I have had my wedding parties also put together a list of the VIPs with a picture on it to send to the photographer prior to the wedding. That way on wedding day the photographer knew who was who!
I think this tip is a great idea! Even before we used this the day of our wedding, I spent a long time with the photographer going over all of the the "dyfunctional" functionings of mine and my husbands families. That way she knew not to suggest a photo with feuding sisters. And to understand why the crybaby wouldn't smile for any photos...and that it wasn't her fault!
