Love, love, loving today’s real wedding…filled with gorgeous jewel-toned details, a perfect bride and an eclectic wedding style. It’s really refreshing to see a bride completely embrace her own style and design a wedding that envelops who she and her fiance are as a couple.
Kate Triano sent us this gorgeous wedding and if you haven’t already totally fallen for her style, you will after you see this next round…

The bride told her attendants to choose a dress of their liking from anywhere they pleased, as long as it was a peacock hue. Fabulous. Kabloom designed all of the flowers, accenting the gorgeous colors with peacock feathers. It’s funny…the wedding has this really eclectic, anything goes vibe and yet it still feels really cohesive. It isn’t match-matchy or over styled. You can just tell that it’s a reflection of the bride!
Oh and if you haven’t already checked out the ridiculously gorgeous Texas wedding on the Little Black Book Blog…it’s a MUST. The dress is insanely beautiful and the photography by D. Jones will make your heart skip a beat! See the posts here and here.
I want those those flowers! I thing this bride just re-invented my wedding!!
I'm considering a peacock theme for me wedding and I absolutely love this style! I looked up the photographer, and I can't believe she's in DC! How exciting, when my wedding is outside of Richmond, VA?
*squee*!

Ok, I'm seriously curious as to what the names of those flowers are. Can someone help me find them? I want them in my wedding.
Peacock feathers are gorgeous and bring in so many colors! It seems like those might be purple bombay dendrobium orchid dyed blue. An online flower merchant called fiftyflowers has them. Hope that helps!
