Echard Wheeler is one of our long-time Little Black Book members based in Virginia. As we’ve told you over and over again, our Little Black Book members ARE the best of the best. Each comes highly recommended by you, Style Me Pretty readers and their industry peers … and Echard is the epitome of the best!
Here’s one of his recent weddings … Nicole + Scott

Nicole’s gorgeous gown was by designer Michelle Roth. She wore her mother’s veil (Priscilla of Boston)!

Nicole and Scott were married at the Annnunciation Cathedral, Norfolk, VA.

Their reception was held at the Norfolk Yacht and Country Club. Norfolk Wholesale Florist designed the bridal party flowers. The tall floral arrangements on the tables were created by the bride’s Aunt Vivian.

Looks like these guys truly knew how to celebrate!

Congratulations Nicole & Scott! And a huge thank you to Echard Wheeler Photography for sharing the photos of their beautiful day. If you’d like to see more from Nicole and Scott’s wedding, here’s a link to Echard’s blog.

the back of that dress is amazing, this is a beautiful wedding!
What a beautiful wedding! Your dress is absolutely gorgeous, especially the back!! I love your centerpieces! Those are mini calla lilies, but what is the name of the blue flowers?
I just love the emotional imagery that Echard has such a knack for capturing~and love that shoe shot! Fun!
Tricia. The blue flowers are actually orchids that were put in colored water for a few days(you know, how you used to dye celery stalks) and the callas were actually spray-painted!
Where are your shoes from? The colour is exactly the same as my colour theme - it looks stunning. I've been looking for shoes in this colour everywhere but with no luck. x
Echard is so great to work with AND his images are amazing!
Shoes are by Betsy Johnson
LOVE the mantilla veil. So romantic and frames the face so nicely.
Thank you everyone for the compliments!! And thank you, Echard, for such beautiful photos! Despite the downpouring rain, the day ended up being absolutely perfect. I had a lot of help from close friends and family, and I never could have pulled it off without their hard work. Best of luck to all of the brides2be out there...don't worry, all of the stress really IS worth it :)
