Mimmo + Naz
When my husband saw this clip from the INSANELY talented Mimmo + Naz, he actually turned around and said, “this one is pretty amazing.” To get a glowing compliment from him is like gold, so I knew that I had to share it with you guys.
The video was shot on Super 8 film and as the team at Mimmo + Naz says, “it is the most gorgeous, magical medium that endures the test of time and truly connects directly to the human heart.” I couldn’t have said it better myself. The clip reminds me of a fabulous love story, with moments that make you cry they are so beautiful. A love story that I would watch over and over and over again.
But perhaps the most unique thing about this talented crew, is that the artists at Mimmo + Naz are as skilled at photography as they are at cinema. A real rarity. And, they’ve been sweet enough to provide the photos from today’s featured wedding. Brace yourself, they are shockingly beautiful. Stay tuned!

Whoa. I'm sitting here crying on the couch, that was so amazing. My absolute favorite part is when everyone is outside the church celebrating, with hugs all around. That video just made my day.

I know! Mimmo shot our engagement pics in October and I love them! I can't wait to see what Naz does with the video on the wedding day. Two and a half months to go!
So this is my wedding video.....and like all of you, it has made me cry time and time again!
I couldn't think of a better way to remember your day, your friends, your family.....and this is only 5 minutes of a 1.5 hour long video. Atno point does the quality lessen, and the tears flow from the beginning through to the end!
I will never forget the day of my wedding, i came out of the bathroom area, ready to put on my dress, and Mimmo and Naz were standing there in all white....they both looked like absolute angels...and Naz is such a teddy bear, he stood there hugging his Super 8 Camera, ready to capture everything!
Mimmo and Naz made my day, made this event, and they are such amazing people who are so increadibly gifted at what they do....i am forever grateful!
They are truly loved!

I totally love this post too…it is so moving, and really captures the true emotion of the moment. Mimmo + Naz have great talent. I have been familiar with Naz’s work for awhile. Take it from a life-long cynic....the quality and passion that Mimmo and Naz put into capturing our wedding was by far the best part of the day. Not to sound cliched, but it goes by so fast. To have your memories not only captured, but stylized and romaticized so artistically and powerfully.....the best keepsake of the day!

Our pictures, video and ESPECIALLY the 8mm were simply wonderful.
My fiancee and I chose Mimmo and Naz after watching a single video on their blog. It was the first time both of us had gotten teary-eyed throughout this busy wedding planning. There was no doubt that they were the only ones who we would be interested in hiring. Good thing they turned out to be kind, helpful, enthusiastic and professional. I couldn't believe this video! I thought that first video we saw was amazing, and my eyes kept watering through this one too! I guess I am a sucker for their work. Our wedding will be in Palm Springs in September, and we couldn't be more excited. Furthermore--they make custom-bound photography books of your wedding that are really unusual and to-die-for.
There is an instinctive quality felt by all who have watched this video posting, Naz knows to capture the fervor of a moving spirit and all its emotion pouring themselves forth, his work has SOUL! Bravo you TWO!
