Here are a few more bits of eye candy from Amy and Alex’s St. Helena affair…

The teeny tiny crystal chandeliers, the small, monochromatic pink flowers (with the bridal bouquets being used as a centerpiece), the simple table cards…everything is gorgeous. Lisa Lefkowitz did an incredible job capturing the magic of the evening, the details that made the entire wedding really sparkle.
Some tips if you are NOT having your wedding at a private residence that is naturally this gorgeous…
-White linens paired with simple white china look gorgeous when accented with small, pink hued centerpieces set in pedestal bowls. For that same look, with a Southern twist, use three silver mint julep cups. Make sure to vary the pinks a bit so as to add depth and dimension to your look.
-Make simple table cards using card stock from Paper Source. You can cut the top white piece to be slightly smaller (about 1/4 – 1/2″ total on top and 1/4 – 1/2″ total on bottom), then use double sided table to adhere it to the bottom chocolate brown stock. Use a small frame stand to prop it up.
-Add a bit of sparkle by hanging chandelier tea light holders with heavy duty fishing wire. OR, if there isn’t a place to hang a chandelier, tuck glitzy huricane vases or tea lights in among your flowers.
A bit more on the way!
UHM how can you not ADORE those small and totally affordable tea light chandeliers?! So amazing!
Is there any way to find out where the chandeliers in this wedding came from? I LOVE them and I have been looking for some high and low for my wedding. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!
Oh wow, this wedding is so enchanting! Her dress reminds me of the movie Ever After. The flowers are such a beautiful mix. One of my faves!!
I agree. Please, please tell us where the chandeliers are from! They are wonderful.
Love the details! Just fabulous!
What a perfect event!! The flowers are amazing.
What an amazing event...WoW!!! it looks like a dream, I bet you had a great time. Congratulations!!!
love those couple shots, great light.
Isn't the entire thing great!? I honestly don't know where they got the chandeliers as they worked with a lighting company. But, check out the ones by Z Gallerie above. They are pretty perfect!
I am having a pink wedding as well and will definitely be using 3 or more mint julep cups as my centerpieces for each table. I found some really inexpensive ones here: http://www.craftsnfavors.com/favsilvsmjul.html
They are $1.35 each! I also want to do hurricanes. I would love to have the Michael Aram by Waterford mini hurricane votives on each table (here: http://www.shop.com/Jaipur+Mini+Hurricane+Votive+147382-170487189-202311078-p+.xhtml?sourceid=298 ), but I'd like to find some that are less expensive (his are $56). Does anyone have any ideas? I thought about doing additional mint julep cups with tealights in them, but I'd like to have some variety.
This is a very pretty wedding.
Shannon, thanks for the link to the mint julep cups. You know those are 2 inches tall, right? That's really tiny.
We're collecting old (and preferably tarnished!) coffeepots and teapots, along with creamers and suger containers. If they're not in a complete set, they're very inexpensive. Our florist will arrange all the centerpieces in those.
This wedding has the perfect flowers. I knew I wanted pale pink, but I also wanted some contrast and texture. Adding in the darker pink is a great idea. I am sending these pictures to my florist! Thank you!
The chandeliers are amazing! If anyone finds out where they are from please let us know.
Opps- I didn't mean to post the small ones- those would be great to put candles in. That same website has larger ones for $7- http://www.craftsnfavors.com/silvjuleplg.html
Anyone think 3 of the larger ones and 3 small ones with tealights would fill a round table for 10?
