Real Wedding: Julia and Brian, II

January 8th. 2009 by Abby Larson | Filed Under | 8 comments

We are featuring the loveliest wedding today, sent to us by the wonderfully talented Ingrid Nelson of Myrtle and Marjoram. There is something to subtly beautiful about this particular wedding. Maybe it’s the perfect bride or the sweet, but simple wedding style.  Maybe it’s the sophisticated color palette, paired with the warmth and approachability of the outdoors…

So much more to come!

The bride's dress is stunning. Any idea of who designed it?

  2. Clara says:

I love love love the bride's dress. Any help on where it can be found?!

  3. Hi,
I am the wedding planner that designed this wedding and I believe the bride's gown is Vera Wang.

    The floral designer is www.blumengarten.com.

I love the pellegrino limonatas idea! SO CHIC!

  5. Melanie says:

Clara: The dress is a Vera Wang, style number 1G137. I know, because I just bought that dress for my wedding. :) I know for a fact you can find it at Gabrielle's Bridal (Los Gatos, CA) and Alexia's Bridal (Raleigh, NC).

Also, I have to say, I read about this wedding backwards. :) In part IV, I saw the dress and thought "Oh, it's not strapless. You don't see that that too often, it seems." Then I realized it was a Vera and I was like "Oh, the silhouette of my dress is like that." Then I looked even closer and was like, "Oh ... cause that's my dress." :)

  6. Megan says:

Wow! I love this wedding and its ability to be absolutely sophisticated, simple, and yet utterly chic. The pellegrino bottles are genius too!

  7. Samantha says:

Where did you find all those lemondae pelligrini bottles?
    Those are great!!
