A Fabulous Discount by Ceci New York

March 16th. 2009 by Abby Larson | Filed Under | 127 comments

For anyone that knows Ceci New York, it’s probably a no brainer that they literally NEVER offer discounts for their designs. They work with some of the most well known, creative clients out there and until recently, every design was completely couture.

Well, lucky for us, Lisa Hoffman recently launched her fabulous White Label Collection…a gorgeous array of ready made designs that are priced a bit lower than her couture collection. With the success of her wonderful new line and of course, her wedding day giddiness…Lisa is offering five SMP readers a 50% off discount to their white label line!

Although the designs are ready made, you can choose your own type styles and colors so that you can really make it your own. 1. Lisa Sharp says:

Congrats!! Lisa on the wedding, I am so happy for you. I am so in Love with the White Label Collection. The creative talent, which Lisa has, is stunningly gorgeous.

  2. Lindsay says:

I love the "Vineyard" collection, and with my wedding next September overlook one of the Finger Lakes it couldn't be more fitting! But I also absolutely adore the sophisticated "Tastemaker" suite- it's such a perfect combination of classic & modern at the same time.

  3. Rebecca says:

I just adore the Black Tied invitation. I am getting married on a Saturday night in December and the Black Tied invitation is elegant and traditional, with a slightly modern twist...just as my wedding will be.

  4. Carla says:

I am a huge fan of Ceci New York invitations and am determined to have them for my wedding in Toronto. The venue we have chosen is the Hart House (previously featured on SMP). It is a beautiful gothic style structure and I think the Flourish invites will compliment our vision of embracing the old and bringing in stylish modern elements.

  5. James says:

As a New Yorker I walk by the Ceci Store and dream of the amazing designs behind the beautiful second story storefront. I completely understand your love for their work! Unfortunately because of this crazy economy my wedding has been scaled back and the reality of Ceci invitations is no longer a reality..... but at 50% I can swing it. PLEASE PICK ME!!! I think the classic line Alexandra, Madeline and Tastemaker are stunningly beautiful.

  6. Sally Yang says:

I love the "Regale" collection because a chandelier is a big element in my wedding and I've been looking for invitations with the chandelier motif. It also has a little bit of the damask motif on the invitation which I love.

  7. Rachel Perez says:

I love the Alexandra. It's so simple and elegant and traditional. I'm a pretty traditional person, but have relaxed my sensibilities considerably in exchange for a fun, relaxed, comfort food wedding (though sadly at New York prices!!!). The one aspect of the wedding I wasn't willing to glam-down was the invitations. I new I wanted super old school traditional ecru cards. Her typesets are sensational!

  8. Sarah says:

I am such a huge fan of Ceci New York! I love all of the collections, but the Clarity line compliments our wedding theme best. It's very delicate, and a little bit whimsical. So gorgeous!

  9. IpreferAngie says:

Ceci New York is by far one of the most creative invitation companies I've seen. I've spent hours drooling over their designs. Flourish is by far my favorite design from the White Label Collection.

  10. Lisa says:

I've been lusting over Ceci invites for a long time now. I'm so happy to hear there's a ready-made line available to those of us who must adhere to some sort of budget.

I'm sure most respondents would agree that there are so many beautiful invites to choose from. Since I can only choose one, I'd say Lalique. I love the pops of color and the font selection. It's whimsical but still has a formal feel to it.

One comment about viewing the new collection on the Ceci site is that I was frustrated I couldn't get a zoomed image of the designs. Some of the details of these collections were difficult to see. It's a shame because the details are part of what makes Ceci's custom invites so amazing. I'm sure the same goes for the White Label Collection too.

  11. Meghan Flavin says:

I love love love Ceci - and was trying to convince myself they could be included in my budget. With this new line, that may be the case.

the Bellini collection is perfect - right down to the color. My fiance is a big fan of polka dots and I love having a style that is not floral.

  12. Kelley says:

Thanks Lisa for the opportunity...and congrats on your wedding!!! I've had the pleasure of going to Ceci's studio in New York and it's incredible!!! Her staff is so friendly and her designs are absolutely amazing with all their "bells and whistles," so it makes it VERY difficult to select a favorite design. However, based on my wedding location (The Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, CA), I would have to say the Victoria under the Classic Collection is my top choice. It is shown with engraved calligraphy, but I also love the look of letterpress (shown in Sophia). These designs are classic, but with a modern touch, which is exactly what I'm looking for. Add a 50% discount and this is my dream come true :)

  13. Caitlin says:

I am soooo in love with the Majestic in the botanic collection!!! Our wedding is in a horticultural society garden center and would reflect our venue and feel so perfectly. I cannot gush enough!

  14. Levi-Rose says:

If I had to choose just one invitation suite, it would have to be Grand Palais. It matches the formality of my event perfectly down to the colors while still being modern, youthful, and definitely not boring. If I received that in the mail, my heart would skip a beat!

  15. Bonnie says:

My choice would have to be Grand Palais for its glittering perfect opulence, like the famed Hall of Mirrors in Versailles. To my mind it perfectly captures Ceci elegance and luxury: there is nothing like it. I hope that my wedding, set in an English stately home, will embody some of that magnificence. As Mae West once said, "Too much of a good thing can be wonderful."

  16. Joanna says:

Shortly after I joined my new law firm, one of my colleagues was kind enough to invite me to the launch party for the Ceci New York White Label collection. Her custom-designed invitations had previously inspired several other colleagues to order their own Ceci invitations.

Although I have always loved paper (my father was a printer), I wasn’t prepared for how lovely Ceci’s designs actually were. Many were so exquisite that they almost made me cry (in a good way) and when I saw the Sophia with the Wine Country belly band (which is by far my favorite), it seemed like a sign. The calligraphy and classic design perfectly capture the traditional elements which are so important to both of us, and the motif on the belly band is evocative of the venue we chose and are so in love with - the Carneros Inn in the Napa Valley.

Unfortunately (albeit deservedly), perfection has its price. My fiancé and I are paying for our wedding ourselves and, due in large part to the instability created by the economic crisis, we can’t afford to do many things the way we’d otherwise like to. Nevertheless, I continue to dream about having such lovely invitations. Nothing else even comes close.

  17. Melissa says:

My choice would be Pretty Miss-- a classic design with just a hint of color. I hope to plan my wedding in a similar fashion-- classic elements with creative details that reflect my fiance and I's personality.

  18. Emalyn says:

NOIR ALLURE from the Classic Collection is beautiful, elegant and timeless! The invitation is a key element - it sets the tone of the wedding!

  19. Sara says:

It is so hard to narrow it down. I love so many of them. If I had to pick my top two, I think it would be Audrey and Reverie...

  20. suzanne says:

I love the Marque from the ornate collection. Such style and fashion to all the details and colors! LOVE!

  21. Linda Kay says:

Oh thank you so much for the chance at Ceci invitations! I have DREAMED of Ceci invitations since my fiance first popped the question, but they were out of my price range...until now!

My fiance and I are are very close to our families, so incorporating our traditions is very important to us. We're having a Chinese themed reception and the Orchid invitations would be perfect! Orchids are my mother's favorite flower and my fiance grows them in his spare time...such a cute gardener! And yes, he helps my mom with her orchids!!

I would love, love, love to have the Orchid invitations on burgundy paper (got to have red for a Chinese wedding!), peacock ink (blue is my favorite color) and maybe a hint of gold: can you say gorgeous? My friends and family would flip out at the beautiful invitations and they would set the mood for our celebration so perfectly: beautiful, fun and romantic.

I would seriously forgo a fancy wedding dress to purchase Ceci invitations, but with this amazing discount, I could have both. Thank you for this marvelous opportunity!

  22. Shannon says:

I love the look of the Palm Court (http://www.cecinewyork.com/readytoorder.php?subsection=whitelabel&subcollection=destination&design=palmcourt ). I stumbled across this beautiful invitation (http://www.cecinewyork.com/collections.php?subsection=wedding&subcollection=luxe&design=kristyn_asbel #). It's a custom pattern with flamingos and flowers for a Florida wedding. I'll be having my wedding in central Florida, and I would love to have something this unique. But, the prices are definitely not in my budget! The Palm Court design in the ready-made collection offers a similar feel for a smaller price though. I love that there are additional motifs and fonts too!

  23. Kathryn says:

What a terrific opportunity! I am getting married in December here in Massachusetts. Therefore I would have to go with Lumiere...which would be so perfect and a great way to tempt the fates with my not-so-secret wish for a snowy wedding day. :)

CeCi invitations are so over the top gorgeous. I sat my mother in front of my computer to show her what could be done with paper, ink and lots of talent. We truly couldn't decide what was our favorite since each one is so uniquely fabulous.

  24. Roberta says:

My daughter is getting married and I would love to get her the Regale. She loves chandeliers! It is such a classic and pretty look!

  25. June says:

I would have to say the Pacifica and Palm Court are my absolute favorites. They would both be perfect for my summer San Diego wedding. Well done on the beautiful details and colors!

  26. Shannon Lindsay says:

I want the Ornamental!! It is so elegant! And, it think it could go with just about any formal wedding.

  27. Christine says:

I'm a NYC bride looking to stop the bleeding from our wallet :) NYC weddings are just too expensive!!!
In this economy I've made choices to scale down on the wedding but we could afford to indulge in these invites with the discount. I've admired Ceci from afar years before I became a bride.
I love the classic collection, Antoine and the Elizabeth.
    Thanks for the opportunity!

  28. Craig says:

My fiance loves Ceci New York. She loves Palm Court. My favorite though is the Royal Botanica.

  29. Tom says:

I am helping my daughter with her wedding details. These are the most unique invitations I have across.

  30. Tom says:

    My favorite is Grand Palais.

  31. Leslie says:

I am currently looking for a fabulous invitiation - this opportunity could not have come at a more perfect time! I am in L.O.V.E. with Ceci's Antiqued style. Perfection. Goes splendidly with my vintage inspired New Orleans wedding.

  32. Nite says:

I absolutely love Ceci New York. I have been bookmarking all of my favorites for almost a year now. I am so excited for the new White Label Collection! You get the creative & unique style of Ceci for less and you have tons of options for font types, paper & ink colors, and motifs to choose from to really make them your own.

My favorite is the Bellini - The design, colors, and font choices of this invitation visually sums up my wedding style. It says "preppy and playful" – this feels like a garden or country club wedding in spring or summer. The grassy green polka dots give it a touch of playfulness, but the shimmery envelope and calligraphic, engraved lettering indicate some formality. I can just imagine a wedding straight out of a J. Crew catalog, with bridesmaids wearing dresses in vibrant pink or green.

  33. Jelani says:

AMAZING! That's all I have to say about such a chance, simply amazing. My favorite is the Clarity and Regale designs. I have been looking at these invitations for over a year just hoping that they will be apart of my wedding experience. For my upcoming wedding in July, I've wanted since day one to have invitations that truly 'speak' to my guests, family and friends. I can't think of a better choice that Ceci New York. My wedding is on a military base under a gazebo with over 200 guests in attendance.

Both designs are truly breathtaking with their hint of elegance, simplicity and class. I PRAY that I am offered this AMAZING opportunity. Whomever is selected, will be sure to appreciate the fabulous paper, designs, color and work that goes into such a fabulous invitation (although I like to think of the invitation as the precursor to the experience:) ). Again, I can't believe that Ceci is giving away such an awesome opportunity. MY FINGERS ARE CROSSED!

  34. Ashley says:

The exquisite Lumiere invitations would be so perfect for our early January wedding. Our colors are a wintery blue with steely dark gray, and these invites definitely set the tone for a gorgeous winter evening! What incredible designs!

  35. Lindsey W. says:

Oh my goodness! I'm so excited right now! I can't type fast enough! Pick me, pick me! Pretty, please! I absolutely love, LOVE the Marque collection! And I love Ceci!

  36. Mark A. says:

My fiance love the Orientalia invites. I'd love to make her day by telling her we won them:)

  37. Laura Marie says:

I am in LOVE with the Antiqued design! The design on the cover and envelope make them the most unique invitations I have ever seen, and also so beautiful. I'm stuggling to find ways to my wedding different and stand out on a budget, and these invites would set the entire mood for the event.

  38. Cylena says:

I have been a Ceci admirer for some time now! Her designs showcase the essence of elegance and sophistication that would perfectly tie in with my vision for a vintage style Garden Terrace wedding in Toronto, Canada. Only with this discount, would this be something I could afford to include in my budget. My colours include white, black, Charcoal grey, silver and hints of blush pink and I know several of Ceci's designs would fit in perfectly=) I'm sure whoever is chosen will be ecstatic and feel extremely lucky=)

  39. Shannon says:

I can't stop drooling over the Ornamental and Enchantment styles. Or maybe Vintage Rose? Lisa Hoffman and her team design the most beautiful invitations available. I would love these so much!

  40. Michelle says:

One of my closest friends recently asked me why I was spending so much of my free time choosing and obsessing over every detail of my wedding invitations. The reason is at once simple and complex; I see my wedding invitation as an outlet for my creativity, and a way to express what my dream wedding day would look like. Knowing that it will be my guest's first glimpse of the festivities to come, I want the invitation to evoke my hopes and dreams for the day, I want it to be an expression of my and my fiance's personalities, and I want it evoke a little of the same excitement and anticipation in my guests that me and my fiance have been feeling since our engagement.
Victoria from the Classic collection is my favorite invitation because its rich texture and detail reminds me of an ornate wedding cake or a fine fabric that Marie Antoinette might have worn. It evokes all of the thought and creativity that I have been putting into our seven year courtship and more recently, our wedding plans. Victoria is also absolutely timeless, so I know that when I look back at my wedding invitations thirty years from now, I will remember the hopes and dreams I had dancing in my head as my fiance and I took our first steps towards marriage. I know its an exceptionally tall order for a few pieces of stationary, but I guess you could say I'm a hopeless romantic.

  41. Brianna says:

Thank you so much for such an incredible opportunity!

My favorite is the Bijoux invitation...we're having a Southern inspired wedding with a French flair and these would be perfect!

  42. Jessica Cahill says:

I absolutely love the "antiqued" collection. I am getting married on November 14th and I am completely inspired by the damask theme. I love Style Me Pretty and would feel so blessed to be chosen to recieve these most perfect invitations at a discounted price. I recently completed a doctorate program in physical therapy and could never afford these at full price... a girl can dream can't she? My fiance and I know that our day will be perfect regardless, but having the perfect invitation is a great start!!

  43. Lisa Sharp says:

Ok, after hours spent looking at Lisa's invitations, I am so in LOvE with the Vintage Rose design. I am having a garden wedding and the design is everything I want as a bride and more. Lisa is by far the most talented and creative designer out there.
I am what you call a paper girl, :) I believe everything starts with what the invitation will look like. It sets the tone of the wedding and gives the guests a peek inside what your wedding is going to look like. LoVe, LoVe, LoVe, The White Collection. O and by the way, I have always loved the name Lisa. I am a Lisa too. :)

  44. Anna M says:

Choose a favorite? I don't know if that's even possible! Ceci invitations are a dream, and until now a dream I never thought could come true. I've had the Mali series bookmarked for months, but I've just seen Enchantment and that is my new favorite! It would convey exactly the right balance of whimsy and formality that I'd like to evoke for my garden wedding in the Caribbean.

Each suite is truly a work of art. Lisa, keep up the great work!

  45. Leslie Farber says:

We are bride and groom who have champagne taste on a beer budget....

    We LOVEEEEEEE.... New York 8...
Our theme is New York with a ART DECO vibe...

We have been drooling over New York 8 because The Chrysler Building is a big symbol in OUR Life....

It would be so prefect if you would pick us..

    Thank you for your time!!!

  46. Shannon T says:

I love the Ornamental!! It is so elegant- and appropriate for almost any wedding!

Ceci New York are my dream invitations!

Her designs are just so intricate. They are invitations you certainly would want to frame after the wedding!

  47. Omaira says:

I absolutely LOVE Ceci, this is such a great thing you are doing! I would definitely have to go with the Regale for the invitations and the Illume for Save the Dates, which would be absolutely perfect and complement our venue. We both live in NYC but are getting married in a small boutique hotel in Houston, and the place has a bunch of fantastic chandeliers all over, so this could not be more perfect! I would really love the opportunity to be able to afford such amazing invitations, I just started the wedding planning process and all I keep focusing on are the invitations because I think they play such an important part in setting the stage for your wedding as they are the first thing people see! I'm seriously considering foregoing a fancy wedding cake to make sure my invitations are as gorgeous as these!! Thanks again for the opportunity!

  48. Craig says:

We really like these invitations. My favorite set is the Ornamental.

  49. Sarah says:

Our favorite is the Windward. We're trying to pull off a nautical theme without being totally kitchy, this set adds a classic and classy touch. We also love the Alexandra.

  50. My god, these are lovely! I had a hard time choosing, and it came down to Flourish, Clarity or Bijoux. I think my favourite would have to be Clarity. Love it!

  51. Leah says:

I love the "Del Mar" collection. We are getting married in Maui and I would love to have these!!

  52. Sarah says:

I am totally enamored with Enchanted! I am including bright, bold colors in my wedding and this delicate and detailed style is surprisingly enhanced by intense colors. I also love the seamless incorporation of a number of different designs that could be used individually or together throughout the wedding design scheme. Thank you for your amazing designs!

  53. Alice says:

What a wonderful opportunity!! I'm so in love w/ Ceci. Such amazing design. My favorite is Lavender Fields.

  54. Frances R says:

So beautiful! My favorite is the English Garden set in the Botanical collection.

  55. Stephanie says:

These invitations are so stunning! When I first began looking at invitations, I quickly realized that I would never to be afford ones as beautiful as these, but receiving a discount could definitely change that!
Ceci's designs are breathtaking. It's so hard to choose just one set, but I absolutely love the Dahlia.

  56. Thom says:

Ceci's invitations are beautiful. The Lalique is really beautiful!

I wonder how much you can customize? And can the sets come with other inserts or would this be a custom order?

  57. Lisa says:

So, Loving the Vintage Rose!! :)

  58. Claudia says:

Love, love love!!! Such a beautiful selection of invitations makes choosing a single favorite very difficult. I really think the Marque suite is gorgeous, but I think the Enchantment set really would be perfect for our wedding. I never thought I would ever be able to afford invitations from Ceci's, so just dreaming of winning the discount is really amazing!

  59. Eileen says:

I love Ceci’s products! Our wedding is being held at a private castle overlooking the Hudson River. The elegant simplicity of the Madeline invite will match our day perfectly. The 50% discount will make this dream a reality.

  60. Shannon L says:

I love Ceci New York! In my wedding planning, I often come accross her designs on websites, blogs, and in magazines. I never thought I'd be able to afford one of her beautiful creations though! We are having a medium-sized wedding and are trying to keep it under $10,000 (difficult, I know!!).

I really think that invitations set the tone for your wedding. They are a keepsake you will have forever. When I was young, I remember thinking my mom's framed wedding invitation was so beautiful. My mother and father have been married for nearly 30 years and still have their framed invitation on a dresser in their bedroom. The inviatations from Ceci New York are little pieces of art themselves!

I would love to have the Enchantment. My wedding will be in an old house on the grounds of the city gardens. The florals fit the gardens theme perfectly. I like Enchantment the best because of the icons and beautiful detailing.

While Ceci New York's creations are not high-priced by any means if you consider their superb quality, this quality of invitation was out of my reach until now. I really hope I win!!!

  61. The Diva says:

I can't believe this; it's like fate! :) I have been wanting Ceci invitations even before I got engaged this past June 2008- but to see that SMP and Ceci are offering this great discount is such a chance in a lifetime!

If I had to choose an invitation set from the White Label collection, it would definetly be the Regale collection. Our reception will be held at a very antique European hotel in Toronto. Our reception will be held in a ballroom that is filled with golden light from crystal chandeliers, wall to wall mirrors, and plush carpeting. This invitation set would suit our theme. We will be having a multiculatural wedding (filipino and spanish), and we would like all elements shown in our invitation. My dress is a lace beauty from Pronovias- and this invitation would match us, dearly! :)

  62. Elizabeth says:

What luxury! Thank you Ceci New York for creating the White Label Collection. Now we can all have easy access to a Lisa Hoffman masterpiece! The designs are all incredible. It's really the details--the feathers, flowers, damask, animals, etc.--that make Lisa's creations so special. I wish I lived near her store in New York so that I could feel the paper (which seems to be amazingly thick from the post). Although it's difficult to pick a favorite, I'd have to go with Ornamental, which is to DIE for! It's so opulent, and it seems custom.

  63. Alina Anuccavech says:

I LOVE CECI NEW YORK! I heard they are the number one in making invitations and now I can see why! Ceci has created many beautiful and unique designs, making a statement that truely speaks out and sets the tone for any event - especially a wedding! Thank you so much Ceci for the opportunity to win one of your gorgeous invitations!!

My favorite is Marque - the modern, bold, and whimsical designs on this invitation reflect my personal wedding style. It feels so eco-chic friendly with the bold floral prints and edgey modern lines. I love the brilliant lines with dots that are so playful and at the same time the black and white flowers state the beauty and formality of a event! This wedding invitation is so unique and chic, perfect for a spring or summer wedding!

  64. Rian B. says:

My fiance loves your invites. My favorite is the marque design as I feel it is very modern; however my fiance's favorite is the Antiqued and when it comes to the wedding I just want her to be happy so she wins out!

  65. April T. says:

Ooh, I love the del sol collection. I actually used this in the inspiration board for my sister's upcoming wedding. It would go perfectly with her wedding.

  66. Liz says:

I saw a Ceci New York couture creation on Martha Stewart Weddings online and fell in L O V E. It is so fabulous that Lisa Hoffman has created an line of invitations for the masses. The designs, however, are anything but ordinary. The White Label Collection is TO DIE FOR! My favorite is the "Enchantment." It is so ornate and detailed! It will go perfectly with my garden & vintage-inspired wedding.

  67. Garret says:

Wow.... these designs are pretty spectacular. There is someone that will uniquely fit everyone couple's wedding. There are choices to fit destination weddings, outdoor garden affairs, or cultural celebrations. I think if I had to only choose 1, it would be Lalique. It really looks more like a piece of art. I don't know how anyone could throw it away!

  68. Helen says:

The White Label Collection is fantastic! Thank you for introducing us to this line. The attention to detail in the designs is extraordinary. Ceci New York is the creme de la creme of invitations for sure. My favorite is the Athena design. The florals and the script look so rich!

  69. Colleen says:

The White Label Collection is beautiful! Ceci New York makes the most original, intricate, and amazing invitations! My favorite is the ornamental!

  70. Nicole says:

Every day I look at the Ceci website and admire Lisa's beautiful White Label Collection - I even have the site bookmarked! I was just pleading with my fiance to spring for the one of a kind Lavender Fields invitations from the Botanical Album. I would be so honored to send out these invitations. They are truly an amazing piece of artwork!

  71. Kitty says:

Omigod. These invitations are gorgeous little pieces of artwork! THANK YOU for bringing the existence of this collection to my attention -- I am OBSESSED with the Ornate White Label collection, in particular with the Regale design. We are tying the knot in a modern loft replete with funky chandeliers so that style of invitation would be perfect. Ceci deserves serious props for creating something truly amazing!

  72. Groon-to-be of the year says:

I am a soon-to-be-groom who has been trudging through the wedding planning process via my fiance. I don't have much to say in terms of opinion, nor do I really have an eye for sorting through the details. HOWEVER, I am a big fan of the White Label Collection...AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT, I found this website on my own and introduced the collection to my fiance, who now loves it as well. The brownie points I won...Can only be topped if we were to win.

  73. Bridechka says:

I have never had a whole lot of love for most wedding invites but Ceci knows how to convert a girl into a full on card carrying invitation junky. I love all of them but I would throw elbows at any other bride-to-be (or groom for that matter) just to get to that New York series. Pick me please!

  74. Audrey says:

I have been in love with the Grand Palais design back when it was named after Hillary & Brian! It is a dream on paper but I didn't dare to dream about having it for myself. It's truly exquisite!

  75. Aloha says:

It is impossible to choose 1!! But, the New York collection is over the top perfect for my sister's New York wedding. My twin sister and I are complete and utter paper junkies. I discovered Ceci New York a little over a year ago at a photo shoot and immediately went home and looked at the website and KNEW this was the perfect custom stationer for my sister's wedding. There was a custom NYC invite set with lace and the city scape that was absolutely perfect (her dress is an all lace gorgeous champagne color). Alas, although paper is probably one of the largest costs my sis has budgeted for, it is still a bit out of her range. I would love to win the discount for the best sister in the world!!

  76. Elisha S. says:

There are so many great designs, it's hard to choose just one, but if I did, I think I'd have to choose the Grand Palais, it has a wonderfully romantic feel.

  77. Shannon says:

I'm not just a style obsessed bride, I'm a Ceci New York OBSESSED bride!! If I were a wealthy NY society bride with a wedding at my parents' Palm Beach estate, I would HAVE to order a Couture creation with a crest monogram adorned with palm trees, alligators, and bougainvillea. But... I'm a West Palm Beach native with a Central Florida wedding and a tiny budget.... So I would L O V E to win the discount! I adore the Enchantment invitation. The flowers would perfectly represent our garden venue, and I would change out the elephant icon for a palm tree.

  78. Heather says:

The first time I encountered Ceci was long before I was engaged. I went on the website and thought I was going to be looking at fashion! Your designs are certainly the haute couture of invitations!

I really love the Marque style invitation. I love how the flower becomes so modern in a black silhouette and the pop of the graphic green. It's a perfect choice for our wedding - we're hosting it at a botanical garden/conservatory but want something modern and fresh.

I think that this is such a great opportunity. My fiancee and I are on a budget. Neither of our sets of parents are able to help us out. So we are trying to figure out ways to save without compromising elements being chic and in our vision of a "perfect" wedding. What a wonderful thing that Ceci is doing for brides on a budget in this economy! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

  79. Jacquelyn says:

I have spent numerous hours searching online for beautiful and unique wedding invitations that completely capture the romance of love and it seems as if I always find myself daydreaming over Ceci New York. Ceci New York invitations are breathtakingly beautiful and unparalleled to the everyday norm of wedding stationary and invites. I absolutely love the White Label collection and the vintage, whimsical, decadent, and romantic designs of "Antoinette, Elizabeth, Dream, Grand Palais, and Victoria..." To be able to incorporate one of these gorgeous designs into our wedding would be a dream within a dream and hey, why can't life truly be a fairytale? Please pick us to take part in this fabulous offer, we would be so thankful!

  80. Ori F. says:

As the groom, I had not planned to be involved with the invitation search. But the Botanical Collection (and chance to win 50% off!) caught my eye.

My fiance and I are planning our wedding at a Virginian winery next summer. These invitations provide the perfect tone we wish to set. Modern but elegant. Casual but sophisticated. Natural and beautiful. There is even a style called 'Vineyard.'

As we have started our planning, these invitations clearly stand out. I hope we afford the opportunity to add a bit of New York style to our Southern wedding.

  81. Linda says:

I absolutely LOVE the orchid invitations! My high school sweetheart and I are planning our backyard wedding under a sea of stars and Chinese lanterns. What better way to bring some luxury and high class to our celebration than with the White Label Orchid invitations?!?!?! I have always dreamed of Ceci invitations, but they are way out of my budget. This giveaway can make my dream a reality!! Thanks so much for the opportunity and (fingers crossed!) I hope I'm one of the lucky winners :)

  82. Beatrice says:

These are the most amazingly beautiful invitations and would set the tone perfectly for what I hope will be the most amazingly beautiful wedding. The whole Classic group, and especially the gorgeous Sophia set, make me happy each time I see them!

We are planning a classic event in Napa but trying to stay on a somewhat less traditional budget, so we are dreaming about winning this discount and being able to send your fabulous designs to our fabulous families!

  83. MplsChica says:

Such good karma going 'round the blogsophere these days...I adore all of the wonderful work of Ceci New York and a 'pay it forward' gesture like this makes me love the shop even more!

The 'Pretty Miss' design gives such a fresh, sweet, yet sophisticated feeling. Even though our wedding will be a big, giant, family-filled affair we are going for a "soft, happy vibe" - and these invitations are such a perfect fit.

I'm headed to NYC this weekend to visit my bridesmaids and plan to visit the shop in person to see and touch all of this fabulous work! Here's hoping...

  84. Hallie says:

What an amazing collection. While they are all stunning, my favorite collection is definitely the Jet Set! My fiance and I met while we were both living in South Africa, after a year we moved to London (where he is originally from), and then two years later we are now in DC. We've definitely lived an international life together and are trying to find ways to incorporate our international experience into our weddings. Since we are getting married at my lake house in Northern Michigan, our wedding will truly be a jet set destination, as guests will be coming from all over the UK, the US, South Africa and Europe to celebrate with us! I've been looking for fun yet sophisticated invites that can incorporate our adventurous personalities and I think that the Jet Set collection is the perfect fit!

  85. Karlee says:

The reason I have yet to order my invitations is Ceci New York! It has been on the top of my Wedding To Do: list for months now and after visiting Ceci at several bridal shows and constantly dreaming about all the amazing designs on the website, nothing else seems to compare. Bijoux was my first love since our wine country wedding is infused with hints of french charm. However, now that we have incorporated lavender and rosemary elements Lavender Fields has stolen my heart! A chance for a discount would be a dream come true but also a huge challenge because I would really have to decide!

  86. Nairi says:

Here is my attempt to beat all these other brides who are all probably trying to have a luxurious wedding on a not so luxurious budget. In these tough times, these giveaways are truly a little bit of hope for us brides who might feel a bit guilty going extravagant right now. To have a truly budget friendly wedding, all my friends and family have pitched in. My friends have agreed to take care of the wedding centerpieces and do them DIY, my fiance's aunt is making the jewelry for the bridesmaids, the bridesmaids get to pick their own dresses, we have opted out of having favors, and finally I purchased my dress from a sample sale. When I peruse this site, I am always envious of the girls who created their own invitations, as that is the first thing that sets the tone for your wedding. These invitations would never in my dreams make into my budget, which is why I have already been looking at other vendors you have recommended on this site. But I have to admit, I am in love with one design that would be a perfect compliment to our D.C. wedding in May 2010 in the modern event building connected to the Swedish embassy. The Marques. It is the perfect blend of modern, yet feminine. And the bold look of the black on white would be perfect, as my colors are black, white and eggplant. Everyday I bring home another invitation for my fiance to look at that would fit into our budget, but I think I really cannot choose because I am not really ecstatic about them. To save him the agony of having to see one more invitation, and to make us one extremely happy couple, please pick us. :)

Eve, Eve, Eve...just love the feathery-like fun...

My MOH was moving the other day and I picked up this thing with a feather on a stick and said "you have a cat?"...
She blushed and said "it's not really a cat toy, it's another kind of toy. And it has a blindfold!"

I'm still keeping the feathers in my center pieces..but we'll laugh a lot at them now.

  88. Sunny says:

The White Label Collection is simply gorgeous! My favorite is Clarity!

  89. As a displaced New Yorker currently living in England and self-proclaimed paper lover, invitations are at the top of my list of priorities for my wedding. I lived in New York for 12 years-- it's where I grew up, figured out who I was and it is still the best place I've ever lived. Where, then, would be a more fitting backdrop for my against-all-odds, fairy tale romance, then my fairy tale city? We're getting married in New York (half way between our families-- mine in Hawaii and CA, his in England), where I hope to be able to share some of the magic of my favorite city with our families and friends. We plan to marry at The New Leaf Cafe, and so in addition to the gorgeous NYC theme invitation suites, we also love the botanicals (which is the happy real-life conundrum of this city girl and her English-country love). Ceci NY invitations perfectly represent this happy juxtaposition-- classic and vintage, sophisticated and chic-- everything we want our wedding to be. What better introduction for our very own magical event than to start it with Ceci NY?

  90. Sarah says:

We have had our eye on Ceci New York since spotting a Ceci "how to tie a knot" save the date card in InStyle Weddings magazine. We are having a coastal summer wedding, and the Windward set would be a perfect (not to mention classy and beautiful) introduction to our nautical theme, and get our friends and family excited to come to Maine! Thank you for the opportunity.

  91. Christine says:

Hi this is my second go around!
I’m a NYC bride looking to have an upscale wedding without the upscale costs.
I’ve made choices to scale down on the wedding but we could afford to indulge in these invites with the discount. I’ve admired Ceci from afar years before I became a bride.
I love the classic collection, Antoine and the Elizabeth.
We would really appreciate it. Thank you!

  92. Daniela says:

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa Hoffman of Ceci New York at a Modern Bride event in NYC and ever since I have dreamt of having her invitations for my wedding! Some may say it's just an invite, but these are people that have obviously never seen these exquisite pieces of art. I've made countless visits to local paperies and perused many websites but all pale in comparison to Ceci New York's quality invites. I've fallen in love with the Flourish invitation from the White Label collection. I absolutely love the idea of what the invite personfies which to me is a dramatic and stylish movement. S'il vous plait PICK ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  93. Megan D. says:

I first want to say that I have been in love with Ceci New York's invitations since the moment I first saw them. The New York Series is our absolute favorite- specifically, the design "City Lights". My future husband and I plan to marry in Brooklyn (ceremony at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and reception at the gallery, Smack Mellon)- we are trying to put together an event that has a combines modern and vintage elements that will showcase our love of New York in a hip and stylish way. Our entire love story takes place in this city- it's where we met, went on our first date, fell in love and began planning our future together- which is why it's so important for NY to be the backdrop and theme of our wedding. We are paying for the wedding on our own so we don't have a whole lot to work with, budget wise, but what we do have is a lot of love, passion and creativity. We would be thrilled to set the tone for our wedding by sending out Ceci New York's "City Lights" to all of our friends and family.
Thank you so much for your consideration.

  94. Kathryn says:

I am so lucky for my fabulous fiance and great parents that I cannot imagine getting much luckier, but here goes! :)

If I were able to use this incredible discount, I would pick one of the classics. Victoria is my dear friend's name so its no wonder my eyes gravitate to its graceful elegance. The thought of each guest opening these to see their own name written on the band - welcoming them to join us in such a special way - makes me speechless. I'm a paper and pen kind of girl to begin with. I ache when I see something as lovely as this.

I was laid off from work two weeks ago and we're definitely cutting costs wherever we possibly can for our wedding later this year. CeCi invitations were going to be tough for us to justify the expense for to begin with, but we would truly be so tickled, so grateful if we were to be picked for this chance.

What an opportunity - and thank you for it.

  95. Becca Lee says:

My favorite set in this line is "English Garden." My fiance and I are English graduate students and will be spending 6 weeks in England days after our wedding so that I can help teach a Shakespeare class for students studying in London through our university. My fiance first popped the question in an authentic English garden (Kew Gardens in London) when we were both studying there during the summer. This design also matches the decor of our wedding celebration. What an elegant line!

  96. Kevin says:

As graduate students apart (LA & NY) we are looking forward to having our destination wedding in Sonoma Valley. WE LOVE CECI'S VINEYARD invitation that is SOOOOO PERFECT, adorned with grapes + bellybands!! This suits our love for the wine country and definitely hypes up the celebration for our guests! THANK YOU for putting on this wonderful contest, hope you pick US!!

    KEVIN & NINA

  97. Jessica says:

Congrats to the new line! They are all stunning!
I personally am torn between Enchantment because of the beautiful colours, and English Garden because its so sophisticated and fitting for my wedding. Like many who have entered this competition we are on a tight budget. Living in Scotland where my parents are missionaries and where I met my fiance (who is actually English hence why I think the English Garden invititations would be so fitting) but having our wedding in Mississippi where I grew up! The 50% off of this gorgeous product would be an awesome blessing!

  98. Vy T says:

Everytime I come onto stylemepretty, I feel like I'm unwrapping a visual present for my eyes! Reading this entry today has been the biggest present ever!

My sweet fiancee & I have chosen to have a vintage-inspired wedding. The loveliness of 'Eve' gracefully captures the romance and love we hope to express the day we exchange vows with dear family & friends as witnesses.

Thank you so much for setting my heart aflutter with this posting - I'm so delighted by this wonderful opportunity!

  99. Angelica says:

I have always loved and appreciated a handwritten note, stationary, paper, etc. It this day and age of emails and text messages, it seems that we often forget about this except for special occassions!

John and I are getting married in mid-September at our home. We are having a daytime garden cocktail reception! So, I think that either the Enchantment and English Garden (I love the buzzing bee detail!)collection matches are theme.

I would love to be chosen!

  100. Sarah says:

Shea and I are getting married outdoors in September at a private home in Santa Barbara. We just started looking at invites and had seen and admired Ceci's designs but had written them off because they're really not in our budget. I've always wanted beautiful invites for our wedding, just never realized the cost of them. When I saw the giveaway I thought it was worth a shot and thought it could be a great surprise for Shea if we won.
The two patterns that I'm drawn to the most are Enchantmant from the Botanical collection and Neha from the Ornate Collection. They both have such beautiful patterns, that are classic and modern at the same time. Sort of like Shea and I. I know... cheesy. But we would be the happiest engaged couple ever, if we were picked! Thank you for the opportunity!

  101. Christianne says:

I can't tell you enough how much I adore the Mademoiselle design. We're looking for classic, vintage glamour for our Los Angeles winter wedding and it goes along perfectly with our vision. I think the invitations help set the tone for the entire wedding and these are just gorgeous. Unfortunately, we've decided to cut our invitation and flower budgets in order to ensure that the people we want at our wedding are there - so if we won this contest it would really be a huge help!

  102. Becca says:

I just love Ceci's entire collection, but my absolute favorite is the Black Tied! It is fresh, elegant, and just perfect for my Saturday Night wedding this winter. In an effort to be cost concious we are trying to cut back on parts of the wedding, while still trying to have an elegant celebration. Being able to afford such beautiful and quality invitations would be a dream come true. Ceci's creations are just incredible and my fiance and I would be so lucky to get to share them with our guests!

  103. Su says:

Hard to pick only one, but the Elizabeth is probably my favorite -- classic yet with a flourish!

  104. Laura says:

Since I couldn't afford these invites otherwise, I can't even imagine how amazing it would be to send these wonderful invitations to our guests. I am attempting to make my wedding as unique as possible and truely our own from renting out a library to the small details. The antiqued invitation design is my favorite and the most amazing and out of the ordinary invitations I have ever seen (LOVE the envelopes). I would be SO blessed to share these with our friends and family!

  105. Mary Kate Raffetto says:

The Ornamental line is absolutely fabulous! The style would perfectly compliment the wedding venue we've chosen, because it's classic yet whimsical at the same time. I've been lusting after Ceci invitations for months, and with this discount I could actually afford them! Please pick me!

  106. Marlena says:

Wow! The entire line is so beautiful and unique. It was so hard to pick a favorite but I really love the Athena line from the Botanical collection. It would be perfect for late August wedding, taking place in a lovely garden. I would love to share these invitations with my family and friends!

  107. Caroline says:

I was looking at my parent's wedding invitation the other day, they had a traditional ecru invitation. Boy how things have changed! These invitations are like small pieces of art!

I've been in love with Lisa's invitations since I first got engaged, I just think her work truly embodies how unique and elegant I think invitations should be. I would have to go with the Regale invitations, they would just fit us and our wedding perfectly!

    Thank you for this opportunity

  108. Beatriz says:

I am in love, love, love, love LOVE with the entire Ceci New York concept. I have been drooling over their modern, girlie, and vintage-inspired invitations since I got engaged in February. My fiancee and I are planning a modern/romantic/vintage wedding for February 13 at the beautiful Biltmore hotel in Miami and any of the designs would be a perfect compliment to our vision. It's so hard to just pick one however I think Pretty Miss or Regale would speak to our vision the most. We fell in love with the Biltmore because of its "regal" and "lushious" look and we feel that Ceci New York's couture paperie evokes those same sentiments.

  109. Ana says:

Vineyard. Exactly as is. Why me? Because I booked my wedding over a year ago, but I moved it this month because the date was starting to creep up and I have not yet picked out save the dates and invitations. Invitations cause me great panic and distress because they are truly the most important part of wedding planning. Once they are picked out and mailed there is no going back, no more postponing, or procrastinating. Also I have perused dozens of websites, hundreds of invitations, and not a single one has stood out: until now. Also because they would go perfect with the venue that I have picked out and the discount would rock my world. Please help me get the ball rolling on my wedding. Help me step off the ledge. Please.

  110. Jelani says:

My final plea! I desperately want to have these invitations as a part of my wedding. I can't believe that yesterday's winner and I actually have a very similar color palette. My colors are black, platinum and eggplant. How interesting is that? I know that getting married is going to be a once in a lifetime experience and I sooooooooo badly want to win these invitations. The class and perfection of the Clarity and Regale are right up my alley for my wedding. The hot vintage look of the invitations goes along with the theme of my wedding. I've contemplated making my own invitations and lets face it, they will NEVER compare to those of Ceci of New York. (Not to mention as the only 'crafty' one out of my close friends aka my bridesmaids, I'd really be in for a treat:). I don't have a large budget for my wedding, my father keeps trying to remind me of that (from Afghanistan). I'm just doing everything I can to help my dreams becoming a reality without breaking the bank!!!!

PLEASE CHOOSE ME!!!!!!! PRETTY PLEASE! :)

  111. Adena Panella says:

Ok, Im not gonna lie. I have probably typed, erased, re-typed, erased about 10x!! I literally feel like I am trying to write a college entrance exam to the school of my dreams! But, no this actually as weird as it sounds at this moment in my life is that much more important! I honestly don't know what the "right" words would be to win the giveaway, but so I have been told words from the heart are always the best, so here we go! I log onto SMP everynight....midnight, 1 am...I am on the computer swooning over every post. Invitations are the next thing on my list, and its been tough. I have this vision in my head that I cant seem to find ANYWHERE. So, the other night I see the Ceci New York post and....dont get mad...but I thought, hmmm, what's this Ceci New York and why is everyone so in love?? I had never heard of them( I know shame on me), but I live all the way in San Diego!! So then it happens. I check out the website in the wee hours of the morning....each click of my mouse bringing an even bigger smile to my face. THIS IS IT! I found the place that makes all my invitation visions a reality. Alexandra, Antoinette, Audry, Elizabeth....OMG! They are perfect and gorgeous and truly all that I could have ever hoped for. I would be honored to send any of them!!
But oh, the Antoinette...its like it was made for my wedding location ( The Grand Del Mar).
I am paying for our wedding mainly myself, living with my mom to save money....we have gone over budget on almost everything....and I am afraid this will be the next thing I just can't live without for our big day. Until then I can dream.......

  112. vivi says:

I am on a first name basis with Alphonso, and his better half, Eve of the famed Ceci New York invitation suite! For months -literally- my poor FFFs (fiance, family and friends) have also heard, eek, numerous times, about my love affair with this invitation suite. "For the love of god!" my mom said, "There will be SOME OTHER INVITATION you love that also happens to be in our budget!"

Recently having been laid off, I have plenty of time (but not a lot of dough!) on my hands. I took my mom's advice, canvassing the stationary community here in San Francisco, Berkeley, Marin, the list goes on... After each hour of pouring through stationers' books and sample custom designs, I finally cave and confess. Me: Um, do you happen to have internet? Lovely Stationer: Yes Me: Oh, great, maybe I can um, show you my dream invitation? Maybe you have something [just] like it? Just google c-e-c-i e-v-e a-l-p-h-o-n-s-o...

Yes, this desperate move has been inflicted on upwards of 5 kind stationer souls. To them, I'm sorry! But that is the price of crazy bridezilla love! Eve and Alphonso sets a beautiful tone for our guests coming from afar. We are having a January wedding at a classy art nouveau venue in my hometown of Phoenix. I will have ostrich feathers in my bouquet, our friends will sip champagne cocktails while listening to an old record player spinning 1920s tunes. This invitation brings it together, like none other, with originality and sophistication!

  113. Sacha says:

I'm all about the White Label Collection ~ the Ornate album, in particular, likely because I'm a little "ornate" or high maintenance myself!
The Flourish design is the perfect compliment to how we envision our wedding ~ Glamourous, Luxurious and Opulent with a sophisticated and elegant twist. For example, the "flourish" also compliments the scroll work on my engagement ring and the detail work on my wedding gown.
A testament to the fact that this design is for us ... When I came across this piece of 50% off goodness in the form of Ceci invites and had to make a choice, I called my fiance and had him look at the designs with me ... After we both took a gander, I asked him which one spoke to him the most - yep - that's right - Flourish. No kidding.

Our color palette is Pistachio Green and Gold and I can see these colors working beautifully with your gorgeous design.
We would love for this bit of 50% off good fortune to fall in our lap as we haven't had much in the way of good luck lately. We'll spare you the details but needless to say it would definitely be a morale booster.
It was difficult choosing one design as they all are incredible! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, Lisa ...it must be because you have your finger on the pulse of every bride that these designs strike a chord in us all!

  114. vivi says:

Vivi part two: I have to share this funniness. So, after writing my entry late last night I went to bed and had a dream that Lisa Hoffman asked me to be a "spokesperson" for ceci new york. No joke! Ha! :)

  115. Nikki C. says:

Our wedding is exactly 6 months from yesterday! My fiance and I have been engaged for almost two years. Since getting engaged we have moved from Michigan to California and now finally Maryland... did I mention we're planning a wedding in Ohio? :) Between our large Irish and Italian families we have a lot of people to accommodate on not such a large budget. We both dream of going back to school to become teachers - between paying for our wedding and saving up for another round of school we're trying to be as creative as possible. I am a wedding junkie and obsess over details - I love watching all the little things come together to make a wedding unique and personal! I am sooo in love with the Lavender Fields invitations. They are beautiful and absolutely perfect for our fall evening wedding. Our colors are hydrangea blue, blueberry, chartreuse and periwinkle. We are planning a traditional wedding and the reception is surrounded by a beautiful rose garden. These traditional and whimsical invitations It would be too good to be true if you picked us! Pretty please? :)

  116. Ana says:

Because whether or not you give me the discount I'm going to order them anyway! Vineyard.

  117. Miss Cortes says:

I would be honored to be selected for the discount. My fiance and I have a dream of getting married in Napa Valley but we aren't necessarily equipped financially for the cost of doing so. The vineyard invitations and save the dates are lovely. They would be perfect for our wedding. The green color adorning the invites is the color of my bridesmaid dresses and linen. Thank you for your consideration.

  118. Linda S says:

We're having an Asian inspired wedding so a haiku for my dream Ceci invitation, Orchid, seems appropriate :)

    My heart beats wildly
    Orchid notes declare our love
    Bride and groom unite

  119. Nicole says:

I absolutely LOVE the look and feel of Enchantment. It's the perfect mix of floral and ornate pattern and definitely captures my personality and style. We're planning on having an outdoor ceremony and reception at an old Spanish monastery. I really think this would be perfect.

  120. Omaira says:

Since getting engaged, I've been reading SMP religiously. I love all of the blogs from the vendors, with Lisa's being some of my favorites =) I was particularly inspired by the March 16th post and have decided to have a "vintage glamour" wedding. Invitations are such an important part of your wedding since they are the first things guests see. I would love LOVE to have your invitations, particularly since we are planning everything around them, unfortunately they do not currently fit in our budget, but with 50% we would be able to swing it. The Regale invitations and the Illume save the dates would be the perfect prelude to our big day. Please pick us!

  121. Amanda says:

For a girl who has never entered a contest before, that may attest to my absolute adoration of Ceci New York! I could not pass up a chance at winning such a great discount off of my bar-none favorite invitation designer. I have been a fan of Ceci New York well before I was engaged, and now that my wedding is a seemingly imminent 6 months away, I am still their biggest fan. Unfortunately, due to the current world atmosphere we so lovingly like to call "The Global Economic Meltdown", I along with the rest of the world need to find ways to curb spending (which is definitely not something a bride likes to do whilst planning her dream wedding, I might add!). So tragically, my invitation budget has been slashed, and I did not think Ceci would be in the cards for me until I saw this contest. I have perused the Ceci site, and must say that the "Windward" is my favorite out of such a beautiful and creative array of styles. We have been brainstorming about how to incorporate the nautical feel of our wedding, in an elegant way, and I have never seen such a beautifully designed example. Absolutely STUNNING and the perfect companion to my Greenwich, Connecticut nuptuals at a Yacht Club. I would be beyond thrilled to be chosen as the winner of this oh-so generous contest. Please consider me for this prize, and I will truly be forever indebted! Your most adoring fan, Amanda.

  122. Nina says:

So many brides & grooms are affected by the financial hardships of creating an elegant wedding amidst this blue world. However, you and Ceci have given us hope that we can afford a touch of class in our wedding if we just tried. So from our hearts, thank you very much for this magnificent opportunity!

Please style me pretty with the amazing invitation, Dahlia! The excellent Turkish designs exude a modern feel with a twist of culture and we feel this artistic paperie signifies our big day - the union of two cultures!! Our wedding is going to be under a tent with our closest friends and family from Oregon, California and Thailand to simply enjoy the beauty of spring… Dahlia would be a treasure to cherish and share, opening love into the air during such a tough time.

Please help and make us one of the lucky!!

  123. 2009 has been a year of surprises! It seems that the whole world is reevaluating their values and priorities. I like to think of it as an opportunity to reconsider what is important in your life. My life is revolving around caterers, lacey white dresses, and all important themes!

Sometimes I think that it is even harder to pull off a beautiful wedding in the period of time, then I say to myself...no matter what the world is going through it is important to realize that life and love continues on!

So this is why the Pretty Miss invites took my breath away! We are having our small September ceremony in an old house turned Fine Arts Center and they are just such elegant preview to what is become. We are taking great pains in the details collecting silver urns, vases, for DIY flowers. Every details has that flaring vintage quality and so do these invites! I know that the invite alone will have the guests arriving in style! :)

  124. tropiqalkiwi says:

I love the Alexandria. Focusing on just the calligraphy and making that the stand out design detail just feels so simple yet luxurious to me.

  125. Rachael Anne says:

One of things I remember most about my grandfather was his handwriting. I’d carefully watch him write anything, from signing checks to writing letters to friends. Then, I would try my best to form my lettering to match his with no avail. My family still quotes me, “You sure do have nice handwriting for an old man.” When I saw the Alexandra wedding invitation his handwriting flashed back to me, though I’ve been without my beloved Bear for over ten years. Of course, I’ve seen calligraphy (and tried my hand at it) but something about that penmanship struck me.

Like many of your readers, I have poured over Ceci New York’s site, and as a confessed stationary junkie, have “Oooed and Ahhed” at all of their collections. I cannot imagine my state of awe if I saw their storefront. Not only does the Alexandra collection have a sentimental pull, but I would describe it the same way I describe my wedding “fun with simple and traditional elegance.”

  126. Leslie Heldenbrand says:

I am so sad that I just now came across this special being offered by Ceci NY. I saw their invitations in a bridal magazine and like most of the brides-to-be, I fell in love. My wedding theme goes along the lines of the vintage, (while many of the invitations match) I especially love the "Elizabeth."

They are absolutely stunning. I have not found that even comes close!

  127. Ashleigh says:

I met with Ceci New York at their booth at an event thrown by The Wedding Library this past winter. My mom and I absolutely fell in love with all of the invitations; they are spectacular. I am very excited about this discount - after looking at the White Label Collection my favorite design is Noir Allure... OR Alexandra. :)
