Today’s featured wedding, shot by Clifford Brunk, is pure and simple gorgeousness. The bride is flawless with her Old Hollywood Glam style, the San Francisco venue is literally breathtaking and the photography is perfection.

From Clifford Brunk, the fabulous photographer…
The things that really stood out to me with this wedding was the clarity of the theme that the couple had for the wedding. They had a very “Classic Hollywood” sort of feel that carried through the entire day. Melissa had the birdcage veil, the bright red lips with porcelain skin, the long white gloves, the 30’s/40’s inspired updo, and this all matched the details and venue perfectly. I also kept this aesthetic in mind when shooting the portraits, going for the dramatic hardlit look that was typical of the period.

The bride's headpiece is a perfect glamorous piece of art :-)
loooove the dress! any idea where it's from?
Those photos are absolutely gorgeous. The wedding appears to have been very elegant. I really love seeing weddings like this.
Just beautiful.
i have a question... i am having a birdcage veil very close to hers, and am using a feather fascinator as well - did she take the veil off for the reception? and if so, how did she do it without messing up her hair? i am stressing about this right now...
Hi all, it's the bride here. To calm the stresses of dealing with a headpiece...my fabulous hairstylist figured it out (http://sarahmorrishairperfected.blogspot.com/ ). She designed my hair to look good with or wihtout the hat. We did portraits without, then ceremony and reception with it. After the ceremony, she just bunched the veil up on top of the hat and used a beautiful hat pin to keep it in place. Worked perfect!!
thank you so much melissa! your wedding was beautiful!
