And finally, it’s time to announce the winner of the New Year’s giveaway! The winner is…Mandy, who said:
“I always love reading about real weddings and what creative ideas people come up with. Along with all the fun ideas and beautiful photo’s, I’d love to see a section of “Real weddings: What I would have done different had I known better” or A multi-tude of real life “don’ts” would really help us bride-to-be’s avoid hassle, confusion, chaos, and mishaps. “
SUCH a good idea. I can’t even tell you how many good ideas there were and we are taking each and every one to heart. Our goal for the New Year is to design a site that serves our readers needs like no other. So if you ever have an idea as to how we can make SMP even better, just shoot me an email! It’s really important to us that we create a site that our readers find not only hugely inspirational, but hugely useful as well.

I love the "Visit New York" line - so charming!! Hope they come out with a "Visit Washington DC" one too :)
I am beyond thrilled that Hello! Lucky now offers digital printing! Their designs are the BEST! It's hard to pick a favorite, but I'm definitely loving the "L'Oiseau" line - whimsical and elegant!
I LOVE all the bird designs. Since I have to pick a favorite I really like the Antoinette design! I'm having teal and peacock feathers in my wedding so I was very happy to see both of these elements in a single invite! :) It's the perfect mix of modern and chic.
My favorite is the "Oak" invitation set. I think that it is elegant yet understated. It would be perfect for my outdoor wedding, where I will coincidentally be married under an oak tree on a historic estate. Beautiful line of cost conscious invitations.
I have adored HELLO LUCKY for a long time. The first time I stumbled across their handy dandy work I fell in love with their "Sweetheart" invites. Now that they have them in digital, I wish I could plan my wedding again. We are so "lucky" HELLO LUCKY continues to share their amazing talent!
Wow..........I didn't think it would be that hard to pick a winner. After lots of contemplating I'd say I'd go with the Origami Garden in Chocolate and Spring.
I LOVE Mandy's idea. No matter how much you plan or how satisfied you are with the results there are always a few nagging things you would have done differently. It would be great to share those specifics with future brides!
It's hard to pick one. I like Chrysanthemum
Digital.
I love their work. My love is the enchanted garden design in the blue tones
The classic cowboy save-the-dates are my ultimate favorite. But it was not easy picking one!
The L'Oiseau is definitely my favorite. I'm excited to see they have a new digital option for invitations. They are affordable and still stylish! Keep up the good work Hello! Lucky
I love all the city skylines, but alas, there is no Chicago one. So I'm going to have to say that the Medjool invitations in blue are my next favorite.
I really like the origami garden line, especially in yellow. Very simple and modern.
I LOVE the Visit New York invitation set! We are having a destination wedding in New York and would love to incorporate this design! It evokes the vintage feel, the atmosphere, the unique architecture and fits with the casual and fun atmosphere we are going for! I also love that a variety of paper products can be created with the same design! Hello! Lucky is awesome!
I was so excited when you guys first mentioned hellolucky! Such beautiful designs and especially in the digital printing method as its so much cheaper for us brides on a budget but who don't want to sacrifice style. As dark purple is one of the prominent colours in my wedding, I really love the orchid invite in purple and lavender. The colours are so elegant and subtle. When I saw them I immediately sent a link to my fiance so show him, as the invitations are a very important design element to him as well. Beautiful work!!
What an awesome giveaway! I adore Hello Lucky...
I am in love with the 'French Deco'! That is exactly what I envision for our invitations. We're having a vintage-French-garden wedding.
i love the sophisticate invite with coal and curry. beautiful color combination.
I LOVE Hello Lucky's Coral Dot wedding invitation in blue. It is perfect for my seaside wedding! The funny thing is...I just ordered the sample of this invitation yesterday, so I should be getting it tomorrow in the mail! :)
My friend just told me about this site and I am addicted! You guys have the best photos and the best ideas. Love the invitations on Hello Lucky's site. (My fiance and I are in the thick of wedding planning so it is very nice to find all these resources so easily!) My favorite, after browsing through is the "Rustic Poppy". Really beautiful.
Pick a favorite? How?! That's like asking a mother to pick her favorite child (unless you ask mine, of course)! I love the individuality of each and every one. The vibrance, the whimsy and in some cases even the simplicity. I think my top choice, though, is the Home Sweet Home collection. There's something so charming about it. And the cost consciousness is just a bonus.
While I adore Rustic Poppy, Sweetheart, Vintage Bloom and.... OK, pretty much ALL of the designs, I literally squealed with delight when I saw Julia Rothman's Home Sweet Home invites & RSVPs. I am such a fan of her work and think it would be very special to incorporate her sweet simplicity into our wedding stationery. Thanks, Hello!Lucky for tapping such a fabulous talent!
It's really close! But I have to pick Malaga. Pretty and unique.
The OAK is by far my favorite. I love the symbolism of the Oak tree. Starting to grow roots and maturing and standing the test of time. Its a great invitation! Hello Lucky has some great choices!
These are all absolutely classic. I fell in love with the pinecones and roses collection. I am newly engaged and have been looking around for natural inspiration and these would be the perfect addition to our simple, yet elegant, mountain wedding.
I love the entire collection but the French Deco stands out to me. It's the perfect balance of modern and vintage with a total cocktail and bubbly vibe. I think of Chanel Number 5, a glass of champagne, a long strand of pearls and a fabulous party!
We're going for a rustic/earthy theme so I"m liking L'Oiseau in sage and brown.
When I got engaged three years ago (and discovered Hello! Lucky that very week) the Cherry Blossom was my hands down favorite. But now it's definitely Antoinette! I'm incorporating both damask and feathers into the decor, it's like they read our minds!
Ha, funny that they are the first two that appear on the site!
The playful colors and fanciful graphics in all collections are so uplifting...Having to pick a #1, my fav collection is the rustic poppy. My backyard, vintage-inspired wedding would be utterly elevated to a chic affair, were I able to compliment with such cute paper! I would be honored to send these invitations (etc!) to my guests!
I love the look of the honeysuckle digital invite. The colors of yellow and brown look very good together.
I love the sock monkeys and they are now confirmed appropriate for all occasions!
I love the Rustic Poppy - perfect for my casual at-home wedding, and matches my colours too!
Home Sweet Home is so perfect for our wedding!
My choice would be the L'Oiseau (The Bird) invitation. I love the bird sitting on the branch and I love how the bird flies off on the Thank You cards. The rounded corners gives the invitations a wonderful unique touch!
http://www.hellolucky.com/l-oiseau-digital-wedding-invitation-lake-and-spring.html
I love Hello Lucky cards. I'm so excited that you have a wedding line. My favorite is the Home Sweet Home invites. My fiance and I are incorporating branches into the decorations for our wedding. These invites are perfect! We're getting them whether or not we win!
I LOVE the Vintage Bloom intivation. Its a simple design but it makes such a big statement! Love the new site and all the new goodies!
I can't decide! I am obsessed with the Autumn Leaves designs but can't choose a color. I don't think there is anything more beautiful than letterpress stationary and will definitely use Hello! Lucky from now on. We are planning a garden wedding at home during the fall when our lemon and persimmon trees are in full bloom and will have a citrus, yellow, orange, and brown theme. Thank you for the heads up, what a great resource. :)
Okay wow. I adore the Origami Garden invitations for several reasons..namely because it ties in beautifully with the origami flowers I plan on making myself for my bouquet! Gorgeous. What I like about Hello! Lucky is that even the most contemporary of styles still has a soft, delicate feel. Some invitation lines are too bold and harsh. Love it! Thank you for posting this!
This website was one of the better invitation websites I have seen, as far as ease of use. I liked the different ways you could filter and it was responsive and not overdone! Thanks for that! I am immediately drawn to the digital invitations, because they are beautiful but not as expensive as letterpress. I have a hard time telling the difference of the two! My favorite style was the Malaga. I liked that you could choose different color schemes and I also like the shape and layout of the invitations. Thanks for the opportunity!
I just received a sample of some of their digital printing in the mail and it looks amazing. I love Hello Lucky and am planning on using the Cherry Blossom (in green / digital) for our garden wedding this July.
I absolutely love Vintage Rose! It has that classic image on the top but the whimsy of polka dots on the bottom. Since I haven't ordered invites yet, I am definitely going to consider this design. We're having our reception in a fantastic barn which has a classic aura to it but with the fun of, well, being in a barn!
Now that is a tough decision! I'd go with L'oiseau - it's so cheerful and delicate! Hello! Lucky makes so many pretty things...
In the language of teen texting, OMG! I LOVE Hello Lucky's Vintage Bloom design in blue and red. I'm getting married on the 4th of July and have been hunting in vain for invitations that incorporated red/white/blue and were still effortlessly stylish. Hello Lucky's invites certainly put an end to my search! Their Vintage Bloom design would set the perfect tone for my retro-inspired 4th of July wedding. I can just picture my guests sipping lemonade and commenting on the delightful invitations they had received. Ah, wedding fantasies.
The Oak is nice, and so is the Origami Garden. I'd need to see them in person to decide.
After looking at so many uninspired, boring wedding invitations it is a breath of fresh air to look through the collection Hello! Lucky has put together and get inspiration for my entire wedding- from the colors to the artwork they are just amazing. I especially love the "Mi Amor" collection because it captures exactly what I am looking for in my Mexico destination wedding. The sample is even from a wedding at the same resort were we will be having ours!
I am in love with the Cherry Blossom design. My husband and I met in the DC area, and I have so many fond memories of us going to festival activities each spring--and now that we're back here again we take our children each year to the same festivities we went to while dating years ago! Its such a gorgeous time of year celebrating rebirth and renewal-simply embodying the beauty that a new marriage is! I love that the invite can capture all that for me! :)
I am so excited about the new invites and have spent so much time looking at the Hello Lucky website that I feel like I have it memorized! I would have to pick the Cherry Blossom invites as my absolute favorites! My fiances family lives in Italy and they are not all able to travel due to health reasons. Therefore, we are getting married over there and then hosting a post-wedding celebration in my hometown of Washington, DC.... shortly after Cherry Blossom season! Those invites could not be more perfect for my Washington spring celebration!
J'adore l'oiseau! I was floored when I saw this sweet, whimsical and uplifting invitation set and its lovely French name. I am such a francophile and seeing the bird design, which matches seamlessly the motif of our wedding, I about had a wedding bliss stroke. My fiance and I chose a bird theme for our celebration complete with tiny feathers in place of an aisle runner and bird names for our reception tables in place of numbers, among other details. This invitation sweeps that whole motif together with incredible cheerfulness. Anyone would be lucky! to have such invitations as the prelude to their wedding!
Holy Toledo, the L'OISEAU is lovely!
We're are planning a whimsical Autumn wedding, crafting together an elegant bash inspired by our Vermont rural town.
This design demonstrates an Autumn wedding does not have to be rustic, it can be chic and fanciful.
Oh! The gift certificate would cover NEARLY THE ENTIRE COST of our invitations! I would swoon to win. We're having a very intimate reception, just fifty guests total.
There are so many I like! The orchid, home sweet home, origami garden, and naturalist. We haven't chosen a location for a wedding yet, so I'm sure that would help narrow down our choice.
I am love love loving the simplicity of the Oak digital invites. The coordinating acorn motif is too cute as well!
classic cowboy letterpress invites are exactly what i am looking for, and definitely my favorite of the bunch. the large font is PERFECT and it looks amazing with red text on blue.
My favorite is the Medjool design. I'm getting married in a colonial city on the coast of Colombia; the modern and clean fonts paired with the curvy motif on the sides are the perfect fit. Not to mention, out of hundreds of designs I've looked at, it's the only one that has gotten my fiancee really excited.
The Naturalist design is so beautiful. It's so antiquey and elegant.
Thank you so much for posting this. I've never heard of Hello Lukcy and I was so overwhelmed with all the beautiful invitations. My favorite was the Wildwood. I love how unique it is. I'm excited that the site has digital printing that is actually in my price range. Thank you again!!!
I love the Oak invitation. My parents were married under a huge oak tree near a barn in 1979 and although we aren't able to do the same thing, I'd love to honor them by using this invitation. They are all beautiful but this one is special!
I love the rustic elegance of the "Oak" invitation. I like the symbolism of the growing family tree and it would be perfect for an outdoor wedding, like ours!
I stumbled upon stylepretty.com and since then it has become part of my daily web surfing routine. I found the perfect wedding board inspiration for our fall wedding http://www.stylemepretty.com/2008/06/09/reader-inspiration-boards/ .
I'm digging the L'Oiseau, and it would go perfectly with my wedding inspiration. My fiance and I are paying for our own wedding and winning this prize would help so much.
I LOVE the Regency line. It's so simple, yet stylish...and timeless! It would be perfect for my contemporary wedding.
You mean I have to pick one? I guess if I had to it would be the L'Oiseau Digital Wedding Invitation - but I'm not picking my favorite color.... just too hard.
No matter what event I am attending from a Baby Shower to a Wedding... I have always said that the 'Preview to the Event' is all in the invitation. That is what gets your guests excited about what's to come...
Looking at all the wonderful choices on the website, I have to say that my favorite would have to be the L'Oiseau.. I could carry off any color scheme and I know that if I were to open that invitation I would be titalating with excitment about the event!!
My favorite is definitely the New York City Skyline and London Skyline in green or navy. But let's add LOS ANGELES to the mix!
I have been obsessing over Hello Lucky for a week now. They're a little out of my price range, ordinarily, but that gift certificate would certainly take care of that problem. While they're all absolutely gorgeous, I think I'd have to go with the Home Sweet Home. We're planning a fall wedding and that would fit perfectly. Besides, those RSVP cards just push it over the edge for me. How sweet!
I love them ALL!
I have had my eye on the Regency for MONTHS now, but wasn't sure I could work letterpress into the budget. I'm so glad it's now offered in digital printing, because it's exactly perfect for our bold, swanky wedding!
I love the Sophisticate collection, it's really eye catching and elegant!
I've always dreamt of the perfect Hello Lucky set for my big day! Now that I'm planning, I couldn't imagine anything more perfect than the "Home Sweet Home" set, though they'd normally be out of financial reach!
The New York Skyline would match perfect with my city theme.
J’adore l’oiseau!
I don't know if I could pick just one, it's a hard choice between the Regency and L'Oiseau. There are just too many to choose from.
Ooooh! As soon as I followed the link to the digital collection I fell in love with the l'Oiseau style in Lake & Spring. I looked through each style and color combo and none of them thrilled me like that first favorite. The rounded edges and horizontal shape really appeals to me.
Style Me Pretty and Hello Lucky working together? This is like a dream! Thank you! Though on a pretty tiny budget, I've always dreamt of having a beautiful Hello Lucky print suite to help make our big day perfect! We're planning a small, cozy, rustic wedding during the height of fall in Nashville, TN... and the "Home Sweet Home" collection looks like something straight our of our personalities! They'd normally be a bit out of financial reach, but I know they'd be a perfect fit for our hopefully perfect day!! So beautiful!
I love Vintage Bloom Digital!
I love the rustic poppy digital designs. After seeing your post for Hello Lucky! I headed over to their site for inspiration to make my own invitations (a way to save money due to our limited budget). And so many of the other invitation suites they have would work with our "rustic fifties farm picnic" theme.
I love the L'Oiseau digital design! It's stunning and it embodies the vintage garden theme of our wedding.
I'm simply smitten with the Sophisticate suite! The dotty patterned background makes my heart skip a beat!
I love the rustic poppy design! It's such a cute graphic with such simple fonts. Truly a great design by Hello Lucky!
I love the Visit London design in orange and black. I've loved Hello Lucky! ever since I saw their letterpress cherry blossom suite in Martha Stewart Weddings. Their new digital printing options are totally affordable and just as wonderful!
Hrm, that's a tough call. I think I am most in love with the oak digital design. I have a love of all things trees and the simplicity of it is stunning.
I love the L'OISEAU invitation. It's both elegant and whimsical, and would be perfect for my garden wedding.
I really like the Wildwood invitations. They are really cute and classy but informal.
Absolutely love Hello Lucky!!! I really like the vintage cowboy line. It's gorgeous!
I love the L'Oiseau in chocolate! So classy!
L'Oiseau is beautiful. It is my favorite!
I have fallen in love with the L'OISEAU! They would be sooo beautiful for my garden wedding!! I love them!
I love the Malaga invitation. perfect for my outdoor garden wedding with soft fluffy flowers!
This was so much easier than I thought it would be! Easily the L'Oiseau invitations, because of the their simplicity and elegance, and the colors shown in the picture are our colors! Peacock colors and very vibrant :)
I am so excited about the digital printing option. What an affordable way to get beautifully designed invitations. My favorite is the Mi Amor invitation.
I must say that the L'Oiseau invitations are fun, formal, and fit my style to a T! I love love love them, I wish I had a bit bigger of a stationary budget, I know that I'm trying to splurge on the reception but goodness how I want these. Congrats Hello Lucky! You are amazing artists!!
I love how a wedding invitation "sets the scene" for what's to come on the big day. These will absolutely have people in great anticipation as they mark it on their calander. As I poured over each one I was drawn to what the event on the other side of that invitation might look like, needless to say my "I'll only be another minute honey..." Has turned into an embarassing amount of time. And now after reading all of the comments I need to go back and look again. Ugh. I LOVED all of them, ADORED five of them, and drifted away to one of them. That one would have to be the peaceful, simplicity of the Coral & Dot.
it's interesting how the first thing i thought of when i saw the Rustic Poppy design was this set of tin containers my grandmother had in her kitchen for flour, sugar, etc., and then the second thought was "oh how modern this one is!"
i love it. Rustic Poppy wins in my book.
L'OISEAU would be perfect for my love bird theme wedding!
I really like the "Honeysuckle" design. I saw the save-the-dates in the Feb/March issue of Modern Bride and thought it was lovely, and even though the website is brimming with beautiful designs, this is still one of my favorites. My middle name is Violet so I've always liked the idea of purple as a color for my wedding; this design also uses my fiancee's favorite color, green, which is fun. Very clean and chic! :)
We would go with the "Oak" design fo' sho!
We're getting married at a farm outside of our city, Portland OR, and will be married under a large oak tree, so this would be very symbolic!
I heart the L'Oiseau design. I think each girl has a bird that fits their style best. Some girls go for the classic country rooster, others the more stylish hip rooster, but i like the sweet romantic songbirds. I've been looking for something just like this - understated and reminiscent of springtime. I am making my own fabric invitations and I'd love something chic to place inside each fabric envelopement. Thanks Hello!Lucky!

Absolutely beautiful invitations!!! I am getting married in an English garden and I think that the Honeysuckle set is fantastic!
I have loved hello! lucky since the moment i found the site. i literally visit every day because of the inspiration their site brings.
being a budget bride, i have to be cautious about spending each dime. however, when i saw the "honeysuckle" invite a few weeks ago, i caught my breath. i am having my wedding and reception at a local winery and these invites set the right tone. not too formal, yet sweet and full of personality.
honeysuckle reminds me of long summer afternoons when i was young. we would stop playing for just one moment to catch a taste of honeysuckle in the fence row. i couldn't believe something so good could come out of a widespread vine. isn't love like that? the taste of something so good in the midst of all our troubles?
Hello Page 1 !! I Adore L'Oiseau. It's honestly the first thing that caught my eye when the link opened up. The colors shown are so vibrant, I think that it really would give guests a heads up that a great Party was on the way. It comes in a very unique size & the whimsical nature of the swirls & birds would make anyone smile!
I am trying hard to decide between the cowboy in blue and red and the home sweet home. We are having a Vermont barn wedding and both fit perfectly. I am totally smitten with the home sweet home RSVP card with the tree carving. So cute!
I like the Home Sweet Home Letterpress Wedding Invitation in
Apple & Chocolate. I really love the tree on there! That's the kind of thing I'm thinking of doing for our invitations.
I love the Orchid line. It's beautiful but simple...words we're hoping describes our wedding.
It's gotta be the Malaga for me- in that pearly dove grey. It's so beautiful, simple and classic.
I am *obsessed* with the orchid invites... they are TOO perfect! The right colors, the right mix of sweet and simple! AND orchids are the featured flower in my bouquets! Love, love, LOVE!
I am so excited that they have a digital line!! My favorite is "Mi Amor"- they are so pretty!
Love the Orchid Design!! With a winter wedding in the making I think these are just perfect for the frosty season!
We want to have our wedding at one of your favorite Charleston venues, the Cotton Dock at Boone Hall Plantation. The Oak Digital Wedding Invitations are perfect and remind me of the line of oaks leading up to the plantation. Simple and elegant, just what we want!
Yay! We now have a chance at something close to Letterpress, but within our budget! The Medjool is definitely my favorite of all - it's clean, simple, elegant - yet fun! (And I know my fiance won't say 'That looks like a dolie.') Big plus! I've almost settled a few times just to get the invites out, but now I won't have to! Thank you Hello Lucky and SMP! :)
Wow! This has made me one happy bride! I've been searching for invitations that could live up to the Sophisticate from hello Lucky's letterpress collection, but at a cost that fits into my budget! The new digital option has truly made my day (hopefully my wedding day, too)! I love the Sophisticate in black and pink. Thank you Hello Lucky and SMP!!!!!
I just adore the Mi Amor invitations! So sweet and unique with an ethnic flair, just what I'd love my wedding to embody.
L'Oiseau is definitely my favorite. My fiancee and I have a bit of a bird theme in our house, and the L'Oiseau fits perfectly with our style. It makes me think of spring and new beginnings.
L’Oiseau, definitely. It's interesting how many of the brides have a bird theme. My daughter (getting married in a barn), very early on, found cute tiny iron bird houses to put in the flower arrangements... and that got us going. We're DIY'ers and I've been agonizing over the invitations. We can't afford letterpress, so needless to say, I'm thrilled to discover these adorable digital ones at a reasonable price. I went through the online process (there were two glitches they might want to check out...the city/state line on both the invitation and RSVP card came up slowly, or not at all, the first time; and the "and" between the bride/grooms names was oddly spaced vertically if you didn't use the same text as in their names). Thanks for being such a great resource!
I definitely vote for the Medjool invitations. They are gorgeous and unique. My fiance and I are having an Indian-Jewish wedding in the garden of a historic Medinah Temple. This invitation perfectly fits our event. It is manages to be romantic, whimsical and exotic all at the same time.
The Classic Cowboy in yellow/brown has just the right amount of old-fashioned charm!
The Honeysuckle Set is breathtaking. Thanks for the opportunity to win.
l'oiseau is designed as if the ladies at hello! lucky are one of my best friends, who listened to all of my wandering and kaleidoscopic ideas and turned pieces of inspiration into stunning celebration.
I adore Hello!Lucky. I have always dreamed of a seaside wedding, so their "tides" line is my top pick. Simple and classic.
I'd have to say my favorite is the antoinette design...it's funny because I wasn't looking at the titles when I was browsing through all the designs, but when I picked this one as my favorite, it was special to me that it was called antoinette, because that's my mom's name!
I love the L'OISEAU invitation. THe bird with flowers is so modern & Portland and yet can fit with the vintage theme of my wedding.
I just love the Sophisticate invitation. It's got the classy look to it with just a touch of modernism in the details....I guess it's just sophisticated!
As a native of Cape Cod and soon to marry there, I love the Tides invitation. It's clean and simple but gorgeous.
Oh goodness! What a task to choose my favorite one! The Wildwood design is so delicate and charming- perfect for a simple southern wedding. I love its fun, yet sophisticated simiplicity, exactly the way I envision my wedding. Thanks to Hello Lucky and SMP for a great opportunity!
I love "The Sophisticate" design. It's very classy yet still has a playful theme to it as well--suits the tone of our wedding very well. Thanks for the opportunity!
I absolutely love the Sophisticate invitations! They are elegant yet fun!
With so many great resources out there for wedding planning (this site being my absolute favorite), I was surprised when it was difficult to find good wedding invitation sites and ideas... enter Hello Lucky, and I'm absolutely in love!!! The style, design, fresh ideas, ease of use and I'm most impressed with the affordability. If I have to pick one design, I'm going to have to go with the Orchid. Its classic yet slightly modern, and beautiful and romantic. All of the things I hope for our big day to be!!!
I love the Cherry Blossom digital invitation. I have always loved Cherry Blossoms and definitely want to incorporate that into my wedding.
I'm loving the Rustic Poppy design in chocolate & curry! The vintage inspired pattern and the colors are gorgeous!
I adore the Cherry Blossom invitation! It matches the pink theme of my wedding, and I plan to use a variety of pink flowers to create a romantic but warm wedding!
I love the Orchid invitation line. My wedding color is purple and it's hard to find such beautiful invitations in that color scheme. The Orchid invite is just perfect!
I love the Naturalist line, it's simple and elegant. I am getting married in Napa Valley, and this design works perfectly with the natural and rustic theme we are having. It is great that there is now a digital option for this invitation line!
I love the "Rustic Cowboy" design. It's absolutely perfect for my outdoor wedding at a private estate in the mountains of central California. I am so happy Hello! Lucky went digital!!!
The Naturalist line in the color Chocolate & Spring is stunning. It would be perfect for our wedding location and matches our colors perfectly! I love the vintage look to it and it is very different from all of the other invitations I've seen that have trees as the design.
I am getting married the first weekend of May and I am having doing different shades of pink. I absolutely love the "cherry blossom" invitations and will probably order them whether my name is drawn or not. I just love all of their invitations, but these are my favorite.
Definitely Definitely the mod bird. My boyfriend (hopefully soon my fiancee!) calls me Birdy!
Definitely, Definitely the mod bird! My boyfriend (hopefully soon my fiancee...) calls me Birdy and this would be the cutest way to send out an announcement!
I love the Regency invites--classic, modern, a little Art Deco, and simply perfect. Sigh.
I love the Cherry Blossom... I know it's first, but it really is my favorite and it's my colors!!
"Belle Epoque" makes my heart SWOON. The pink swirly-twirly background with the flourished honey bee design would be perfect for my June garden wedding. To have these invitations would bee true happiness.
Vintage Bloom is just perfect. Simple, yet beautiful. Understated.
Hands Down the "CHINOISE" are my absolute favorites, understated, chic, simple and to the point! Everything I'm hoping to encompass in my wedding so that our love can be the highlight of the day.
I've just started planning and stumbled on your site yesturday...adore the content & inspiration! My favorite is French Deco, runners up...Naturalist, English Garden, & Tides.
How exciting that something so beautiful becomes more affordable! My fav is the Butterfly & Bouquet, it is beautiful, peaceful and has a nice vintage feel.
The L'Oiseau digital invite is so perfect. The colors in the main picture [indigo and olive] are my exact wedding colors. I love a classic design using bold colors. These are offered in other great colors two. I love the affordable digital printing and the color options which really make these look custom to a wedding without the couple having to spend big bucks on custom design.
I love the Coral & Dot design on the digital invites, so unique and absolutly gorgeous!!!
I love Hello! Lucky so choosing a favorite is definitely a tough task! I'm planning a small, beach wedding so I think the Coral and Dot in sophisticated champagne and chocolate would be perfect!
I loved the "visit London" invitations so much, I am trying to convince my Fiancee to move our wedding there just so I can use them!
I love the L'Oiseau brown and white design. Me and my fiance are very into the minamalist vintage design, and its so cute!! Oh how we would love to see our wedding invites scripted out on those!! :)
The Bella Epoque in yellow is my fave. I would love to have letterpress invites, that might be one of my splurges.
I love the destination series-wish you had one for Berlin! My other favourite would be the L'Oiseau as it would match the look we're going for-chic and fun!
L'Oiseau in Lake I think. I've been trying to make my own invites using a little bird decoration I found as a template - I've been teaching myself embossing, but I don't think it's going to work. Seeing HelloLucky's work has made me realise that it takes a professional!! Both of us love nature and birds, and are having a country wedding in a little church hall with lights and paper decorations in bird shapes so this invite would be perfect...sigh...
I love the Antoinette! It's very classy and sophisticated from the design to the color scheme. We are going for a nice little classy beach wedding and the feathers make me think outside without being too obvious. I also like the little hearts in the pattern because it adds the girlish touch that I like w/o being so overpowering that the fiance wouldn't like it.
I've always been a fan of their entire collection, but I adore the new Julia Rothman invites... they're very modern but they inherit Julia's quirkiness and fits perfectly into the Hello Lucky family!
It's so exciting that Hello Lucky now offers digital! I love all of their invitations, but my favorite right now is the NATURALIST. It would be perfect for the backyard wedding we are planning at my grandmother's house.
I love love love the "classic cowboy" line. I am a California girl born and raised but my future husband is a rough and tumble Montana cowboy and he even agreed that the classic cowboy invitations are just perfect for us! Now that Hello Lucky offers a digital line we are totally looking forward to sending them out to our friends and family.
We're having a private ceremony in the San Francisco area, then celebrating with the rest of our family and friends in our home state of Minnesota. What better way to tie in our ceremony locale than the "Visit San Francisco" invitations? Too cute!
I love the L'Oiseau Digital Chocolate and Lavender. It is reminiscent of spring and old world charm. The invites would tie in perfectly for a spring wedding in one of Savannah's historic squares. The chocolate and lavender colors paired are so beautiful and romantic.
It's so awesome that they have a digital line! I love letterpress, but, as a bride on a budget, this is a perfect alternative.
My favorite is "French Deco." We're going for a classic 1940s style with a teensy bit of rustic edge as the ceremony is being held on an apple farm, so the clean lines with the sprig of flowers brings it all together. LOVE it.
The New York City Skyline is by far my favorite design. In Gravel & Pool the invitation even carries a hint of Tiffany-esque blue that adds yet another nostalgic note to the invitation's already classic mood. The design reaches thorough visual appeal through minimalism that sets a tone of modern elegance. From subtle elements like pigeons in the corner or a single apple on the page to its chic typographic presentation, this line makes a clean and modern statement without losing aesthetic appeal. Bravo.
Simply beautiful designs. My sister, who is the bride-to-be in a June wedding this Spring referred me to your site to help her in looking at invitation ideas. Very impressive! I'm sure she will easily find a favorite!

I really love the Enchanted Garden series. Birds have always been one of my favorite things: I love the peacock motif going on. So pretty!
I love the New York Skyline, which would be perfect since our location, Pochron Studios, overlooks the New York skyline. Vintage Bloom is also really elegant.
The L'Oiseau invitation (digital) is very cute! I love how the colors pop.
I can't decide between Sophisticate, Naturalist, and Vintage Rose. I am leaning toward Sophisticate because of the unique oval frame. Actually, the bold top border of the Naturalist design probably takes the cake. It matches the heavy vines that cover the front of the chapel I am getting married at. [http://www.stcatherinesatbellgable.com/ ] All of the invites were lovely!
I'm such a huge fan of Hello! Lucky... so glad to have come across it here on SMP! My fiance and I are planning on incorporating an Asian theme into our wedding in honor of both our cultural backgrounds. I absolutely adore the ORCHID design in Aubergine & Gravel and think it would be perfect for what we have in mind-- simple, yet elegant. :)
Hello! Lucky walks the precarious line of being vintage chic. I love all of their work-- but, L'Oiseau (Chocolate) is my favorite. Everything surrounding weddings can be a tad over done... but, Style Me Pretty and Hello! Lucky offer soon-to-be brides a fresh perspective. Keep the great ideas coming!
Hello Lucky! Enchanted garden in papaya and chocolate...oh so perfect for our wedding on an organic farm with food fresh from...vintage flowers...and the beautiful peacock...would love love love!! Thanks for the chance! JB in NY
The Oak digital invitation is my favorite--simple, clean, natural, and not too feminine, but still sophisticated and classic!
I love so many of them...but my absolute favorite is Oak.I've always loved the oak tree motif, and this one would be perfect for the small outdoor country wedding we're planning.
Those wedding invitations are beautiful! I love the cream and green invitation. They are very classy and I think they would fit most any wedding theme.
My answer is biased, as its a design that we're considering for our own wedding, but I have to say "Seashore". The delicate, but intricate, background design gives the piece texture even on a digital, flat print. The color options are perfect for a beach wedding. On top of that, you can't beat the personal service that comes with the Hello! Lucky team. Many online print shops can seem distant, but the personal notes and helpful follow up emails that have accompanied the samples that I've requested are an appreciated touch. Kudos to the Hello! Lucky team for their beautiful craftsmanship, their considerate attention to the customer, and the beautiful new website!
There are honestly too many to choose just one- the Sweetheart, the Naturalist, the Mi Amour...but if I have to choose just one, I pick the Cowboy in the curry color, because it fits my wedding very well. But they are all so beautiful and it is great to see something so classy but affordable for us brides who are on a budget!
I looked through them all and truly loved them all! L'Oiseau in the green and brown or brown on brown kept catching my eye. It incorporates our color pallete, the fact that it will be a totally outdoor wedding, as well as just our general style. I'm actually in love with it :)
Hello!Lucky, hello GORGEOUS!!! I'm really loving the "SKYLINE" collection, especially New York. You could really carry the city theme throughout your wedding, incorporating the skyline design on your cocktail napkins, etc., name tables after different places in the city, the possibilities are endless...
The design is fresh and modern and definitely sets the tone for a city affair that you can personalize. Would love to see them add more cities so you could pick a skyline that's meaningful to you (your home town, favorite vacation spot, or place where you fell in love/got engaged). Love it!
I am a new reader to your blog and so happy I found it! We just started our wedding planning and have found so many great ideas from your blog! I love the Hello! Lucky website and I love the Medjool invitations. It's exactly what I had in mind!
I LOOOVE the Malaga in Chartreuse and Green. Perfection!
oops I meant Charetreuse and Gray
I love the Cherry Blossom design- so fresh and fun!
Oh, it's so hard to choose! All their designs are so inspirational... but I would have to say the Grapevine design would fit perfectly into our wine country reception and champagne/burgundy color scheme.
I absolutely love, love, love the Rustic Poppy. I am such a vintage girl and I am working hard to create a wedding that is fresh and vintage at the same time. These are a perfect example of what I love the most in design!
Love the Origami and the L'Oidseau...
I loooove the Oak wedding invitations! It's always been a dream of mine to get married in front of a big oak tree, not to mention I love the earthy color of the invites.
I was swooning over pretty much the entire collection (the whole "Visit" line--to die for, if only I was having a destination wedding). I think I like the Home Sweet Home the best with that adorable tree! So sweet! And thank you so much for introducing me to a BEAUTIFUL, AFFORDABLE line of COTTON invitations!! I'm smitten.
these are all so beautiful --i like orchid the best though. it as a very clean simplicity that makes it look timelessly elegant. it has the kind of simple beauty of a japanese garden. i also love the way the orchid bends over the text on the top left - the invitation doesn't feel empty, but it also doesn't feel cluttered. this feels like the kind of invitation that will seembeautiful thirty years from now - it's just wonderfully elegant.
i just ordered my Hello Lucky! samples last week. my fiance and i are leaning toward "rustic poppy" (or rustic poopy as he mis-typed in an email to me). my wedding has gone through so many changes since we got engaged. i realized last week that i don't have to do everything myself just because i'm "crafty". so i have decided Hello Lucky! is the perfect solution to saving me stress/time but also reflects my vintage, diy, rustic theme.
I adore all the skyline cards. I'm hoping for a "Visit Austin" or "Austin Skyline" card in the future! They are just so beautiful and perfect if you're focusing on the wonderful city your wedding is in (which is what we are doing)!
I've been stalking this website because of the Antoinette design. Our wedding theme is peacock and what better way to incorporate it with Antoinette!
I love love the Naturalist. So pretty and would be the perfect fit with our natural vineyard wedding!
I loved reading all the responses to this contest -- I'm having such a hard time picking a favorite design, and apparently I'm not the only one! Makes me feel better about my indecisiveness... I love French Deco and Home Sweet Home, which are pretty much diametrically opposite -- maybe once I book a venue, a clearer path will emerge? For now, I'm going with Home Sweet Home, mainly because of the carving on the tree on the RSVP card. Sweet touch.
home sweet home! hooray for julia rothman & hello! lucky!
I was so excited to hear that such a great invite design company, like Hello! Lucky was offering their chic designs in an affordable digital format. I've been to a lot of letterpress invite sites, and always know that I won't be able to afford their products. With Hello! Lucky providing their broad range of styles, in a different price range, so many more brides will be able to order invitations they are truly excited to mail to their guest!
My favorite? Classic Cowboy, in yellow!
I love the Autumn Leaves Digital Invitation in Brown. It's simple yet classy, and would be perfect for my October wedding!
I like the L'Oiseau...mostly because i loooove designs with birds in them! The size and shape are just a little different and I like it! soo cute! thanks!
I love the honeysuckle designs. They are simple yet beautiful!
I am so happy to hear about the digital collection making their beautiful designs so affordable. My favorite is the naturalist collection:)
I'm split between the Orchid and the Antoinette...both are lovely!
My favorite is the L'Oiseau with the fun pattern and the lovely colors!
So many are great, but Oak works perfectly with my "enchanted forest" theme I am going with for my Oct, 11th wedding of 2009. I really like the bird designs too, because I am trying to incorporate birds, trees, peacock feathers all into the mix of decorations! I loved exploring the different fun patterns! L'Oiseau and Enchanted Garden, we must be on the same wavelength!
I love, love, love the "Visit San Francisco" invitations. Honestly, my heart sings and I feel so warm and fuzzy just looking at them. It captures the essence of the City and everything I love about it -- beautiful and whimsical at the same time. We lived in the Bay Area for eight years, and if we were getting married there, these would hands-down be our invitations. Any thoughts about doing one for San Diego? :)
I <3 L'Oiseau! It was beyond thrilling to find out Hello Lucky has made digital printing available! For those of us who swoon over great design, its such so refreshing that we still can get great design at an affordable price! I have loved the L'Oiseau line for some time and have been seeking out a similar design, or was going to design my own version for my Blue/Green bird themed wedding this June, but I will definitely order these since they now fit into my budget...thank you Hello Lucky!!
I don't even know how to pronounce it, but I'm lovin' the L'Oiseau. I'd love to win, I'm helping my detail-challenged sister plan her wedding right now. We could really use some help!
The simplicity of the Biltmore collection speaks volume. There's nothing worse than an invitation that focuses more on design rather than the coming together of two people's heart. I would definitely choose the Biltmore design.
Great article. See http://www.creative-theme-wedding-ideas.com " rel="nofollow">www.creative-theme-wedding-ideas.com>

How did I ever miss this site before??? Fantastic! I really adore it. Simply one of the best!
I vote "Antoinette" as my favorite design, hands down. My October wedding will have peacock feathers infused throughout the elements of the day, from my headpiece, the bouquets, and decor. I can't wait!
It's a tough choice because I really like the rustic poppy design too, but I think the winner for me is Home Sweet Home. It gives off just the right vibe we're going for.
