So perfect... "Sparrows" Berry & Espresso!!!!
My fiance and I are getting married in August in an outdoor garden setting. I would take ANY design from Joel Dewberry's line- they're that good. But since the contest states that we must choose a design that we absolutely must have, I think the Woodland Damask is just beautiful.
i'm totally digging the combination of straight lines and soft flowers in EIEIO's Poppy Stripe (especially in curry and gravel).
thanks for the opportunity!
Let me start off by saying that this morning when I got to work...I pulled up Style Me Pretty just hoping that there was a Hello Lucky giveaway...seriously. Last night we got our second wedding invitation sample (not from Hello Lucky) and the evening ended with me in tears and my fiance looking in the yellow pages for HLA otherwise known as Hello Lucky Anonymous. I have been swooning over their inviations for months and they are just out of our budget. They are SO WORTH IT only we have to cut corners where we can and this is one corner I was forced to cut. I ordered samples from other vendors and NOTHING has made us jump like the adorable designs at Hello Lucky. I am absolutely in love with the Woodland Damask invitation by Joel Dwberry in espresso and spring...it is so perfect because these are our exact wedding colors...only I hadn't come up with a word to describe "our" green as cutely as Hello Lucky did with "spring." These inviations capture all of the sweet elements we have tried to infuse into our day. Damask...in a subtle classy way, elegant charm and vintage beauty. I would be so honored to win this invitation and it might give my fiance a new hobby...other than researching HLA. :)
Love them all, especially home sweet home and the poppy stripe. Two very different collections, but they are just beautiful!
Architecture is simply perfection. As we just picked a date and a location, I have been imagining a pattern just like that for invites. Since we are already reaching the top of our budget, winning these would be fantastic. I would love it in red with the outline in black, as those are our wedding colors. That design matches the sophistication that we are looking for.
Is there a better way to begin the wedding planning crazies than winning the most beautiful invitations ever? I think not. For a late October wedding, the Sparrows in Berry and Espresso from Joel Dewberry would be perfect.
I just got engaged (this past Saturday! Yay!!) and may or may not have been hooked on this blog from the word Yes. Thank you so much for offering giveaways as well as tips and hints! Bless you for making the whole thing happen a little bit easier.
I could have told you my favorite even without looking at your site. I just discovered Style Me Pretty a couple weeks ago, but I found the EIEIO line on HelloLucky months ago (when I got engaged) and I had "Chandelier" bookmarked from the beginning. My fiance and I had one of our first "outings" (NOT A "date," ok?) together at the Museum of Fine Arts so we've decided to have our wedding reception at the same museum. The "Chandelier" suite would go so well with the modern, yet classic style of the museum - simple, clean, but elegant.
Fiance and I are both Vietnamese and for some reason, most Vietnamese weddings come out looking the same - same old-fashioned invites, same cheesy Viet/Chinese restaurant venue, same bottle of XO at every table. For this reason, Fiance and I are consciously making the effort to break the mold! I feel like these invites fall into the updated atmosphere of what we were trying to create so perfectly!
I'd love the Architecture in Rose and Espresso. We are having a small wedding, so only would need 50 invites: however, the colors go perfectly with our venue.
I love the Sparrow Collection! I'm having a fall wedding and branches is my theme. I love the two love-birds sitting on the branches. So Beautiful!
Every time you feature Hello! Lucky and I head over to their website (for the gazillionth time) my heart skips a beat. I am just drooling over their Architecture design and could easily plan my entire wedding using those as the inspiration. My fiancee and I are planning a fall wedding (although it is a secret and we are surprising our friends and family at the last minute) and are using our enormous persimmon tree in the back yard as our focal point (it will be in full bloom in late fall). We have been looking for fall wedding ideas that aren't the traditional purples and oranges and browns. The orange and blue Architecture design would be a stunning way to get the party started! Thank you for giving me yet another excuse to spend a few more minutes of my life drooling over Hello! Lucky's designs. :)
i looove the sparrows! it would go with our wedding website!
It's so hard to choose, but if I had to pick one I'd choose the cherry blossoms. My fiance and I are moving to DC this fall and I'm really looking forward to my first cherry blossom experience next spring!
HelloLucky.com is my favorite website to turn to for inspiration!!! Our favorite invite is the Architecture design!! Crossing my fingers that we win this fabulous giveaway!
Thanks
Oh! My heart sings when looking at the Woodland Damask invitations! These would be just beautiful for our fall wedding, and they would be so much better than the invites we got at Target. Our wedding is a play on the traditional damask theme, so this line would work so well with what we'd like to put together. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
My fiance and I want our invitation to reflect us and also carry the theme throughout on September Vineyard Wedding. The Architectureinvitation in blue not only matches our colors perfectly but evokes the simplicity and elegance that we would like to evoke for the occasion. Invitation costs can add up quickly and due to unforseen family circumstances my finance and I will be paying for the wedding ourselves. This giveaway would help us immensly.
I have to admit to being a little bit of a style me pretty junkie (ok, stalker) and always drool over the gorgeous invitations you feature although they are not in our wedding budget.
I am in L-O-V-E love with Joel Dewberry's Sparrow invites in fuschia and espresso. I am planning my Australian wedding from over in New York (where my fiance and I are currently living) and so everything has been a bit tricky and out of control. We are having a garden wedding with a New York twist so these adorable invitations would give just the right NYC taste as they remind me of the beautiful pink cherry blossoms in NYC parks.
I think if our guests received these incredible invites they would know that they are in for an amazing time at the wedding and our US friends might even make the 26 hour trip over for it! Fingers crossed xx
My fiance and I both fell in love with the Sparrows design when we visted the Hello Lucky studio. It is rustic, but also clean and modern. We would love to have it printed in purple, green and brown. Lovely! Thanks for such a great contest. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
There are just so many beautiful invitations to choose from however our favorite is the Lunaria
in Apple & Stone from the EIEIO collection. My Fiance and I have been dating nearly 6 years, our anniversary is this coming Sunday!! We are so excited to start our lives together and are getting married at a Vineyard in Temecula, CA next March. This invitation is the perfect combination of our venue and color scheme. We are having stone for the bridesmaid dresses, mango colored flowers and accents of apple green. My fiance was recently let go from his job so we have a small budget and this would be a godsend. I hope that you will consider us in your giveaway. Thank you for the opportunity to have such fabulous wedding invitations for our special day.
The Woodland Damask is perfect for our wedding, it ties all of our inspiration together wonderfully. It's elegant, but not stuffy and totally romantic. It just takes my breath away.
Sparrows in berry and espresso is just gorgeous! I absolutely LOVE the simplicity of the design and matched with that gorgeous green envelope - I just have to have it!
I went to Hello!Lucky weeks ago when I read about their site on Style Me Pretty and loved about five different styles. I've finally decided that my favorite is Cherry Blossom in pink and chocolate. Because of our budget I am considering just making our invitations myself (as I'm sure most brides have considered; anywhere to save helps!) Our wedding will be outdoors in Taos, NM next summer. We have chosen chocolate, pink and pewter for our colors. We will be married beneath the boughs of willow trees in a beautiful garden. This invitation is just how I imagine our wedding will be.
I can only pick one?! This is hard...hmmm...sparrows!
I adore Hello! Lucky (they helped us design our save-the-dates) and my fiance and I have chosen the Lunaria design from EIEO in apple and stone for our invites. As the costs of everything wedding-related have escalated throughout our planning, we would very much appreciate the chance to reclaim some of our hard-earned money by winning this giveaway!
We are a bit of a different couple compared to the rest of the others here and on other blogs...a second marriage for the both of us after long (12+ years) first marriages and older (40-somethings). So many sites and "traditions" are about downplaying the day... If any of you have ever gone through a divorce, or have had friends who have gone through them, there are many reasons for a huge celebration (not to mention bravery) of getting married again; the divorce experience was like being in a really BAD breakup for about 2+ years and having to live AND work with them during the process (and multiply that by about 1,000,000). We will not do many of the things that "first timers" do, but we will definitely celebrate many others.
We were/are awestruck with Meadow - we are planning our ceremony amongst the natural grasses of the Central California, on a plateau that overlooks a fabulous view; a very special place for us... And Meadow definitely reflects that space and evokes those feelings.
Thank you for such a wonderful opportunity
I love the aesthetic of all of the invitations, but the Winter Chandelier invitations are my absolute favorite. These perfectly capture the classic-with-a-touch-of-whimsy wedding that we are hoping to achieve. Beautiful work!
Hello we wish we could be so Lucky to win this giveaway! My fiance and I are paying for our Napa wedding ourselves and are facing one challenge after another trying to stay in our little budget. I've just come off of spending yet another weekend wandering the craft stores trying to figure out how to make our wedding invitations and being frustratingly reminded that I am just not that crafty. We'd be so honored and grateful to have any invitation but Joel Dewberry's Ironwork in blue is just what we've been looking for. It reminds us of a wine label and is simply divine. Oh please oh please!
I love the simplicity and serenity of 'Meadow' from EIEIO. That's what I need for this wedding, simplicity and serenity.
I love "Meadow" because it is so simple and earthy. I like the idea of a wedding being simple and fun and just about celebrating love, not so ornate and complicated.
I MUST have the "Architecture". From the Joel Dewberry Collection. Because...
A: Our invites will be hand drawn on paper napkins if we do not win.
and
B: I will have arthritis from drwing them and this will inhibit my wine drinking hand at the wedding!
OH PLEASE OH PLEASE!!!!!!
Thank you HELLO LUCKY!
What would be more perfect for a blackbird themed wedding...blackbird singing in the dead of night...than the loveliness of Joel Dewberry's Sparrows? It's simply meant to be.
Two words...."teacher" and "musician." That should say it all!
I LOVE the SPARROWS and MEADOW!!! Beautiful!
Le sigh...how perfect the Chandelier suite would be for our wedding. Our big day is over a year away, but I've already spent the last two months toiling on the computer trying to design our own invites, knowing I'd need at least 6 months to create something presentable and within our budget. And let me tell you, it's not looking too hot. We've got the hippest little venue for our wedding, but the big trade off was it has no chandeliers! And I LOVE chandeliers! Now, not that I'm not happy to have my cake, but winning these invites would mean I get to eat it, too. Pretty please?
I love the Chandelier suite from the EIEIO collection!!
Our favorite is the fancy chandelier invitation by EIEIO in blossom and coal! We're having more modern reception with these two colors and sage as well! We're super excited about the possibility of having these invitations! It would fit into our budget and we would definitely order a few more invitations and part of the set as well! I've tried the DIY route and I'm definitely not feeling it! It's so much work and to get half-way decent invites it's still going to be pricey! We just spent the weekend visiting our wedding location and I had a huge breakdown and did not have that feeling of "this is where we're supposed to get married!" We're going to try and switch, and will be losing our deposit, so we'd definitely love this opportunity!
Thanks!
-Mary
The Formal Chandelier invite by EIEIO would be perfect with my theme. We're going to have small Ikea version chandeliers strewn throughout our reception...would be lovely to tie it all in together!! haven't even begun to decide how much invitations are, this would be a wonderful surprise!
I think the Woodland Damask is just fantastic! Like everyone, we too are short on money and this bit of help would be an extraordinary gift. We're getting married this winter at a golf club in Los Angeles, and everyone always assumes LA = casual and beachy. But it's winter, so no beach. Yet all the winter wonderland invites we've seen have snowflakes - which would be cute, if we weren't in LA! We've been having a hard time finding invitations that are formal and elegant - yet still festive. I really think these ones are perfect. Thank you so much for the opportunity!
All look great but the Shangri-La is most fitting for us. We are having our wedding at an arboretum and think these would be perfect. Hard to find a great tree/ floral invite that is not crazy formal.
I was immediately drawn to the chandelier invitation by EIEIO since it reminded me of the facility that my fiance and I will celebrate our wedding reception in which is The Waterview. It was the large crystal chandeliers that really captivated us. I realized today that I need to order my wedding invitations this week however I've been dragging my feet in hopes that I would win one of your lucky contests!
I am enamored with EIEIO's Poppy Stripe in curry and gravel. Curry and gravel pretty much sums me and my fiance up-- I'm of Sri Lankan decent and he works in construction! We're getting married in Austin at the wildflower center so the poppies will be in bloom as well. This is a very beautiful design that we would be lucky to have for our wedding invitations. Thanks for this chance!
Love the Woodland Damask - just perfect!
The Woodland Damask invitations are just what I envisioned my invites would look like as a little girl. Beautiful and elegant in every way!
Yup...the Joel Dewberry Sparrows is my favorite. These are gorgeous invitations. Gardening is something that my fiance and I love, and we have a peach tree that always has plenty of birds hanging out on it in our backyard, so this design spoke to me.
I love the Espresso & Persimmon Shangri-La Save the date card. Such a vivid color that will really help people get excited for a beautiful fall wedding. The butterflies and orchids are gorgeous and just perfect. We got engaged in Costa Rica after seeing many of both so we are really excited that this card represents our engagement and wedding so well.
I love the Chandelier design from the EIEIO collection. It's modern, elegant, but still sweet and whimsical.
I love the Lunaria invitation on Hello Lucky! Gorgeous and goes perfectly with our summer wedding in the mountains. I am love with the Hello Lucky! collection and hope to awe and inspire my guests with these invitations.
It was love at first sight when I saw Tim walk into the room. I feel the same way about these invitations! I'm crazy about everything on Style Me Pretty and have been able to take away so many creative ideas that we hope to use on our big day. The Lunaria design from the EIEIO collection will set the perfect mood for our modern, yet romantic garden ceremony. Big THANKS to Hello! Lucky for this opportunity!
My fiance and I are head over heels in love with the Woodland Damask invitation! It has a lovely, festive victorian feel that would be one thousand percent perfect for our vintage-inspired Christmas wedding! We've both always loved the look of the Hello Lucky collections, but (sadly!) they're not in our budget, so winning this giveaway would be wonderful!
The Woodland Damask invitation is stunning, and it's so great to see an "updated traditional" style, which I love. It is ornate without going overboard and the green/brown color scheme would be perfect for our Beaufort, South Carolina wedding this Fall! Thanks for offering such a fabulous product in a great give-away!
I love the Ironwork pattern from the Joel Dewberry Collection. It would perfectly match our wedding locale, known for it's elaborate wrought iron fences and balconies--New Orleans!
Hello! I am absolutely in love with the Meadow design from the EIEIO collection! My fiance and I are getting married on a ranch and there are these fields that are simply breath taking. I was trying to find ways to incorporate the ranch into our design and invitations some way. Everything I have found has been too much or not enough. When I saw the Meadow invite, I said to myself thats it!! It's so simple, yet so unique! I would be honored to use the design as a part of my big day!
Oooh, I love the Architecture invite from the Dewberry collection. It would go beautifully with the historic mansion our reception is in! Fantastic giveaway!
Seriously? I'm swooning over them all... I'm particularly in love with Joel Dewberry's Sparrows in Espresso & Persimmon. It would be so perfect for our wedding!
I LOVE the Joel Dewberry Architecture invitations. They are beautiful!
Shangri-La is my favorite!!
This is my first time to this site -- have heard good things and then my first experience is a finding a giveaway which is key for this bride on a budget! Our wedding is in October in the Outer Banks of NC and although it's a beach wedding, I'm really trying not to be too "beachy" and have been looking for invitations that can uphold that -- Surf by EIEIO does just that - it should be called understated beachy b/c it carries a theme, but doesn't get carried away - love it!
Ironwork: Moss & Pool is cute and classic. I would love to win this- 100 invitations would be the perfect amount for our small wedding!
I love the Ironwork design from the Joel Dewberry collection. Classic with a modern spin!
The Ironwork Expresso and Rose invitation designed by Joel Dewberry is exactly what my fiance, Joey, and I are looking for! I tend to go for the more modern invitations with intricate designs, while Joey likes the a bit more traditional with clean lines. We both agreed that this invitation incorporates both of our styles -- elegant and chic. I also absolutely love that it has a touch of pink to match one of our wedding colors. This is exactly what we were looking for!
I admit I almost didn't enter. After reading 87 comments of wishing, hopefully brides, I thought: I'm not very different from them. Tiny budget, big dreams, and imagination that refuses to be stiffled. So even though I don't stand out for any particular reason, I still thought 'why not'? Why not reach for the Lilies (my favorite) or the Shangri-La or the Ironwork? Why not reach for a wedding, despite all limitations, that expresses perfectly your hopes and dreams while still being outshone by your love? So I'm entering and hoping beyond reason that I'll win. Because when reason tells you its out of reach, inspiration propells you to reach anyway. :)
i just adore the Chandelier cards by eieio!
The sparrows design is absolutely breathtaking. It conveys the tons and the message that is my wedding. It's shows all the beauty and love that is between two people in it's designs and color scheme and still seems so effortless and light. This is how I feel everytime I think of my wedding; just how much I love him and how I feel so loved and am thankful for each day I have with him. If we won, it would be the perfect addition to an almost perfect wedding planning session.
Loooove the Woodland Damask! Love the EIEIO Chandelier one too!!!! So happy they ship to CANADA!!!!
I would love any of these. They are a breath of fresh air from what my mother would pick for my wedding :)
I love the sea ones as I am getting married at the beach. I love the Tides one or the Seashore. My mom and I do not agree on the invitations so it would be an awesome thing to win them so they could be my choice! Love them!
absolutely adore the shangri la collection.
I really like the Shangri La simplicity with the elegant font.
My beautiful sister and her gorgeous fiance are getting married in New Zealand in January 2010. If you have ever been to rural New Zealand, you will know that the internet can be painfully slow there, and that loading even one page of a website with as much eye-candy as SMP or Hello! Lucky takes several minutes. As you can imagine, this is incredibly frustrating, but my sister regularly endures this pain for various SMP posts that I think she must see. While it is something most brides adore, searching online for the perfect invitation for their 'garden party' themed wedding has become more of a chore than a pleasure for my sister, so I would delight in surprising her with Joel Dewberry's Shangri-La invites in espresso and rose. These beautiful invites with their modern, asymmetrical look would suit her style, theme and colors perfectly!
Meadows by EIEIO are classic and stunningly stylish! I am newly engaged and new to SMP - so I'm not sure I'm eligible for the competition, being from Australia!
OMG! I heart all things damask so, of course, I would choose the Woodland Damask. I have this rustic elegance thing going on for our wedding. Basically its in a really rustic setting (an old dairy farm) and I am planning tons of candlelight and surprising bits of opulence for our reception. Those invitations would be perfect. My fiancee and I had picked out something very basic for our invitations, but it would be oh so grand to have something more. Hurry! Pick us before we have to buy something that's regular!!!
My fiance and I are getting married under a large oak in the middle of a field. In fact, the "oak" invite looks like the exact tree we are getting married under! The "sparrows" invite still has that rustic chic wedding look - it is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Hello!Lucky for the this opportunity!
Poppy Stripe of EIEIO is exactly the feel of my wedding. We are getting married in an exposed brick loft room and the reception is on a grassy lawn and in a pavilion. We want it to be a relaxed, more casual, and garden feel. This invitation sets that tone so well. My fiancee and I are paying for our wedding, and unfortunately, the invitations will have to suffer because of our budget. To be able to have invitations as beautiful and stylish as these would be such a treat!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pink architectural digital wedding invite!
I adore both the Shangri La and the Woodland Damask designs. Both stlyes encompass the vision I am creating for our wedding- detailed, yet relaxed, elegant, yet sweet. Thank you for the opportunity!!!
What a lovely offer & such beautiful designs! My fiance and I love the Lilies invite! It is perfect because we don't have "colors," we're going to use whatever flowers my mother is growing in her gorgeous garden. We love the idea of a flower silhouette in a neutral color because the flowers we're using are very important to us symbolically - we just don't know what colors we'll end up with! My mother always has a few tiger and oriental lilies, though, and I'm looking forward to using them for our big day! Thanks again!
I absolutely love the Chandelier invitations in blue. We are getting married at a historic home (a non-profit) in Southern California, and the chandelier invitations are the perfect blend of the vintage architecture with a modern touch. Just beautiful!
i adore the EIEIO design 'lunaria' - it's very mid-modern century and they totally speak to our style. the robin's egg blue + grey combo is exactly what we were thinking for our wedding. the invite is simple, understated, yet fun...just like us!
This couldn't come at a more perfect time! My fiance and I decided to make our own invites, but we aren't having any luck with it so far - we aren't nearly as creative as we thought. We both love the Lunaria design - it matches our contemporary style, our colors (brown + green), and the leaves go with our October wedding date! It's perfect!
What an amazing giveaway! I already made my own weddubg invitations with my gocco, but am looking for invitations for our Friday night welcome/croquet party (croquet whites optional!). My fiance and I met playing croquet and are hosting an afternoon of croquet followed by a casual dinner. The EIEIO Meadow invitation would be perfect!! I love the crisp colors -- they perfectly evoke the feeling of everyone dressed in white surrounded by green grass.
Hello Lucky has the most fabulous designs! I love the Chandelier, especially in the Blossom and Coal -- matches our colors perfectly. It's just the right mix of modern and whimsical -- love them!
The Poppy digital design is simply divine. The typeface it uses is rather exquisite, and I love that one can personalize the colors. I think this design speaks to my aesthetic of classic and contemporary without being cloying or cliche.
These are beautiful, this would be such a gift. For all of us throwing weddings in this economy, it's been tough! I like the chandelier the best, but there were quite a few that caught my eye. Thanks for the opportunity- great contest
I would love to win Architecture in Persimmon & Pool. They match our colors perfectly, but more importantly they would help provide a welcome repreive to my sister-in-law. She's a wonderful graphic designer and agreed to do our invitations for free. However, she just had identical twin girls (beautiful neices!) and lost her job. She's under a high amount of stress, and being able to tell her that the invites are taken care of would be a mountain of pressure lifted off a new mom. Fingers crossed!
Sparrows(berry and espresso)!!
We can't think of anything more fitting for our fall ranch wedding. We will be surrounded by cherry blossoms (and I'm sure a few sparrows) while saying our vows...this invite would be perfection!
We are having a vintage/rustic affair that will include much natural beauty of the outdoors. There will be white horses roaming in pastures and even a goat with a bow tie :) I hope he doesn't eat our dresses! We would be honored to send these wonderful invites to our friends and family as a first glimpse of our big day.
Thank you for this wonderful offer!
I love Meadow! It would go well with our wedding which will be held in an old mill that a couple is lovingly restoring! At the same time it is a crisp and modern design, which I hope to accomplish with my other projects for the wedding. The grasses will be reflected in the area surrounding the mill that our guests will see as they relax on the deck that is being built this summer. Can you tell I love my venue? I'd like to have invitations to love as well!
I adore the Ironwork Digital Wedding Invite Design! The moss and pool colors are the colors we want for our wedding and they match perfectly! We are having a seaside/sunset ceremony on a grass lawn overlooking the beach. When I saw this design it took my breath away and instantly I knew it was the design for us. Just last week we were praying about letting the lord provide what he feels is necessary for us, not to spend frivolously on things we want and think we need. Since we are on a tight budget winning this giveaway would give us one less thing to stress about spending money on and would truly be a prayer answered!
I LOVE the Woodland Damask invitation, I think it just might be fate for my fiance and I to find something so perfect for us. Our upcoming October wedding is all about bringing the outdoors in - and putting a rustic and vintage twist on it.
My fiance and I have been scouring over Etsy and local antique stores for anything rusty or with a nostalgic feeling about it. We have been hand crafting everything from treated wooden slabs for cake stands and platters (with our initials carved into them) and making mossy sticks, mossy stones, terrariums...you name it! So now that we are nearing the task of looking for and (not being able to afford) invitations, we are so hopeful to have found that this set really embodies that enchanting feeling we hope to convey to our guests - the same enchanting feeling we feel together when we are alone and together as a family. (We have a beautiful two year old son.)
My fiance said to me, "If these could be our invitations I know you would be so happy because even though I know you would take on yet another hand made task to make our wedding special, I would love to see smile over something shiny and new without breaking a sweat!" Just knowing that he appreciates everything I have been doing for us is as good as winning these invitations would be! : )
*to see YOU smile over
I LOVE the Poppy stripe. We are going to have poppies as our main flower, it would be so cute!
I am in love with Lunaria from the EIEIO category. I am in the process of creating my wedding, and these are just perfect. I want to do something with plants and green and gray and I think these would be fantastic. They're just the right amount of hip and modern.
These are beautiful. A very good friend of mine is getting married in November in Portland, Oregon and these invitations would fit her style so perfectly!
LUNARIA in the EIEIO Collection is gorgeous! My fiance and I are both in our last months of a 2 year service teaching program and are using apple green as our color (apples for the teachers), so I LOVE the "apple" color design!
My heart really did flutter when I read this post. I am completely in love with Architecture and have been obsessing over it for weeks. The combination of traditional and modern is absolutely perfect for my wedding. The left brained, non-creative accountant in me has been pondering exactly what to write to express how much I would love to be selected. Naturally, I turned to the old standby - haiku ;)
Beautiful invite
Could this girl be so Lucky
Happy bride and groom
Thanks for the great giveaway opportunity!
I heart Shangri-La in Grass and Stone. The colors match our wedding perfectly and the theme reflects our casual outdoor ceremony. I truly ADORE Hello!Lucky and have their website bookmarked on my laptop. There's no telling how many times I have visited the site and "personalized" various designs just to see my name and my fiance's name together on the wedding invitations-- it brings butterflies to my stomach every time and makes me SO EXCITED to tie the knot next year!! Thanks so much to SMP and Hello!Lucky for this fabulous giveaway!
I like the ironwork one! So gorgeous and in our colors, too!
I would love to win the Shangri-la invitations in blue. So, so pretty! This design portrays the whimsy we'd like to convey on our special day!
I love the poppy one and also "architecture" in pool...it's a touch choice, but since my fiance wishes to incorporate elements of tiles and architecture that reflect his love for all things Spanish, I'll go with architecture as my no. 1! Breathtaking designs, all!
I love Architecture in Rose. Classic & elegant! This invitation suits my decoration - Vintage Pink & White :)
I used a Hello! Lucky design for my wedding invites and have had nothing but good feedback on them. They are my absolute favourite things so far about the wedding (and that's saying a lot!) These new invites do make me wish I was planning it all over again though!
Joel Dewberry, your Sparrows in Espresso & Fuchsia design is simply stunning. And I just couldn't help but notice that the tab on this page refers to this design as "Irish Garden Wedding" which is EXACTLY what I'm planning. I'm an American who is planning a spring garden wedding in Ireland - where my fiance is from. These are perfection!
I adore the Lilies invitations from the joel Dewberry collection. Those would work wonderfully for my wedding since those are the flowers I am using in my bouquets.
Architecture in persimmon and pool is classic simplicity. Totally swoon-worthy!
I am a huge fan of Hello! Lucky designs and am in awe of their new lines - affordable digital printing but still on 110lb paper weight? I have been debating making my wedding invitations myself because I haven't been able to find a design and paper quality combination that works with my (very limited) budget. But now that I've seen the new Chandelier design from EIEIO, and fallen in love with it, I don't think I want to have to go with anything else! They are so gorgeous!
I really like the Architecture and the birds in a garden.
I've been engaged for 3 months and haven't figured one thing out. And I love parties! What's wrong with me? Each design is prettier than the last on Hello! Lucky. Seeing the Sparrows invitations has finally got the wheels moving in my mind! Thank you for the beauty and inspiration! I am making a wish right now for Sparrows. :-)
The Lunaria collection is fun, cool and modern. Love it!
i love their take on the chandelier invitation. lovely!!
Joel Dewberry your designs are lovely. I fell in love with the Woodland Damask Espresso & Rose from the new Joel Dewberry collection. Absolutely a must have design for my wedding invitations.
With love and appreciation,
Denise
Oh, between Meadow and Chandelier...so difficult! Both spare, beautiful and ideal for our wedding.
Wow, such a hard choice with some beautiful options in there! I think I would choose the Joel Dewberry Architecture invitation. Classic and elegant, yet a bit understated for our semi-casual affair. Beautiful designs! Also love Surf and Meadow in the EIEIO group.
My fiance is obsessing on the Woodland Damask invitations...I only know this because every time I open my laptop she has left Hello Lucky open on the screen and I have seen it so many times now I even know the name of the site and invitation she likes. It is her birthday next week and I would love to win this prize for her. With wedding planning our budget is tight and I just know this would make her birthday so special.
Ahhh! I'm waiting, I thought we would know tonight?!
i've been checking back all day! i can't stand the suspense! =)
