Grab a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine if it’s after 5), settle down into a comfy chair and brace yourself for an incredible glimpse into today’s featured wedding. The clip that Curtis Heyne of Living Cinema sent us is so spectacular, it just might have you rethinking your entire wedding style.
Chills…tears, the works! I actually just ran upstairs and gave my husband a huge kiss, to soften the blow for when I tell him that I think we have to get married all over again so that I can have a wedding just like this one. Curtis, your work totally blows me away. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!
For those of you that are on the fence as to whether or not to hire a cinematographer (and it’s in the budget of course), I hope that I can be the little nudge that sends you over the edge. It was one of the best things that I did for my own wedding. Three years later, I still pull out our video, cry a few tears, then fall in love with my husband all over again. AND if you are lucky enough to hire Curtis at Living Cinema, well, you just might be pulling that video out more often than you probably should.
That gave me goosebumps. A videographer was not in my budget, but I may try to re-work that now. Any idea what Curtis charges? Thanks for sharing!
Oh my word. This is such a beautiful video presentation!! Curtis, you are amazing. Made my day! Thanks for sharing it with us~
Also, I love the soundtrack. The song is called "Secret" by Joe Purdy from his album You Can Tell Georgia (2006). Fits so perfectly with this clip!! In case you aren't familiar with Joe's music, here is a link to more of his work: http://joepurdy.com/
Wow - goosebumps is right. Some of my favorite things about our wedding video are the parts that don't even include us. I love watching our families and friends enjoying each other throughout the day, being seated by the ushers, watching the toasts at the reception, etc. The day goes by so quickly that it's great to be able to watch it all over again.
I'm in love with this wedding. I'm speechless really!!!
EVERY single element is just perfect!!!
What a lovely little ditty to watch before heading off to bed!
Thanks Abby for featuring such gorgeous weddings that continue to inspire me!
This was so special to watch. Never thought to put the day to music like this. The most moving wedding video I have seen!
This wedding is absoloutely amazing - i adored all of the pictures from yesterday and to watch the video just brought it all together in my mind. This is EXACTLY the kind of beautiful, serene, romantic vibe that i want to bring to my wedding. Unfortunately living in the UK its almost impossible to fin beautiful budget options for marrying outside :(
This video is amazing i would say that everyone should go for a videographer!
All I can say is "Wow!" Beautiful work Curtis, simply stunning and moving! Going to your site to see more now :)
Thank you Michelle for putting the name of the song on there.
I watched this at work...and I was in tears in my office.
Truly amazing. A videographer was not in my original budget, but after hearing so many brides say it is "essential" and seeing videos like there, we have reconsidered. Bye-bye photo booth, hello videographer.
[...] wedding, to be featured on Style Me Pretty. Check out Abby’s kind words about Living Cinema HERE. As well, make sure you check out the other previous nine posts featuring the amazing photography [...]
So beautiful! A cinematographer isn't exactly in our budget either but I will definitely reconsider after seeing this video. Thanks again Abby for featuring such gorgeous weddings that inspire me.
I sat in my office and cried watching this because it is so beautiful. Breath taking details and the couple - oh! Just so happy and relaxed.
It is 3 weeks today since my own wedding and I can only hope that our video will be half as fantastic as this one.
wow, you're right about it giving you chills. sigh, we did not do a wedding video and this definitely makes me wish i could go back and have one...
I'm dying to see this clip, but can't seem to access it anywhere. Can someone post a direct link? I can't wait! :)
Hi Amy, I had the same problem. You can visit Living Cinema's website at www.livingcinima.net, then click on "the reel" at the top and you can view it from there. =)
The Living Cinema website does not seem to be accessible anymore.
That song is BEAUTIFUL!! Does anyone know who the artist is?
