There is only one word for Margaret and Yancy’s wedding reception…OBSESSED. The modern and yet whimsical centerpieces, the perfectly crafted menus, the cake, the flowers, the everything. It’s just perfection. Thank you so much to Margaret and Yancy for sharing their big day with us!
Here is a last look at their affair (don’t worry, we aren’t done for the day just yet!)…

A fun little tidbit from Margaret…
We wanted useful favors, which the guests would use, and not throw away or let sit in the box for ages, and have it be also somewhat reflective of us. Since we lived in Indy for almost 2 years, I fell in love with Crate and Barrel so we gave each couple 4 stemless wine glasses [we love wine and these could be used for wine, water, juice, anything really] When visiting some friends in Indy, we bought out the storeā¦and brought a car full over the border. We used the Crate and Barrel boxes, since they do look good, with a brown ribbon and a tag, thanking them for sharing in our day + a lovely quote about wine and friends.

LOVE.
Great idea with the wine glasses!!!
we absolutely love how bright and elegant the set up and decorations are. so beautiful.
I think she is wearing the exact same dress I did!
I love this wedding, very chic and the centerpieces are to die for .
what is the delicous looking dessert they are serving?
Remy,
That is actually a Chilled Potato + Leek Shooter, I thought the presentation was very clever.
I'm in love with the centerpieces! How original and elegant yet simple! Definitely what I'm trying to achieve with my own wedding.
Margaret - your flower choices are amazing. I love your invites! It's great to see yet another Toronto wedding featured! Thanks for sharing.
I am so excited to see these pics - I am getting married at the Rosewater in October and am thrilled that Margaret loved it! Beautiful job...you've totally inspired me and I'm giving your florist a call. :)
I LOVE the centerpieces! Can you please share where you purchased those perfect "plates" for the wheat grass?! I am doing almost the same thing, and cannot find anything like what you used....thank you so much!
