Steve and I wanted the day to feel intimate and relaxed. Our wedding quickly became one of the most important design endeavors of my life. I’m crazy about details. Not ornate details like sky-high centerpieces and ice sculptures; but consistent details that come together and create a story. With a nod to the comfort of some of my southern roots and the appeal of shabby chic charm, I wanted a balance of different elements that Steve and I appreciate: classic, elegant, easy and unpretentious.
