I crave weddings like the one we are featuring today. Simple, lovely, without pretense or fussiness. Actually, I am not sure what I love more…the photographer behind the images or the wedding itself, but I can honestly say that it will go down as one of my favorites here on SMP. It’s just that beautiful.

The wedding took place in Melbourne’s beautiful Yarra Valley at the Bulong Estate. The bride wore an unbelievably gorgeous La Sposa gown, the bridesmaids dresses from Spurling Formal Wear. And the photographer was the wonderfully talented Jessie Broome of j {studios}.
As a quick side-note, here is how great this photographer is…when I emailed her to request more photos, it was after one in the morning for her. She not only got me the images that night, but when I requested more the following day and she was sick in bed, Jessie bent over backwards to accommodate. Not to mention her photographs are some of the best that I have seen in a long time and for a girl that looks at beautiful photos all day long, it speaks volumes.
I have so much more from Jessie, Steph and Greg on the way!

I LOVE these photographs, what a talented photographer. The bride is beautiful and I adore her dress. I can't wait to see more!
The lighting in the first photo is amazing. But my first thought was, WHERE was this wedding!? Beautiful.
simply amazing i cant stop staring at these pics!
You have made my day Abby. As someone who absolutely adores this blog (and who stayed up til 2:30am just to see this go live!) your comments just mean the world to me. Thank you! Have a fabulous day.

Love her dress!
Absolutely beautiful dress. Wedding is very beautiful as well.
The smoke in the air is from eight thousand houses being destroyed, along with 200 people who lost their lives.
Love the bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen suits! Any idea where they are from?
GO AUSSIE GO, lovely wedding. You have done well, with the colours. It would have been hard to enjoy with the bushfire happening in Marysville and King Lake and surrounding areas. But I hope you weren't in the Yarra Valley area that was burning. Such a beautiful place Yarra Valley, such a shame.
if i could get married again it would definitely be at the Yarra Valley... oh so romantic
