Real Wedding: Darcy & Matt at the Farm Kitchen, III

April 21st. 2009 by Eddye | Filed Under | 11 comments

We’ve been sharing such lovely photos from Laurel McConnell of Darcy & Matt’s wedding at the Farm Kitchen. What a delightful spot!  On their website it says, Farm Kitchen is a peaceful organic farm near Seattle on the North Kitsap Peninsula. Close to Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, it is just far enough away from the pace of everyday life to make your short trip a pleasure.” Sounds just about perfect to me!

The menu for Darcy & Matt’s wedding was of utmost importance to them (he’s a chef at a Bobby Flay restaurant)!  Herban Feast Catering prepared these luscious-looking dishes …

The cake was from Blackbird Bakery in Bainbridge Island. One more quick look at the cute cake topper …

Married & More With Michelle did a spectacular job coordinating all of Darcy and Matt’s wedding details!

We do have a few more photos of Darcy & Matt’s wedding coming up a little later today, so check back in with us!

In the meantime, take a look at the stunning and romantic Rhode Island wedding sent to us by Images by Berit on today’s Little Black Book Blog. Just spectacular!

I'm not a fan of cake toppers, but that one is pretty cool. Ohh, and Herban Feasts crabcakes are awesome! *drool*

Now THAT is an amazing wedding cake. Clearly, it's going to be a tasty cake, with all those nuts on the side. And the piping is so elegant and lovely, immaculately done. This is not a boring ol' fondant cake. I love it!
