Lyndsey Hamilton is one of those planners that you book the minute she has an opening. She just has this way about the events that she crafts…they seem incredibly personal, incredibly real and always, incredibly beautiful. And to be honest, those are the traits that I look for when featuring a wedding on Style Me Pretty. I don’t like to show weddings that are overly designed or manufactured. I love weddings where the couple, the bride, the beauty of the day can really shine through.
So when Lyndsey send us today’s featured wedding, which just happened to be photographed by Jake McBride of Christian Oth (love), I swooned…

From Lyndsey…
Kaitlin & Will had chosen East Hampton as their wedding location when they were living in Hong Kong. Kaitlin had spent summers in the Hamptons as a child, and her family owned a home directly across the street from Mulford Farm. Because there had never been a wedding held at Mulford Farm, which is maintained by the East Hampton Historical Society, Kaitlin knew that she needed to hire a planner to orchestrate the details and logistics–that was when she hired us! We began planning the wedding in January for the following September.
So much more to come from this lovely wedding…

That dress! I must know who the designer is...
The shoes! Where did she find them?
I second the dress request!
I second the shoes request!
Shoes are Chanel. Dress is Monique Lhuillier (purchased in Hong Kong!)
Would the bride share the style name of the shoes? Obviously they are Chanel, but dying to know what the style name is!
thanks!
we are definitely checking...hopefully, we'll have the style number soon! They are pretty incredible.
omg i love those shoes. i want a pair for myself. let us know the style number! (and cost!)
that is also what i look forward to see in the real weddings: real people, real love, and how they make it tangible, without too many extravagances.
Thank you for providing them to us!
Those are some of the MOST BEAUTIFUL shoes!!!! Does anyone know the style #. I can see they are Chanel. Please let me know.
Thanks,
LOVE that shoe shot on that chair. fabulous...
Love the whole feel of this wedding. It feels like its a vintage wedding, but with modern elements. Lovely.
We've asked Kaitlin to stop by later today to answer any of your questions that she can. She's going to check on the style number of her shoes!
The shoes are from 2008 Cruise Collection. Not sure of the specific style number, but they were called the Camellia T-Strap Sandals.
Awsome thanks so much!!!

Would you be able to tell me more specifics about the dress, style name, price?

I feel in love with those Chanel shoes the first time I saw them on here. Since they are impossible to find I decided to recreate them myself. So I got dye-able shoes from Payless that I liked, had them dyed to Dusty Rose from their book, and actually found the flowers from some headbands that I stumbled upon this weekend (I was actually going to try to make them myself.) They turned out fabulous!
Tia----I too was thinking about recreating them with the payless shoes from Lela Rose. Are they comfy? Now I just have to find a flower...
You can find those shoes at the Chanel outlet at Woodbury Commons. You should call ahead to see if they have your color/size left.
Where did the lanterns come from? They are beautiful! I would love to have lanterns like those for my wedding...
