Bridesmaid Dresses by TwoBirds Bridesmaid

One of the vendors at the event this past weekend was the ridiculously talented Ariane Goldman of TwoBirds Bridesmaid. Who knew that one dress could be twisted and tugged so many different ways…each one cuter than the next. It is beyond me how someone can be so incredible innovative, so incredibly thoughtful in their design.

I kept telling Arianne that she was a celebrity because I had seen her on the Martha Stewart Show…which made her blush, in an adorably modest way (especially for a celebrity!). We are going to collaborate on a really, really fun giveaway in the very near future, but in the meantime…check out the TwoBirds Bridesmaid collection. I swear, your girls will LOVE you for it.

My bride this past weekend had her bridesmaids wearing Two Birds and it was amazing!! All of the girls were different heights and body shapes but the dresses were perfect on everyone! I will definately recommend Two Birds in the future!

  2. Sophie says:

My bridesmaids are wearing a nearly identical dress from a different store. They're amazing! It's great that each can choose a style that suits them. In fact, one just found out she's pregnant and due two weeks before the wedding... but her dress will still fit! Perfect!

  3. those are beautiful, future brides take notice to great bridesmaids dresses.

  4. Sacha says:

I kind of just want one of these for my own closet... it seems like the perfect little black dress to have in your wardrobe!

  5. Jenny Lee says:

This versatile dress is amazing, and I can't think of a better way to please my bridesmaids!!! Now if only they came in an eggplant color...

  6. April says:

I love these dresses and wish that was what we're wearing, especially since they have a bandeau now!

  7. Teresa says:

These are perfect! They are totally making me regret my choice for my bridesmaids...

  8. loren says:

Jenny Lee, Butter by Nadia is a similar dress and it comes in eggplant, I was looking for the same color!

  9. Jenny Lee says:

Thanks Loren! I just looked at the Butter by Nadia website and I love their colors. Plus, you can get the dress in satin or jersey knit material.

I love love love the TwoBirds convertible dress. It's a fabulous dress for any body shape. I want one myself!

  14. I just wrote all about these type of convertible dresses on my blog - http://stellinaevents.blogspot.com/
They are such a perfect idea to keep all your bridesmaids happy!

  15. libby says:

anyone know how much these dresses cost???? they are gorgeous!

  16. TRS says:

Some of the options are pretty cute... but I don't like the lack of structure.
It looks like they would only be good for women with young, full, perky boobs. An itty bitty like me would look ridiculous --- and how do you cover the bra? Something so clingy, the bra would be so obvious even if it were covered.

  17. lucinda says:

There is an obi/wrap that helps cover your bra in the back.

  18. stevie says:

I used the Butter by Nadia dresses for my bridesmaids...they ran $268 (including shipping) for the satin knee-length version. But since there are no alterations you save on that end.

  19. Caroline says:

This dress is gorgeous! I love the color. I'm sure you can wear this to multiple places instead of just to a wedding.

  20. Josh says:

    Not great at all ...

My new bride (married 13 days ago!) just got hers in the mail to wear to her best friends wedding in November.

My bride is a beautiful size 6/8 with natural 36 DD breasts.

We spent an hour this evening trying to come up with some way for her to wear the dress ... and came up with nothing. If you need, or even just prefer, to wear a bra you are out of luck. It is impossible. She went from being very excited for the wedding to rueing the day.

I am considering bringing the dress with my bride to a dress maker, spending a fortune and having it remade so she can wear a bra and actually en joy herself that night.

To all future brides - DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DRESS unless all of your bridesmaids have size B/C breasts at the most.

    ~Josh

  21. linda says:

Josh...tell your bride to find out about the bandeau which will solve the problem! I am not sure how much it costs...maybe $20?...but it will do the trick!

  22. Alison says:

I chose these dresses for my bridesmaids and even ordered one for myself to wear to the rehersal. All of us are big chested but I choose the bandeau's and they seem to be fine, can even wear a strapless bra. They were a bit pricy as the ballgown style was over $300 for the girls dresses. Absolutely love them!

  23. Missy says:

The bandeau ruins the look of the dress. I agree with Josh, forget about this dress if you're larger than an A/B cup! Even if you are small breasted, how do you deal with the headlights?

  24. okeyse says:

what color is this? I love the color!

  25. montse says:

wats the price yall ship dem??

  26. Ashley says:

Has anyone tried the adhesive bra cups for this dress? I just bought the and I don't know what to do about my B's. I am going to a formal event, so I don;t think not having a bra is an option. And the bandeau looks awful with it on me. Thanks!
