Today we are featuring the loveliest wedding ever, filled with gorgeous DIY projects and a graphic designer’s touch. Loving every little bit of this wedding, from the chic color palette, a muted gray and a bright green, to the edited, modern elegant style.

From Jen…
The moment I put on my Amy Kuschel dress, I loved it. But for three months after I bought it right off the rack, I was certain it was the wrong dress for me. Finally, one day at a red light, I blurted out, “I don’t think I like my dress!” Andy asked if I could return it, I told him that’s not how wedding dresses worked, he asked if I could figure out a way to learn to like it. It took me a few months, but the second I saw my husband trying on his classic tux, and I imagined that moment-after shot of us walking back down the aisle, the dress seemed perfect. Looking back, I love its simple glamour, and it let me have more fun with my jewelry and hair. I finished off the look with sassy magenta silk Nine West peep-toes I’d bought off the clearance rack. They didn’t go with anything, but I just liked them. My bridesmaids looked lovely in Melissa Sweet gowns, in different styles of gray chiffon, silk and satin. Two have already worn them again!
I LOVE her wedding band! What color is inside? is it yellow?
where are those earings from? What a gorgeous bride!!!!
Those bridesmaids dresses are awesome! I've always considered myself a short BM dress bride- but after these last two weddings I'm rethinking that opinion!
Where are the bridemaids earrings from? They seem to be exactly what i've been looking for.
I would love to know where the earrings are from also!
I can't wait to see more. I also love her engagement ring. It's beautiful, is it canary?
I have seen the earrings at various dept stores in my city in the midwest. They are made by Monet.
LOVE those earrings!!!
I'm sorry...I may have been wrong about the earrings. I have looked at so many as of late for my wedding! They may have been another designer, but I saw them at a Macy's store in town.
I have to say, I love your dress. I am wearing Amy as well, and my BMs are wearing Melissa Sweet- it looks awesome together!
while i think the earrings are beautiful i am IN LOVE with that bracelet!!! please share where its from!! its exactly what i'm looking for!
gorgeous wedding!! congrats!
I got the earrings at Macy's, but I'm afraid I don't remember the designer! Might be Monet, but I'm not sure... :( The bracelet cuffs came from the AmericasMart in Atlanta, thanks to my best friend and her wily connections. I gave one to each of my bridesmaids and we all had them on. Their earrings were also from the AmericasMart.
Thanks for all the great feedback, fellow SMPers!
I just saw in a new post that the bridesmaids' dresses are knee length, not long. I'm in love!
I am so glad that you said what you did about your dress. I loved mine and bought it within 30 minutes. Of course I have been panicing for the past two months hating it (and seeing pictures of it makes it worse). I am hoping I have a moment like you did where I realize I was right but am so glad to know other brides have freaked out after loving something but come back to loving it again!
I had to smile when I read your comment about possible "buyer's remorse". It reminds me of what I went through when I bought the very first wedding dress I ever tried on, more than 15 years ago! I wrote about that experience in my article, "Playing Dress Up." http://www.herecomestheguide.com/wedding-party-ideas/detail/playing-dress-up/
/> Sometimes it takes time, perspective--and the perfect accessories!--to remind you why it really was love at first sight. With the dress, I mean, not the groom!
Congratulations, Jen.
What a stunning ring! So gorgeous.
So glad you posted about your second thoughts on the dress. I've been going thru the same thing. I was having second thoughts on the simplicity. I feel so much better about it now.
