We are loving today’s modern, loft inspired affair. It’s gorgeous in its simplicity and tailored, elegant style. The sophistication of the black and white palette, paired with the little pops of whimsy in the graphic table runners and purple florals is complete perfection.
Hatch Creative Studios, along with the super stylish bride and groom, pulled this incredible affair together for us to fall in love with. And it worked!

From Tara, the lovely bride…
We named the tables after classic NYC landmarks- the Brooklyn Bridge, the empire state building, etc. Our friend and artist Mike Shankman drew amazing pictures for us that we then used as the table numbers as well as the seating cards. Our good friend, calligrapher and owner of Paperfinger, Bryn Chernoff, put a personal touch on all of our paper goods with modern calligraphy.
As favors we decided on black and white cookies, which are a NYC staple as well as Dan’s favorite cookie. For the packaging, we had our friend and creative director, Andrew Egan, take a photo of us that we then turned into a silhouette. It was a photo of me curtsying and Dan bowing, printed on brown paper labels with “Thanks!” written
below.
More to come!

Love this wedding! Tara, where did you get the table number holders?
I love the escort cards, hanging from the ribbons in the frames. So cute! Is that a DIY? I would love to know more!
Thank you all for the wonderful comments. Both the table number holders and the ribbons in the frames holding the escort cards are from the masters at Hatch. Barb and her team really are the most amazing group to work with!
