Now on to the absolutely gorgeous reception that Jessie and Matt threw for their guests at a restaurant in Point Loma, California called Old Venice Restaurant and Cafe. Love, love, love the simple elegance of the decor…from the sweet flower arrangements that the bride designed and crafted to the lovely white linens. Every bit is just beautiful.

So much more to come from this gorgeous affair, shot by the wonderful Gia Canali! Oh and if you haven’t already, you have to check out Gia’s blog. Love it! I live in San Diego and this restaurant serves to-die-for food and is such a charming space for a party.
Wouldn't it be nice if all men were OK with such a feminine color palette.
ha ha....getting him to wear that pink shirt was like pulling teeth...but well worth it.
I love the sugar fruit in the centerpieces. And the color palette for this wedding is absolutely perfect! Beautiful work Jessie!
SUGARED FRUIT: For those DIY brides, who like myself would rather be sugaring fruit the day before the wedding instead of a mani-pedi, The best way to do this is to use meringue powder instead of egg whites....and don't even bother if you live somewhere humid...
Those are amazing photographs for a beautiful wedding! Well done GIA!
What a lovely spread, Jessie. Congratulations on the publicity.
It was almost like being there again!
can anyone ID the font in the table number print?
it's call "the king and queen" and I absolutely fell in LOVE with it
