Loving, loving, loving today’s real wedding that was sent to us by the gorgeous bride and was photographed by Little Black Book photographer, Tanja Lippert…

More from the bride…
I really wanted to incorporate our mothers in the ceremony, but didn’t really like the unity candle or rose idea since it’s done all the time. My bridesmaid Shari Bare shoots a lot of weddings in Florida and she told me about the mixing sand idea. I wanted to do something unique, so I played on the sand idea with a twist. I had Benjamin’s mother bring soil from France and I had my mother bring soil from my hometown in Missouri. During the ceremony we had the mothers mix the soil in a vintage scale. It represented the blending of the families and the base for our union to take root and grow strong.

LOOOVING that soil idea. And that dress? Sooo unique and gorgeous.
Is that dress the Romona Keveza? I think mine is the version without the one-shoulder and I'd love to see more pics!
Hi, this is the bride. Thank you SO much for the lovely comments!! Jen, it is the Keveza dress that I am wearing. The strapless one is gorgeous too, but because I'm a little more endowed up there I bought the one-shoulder strap so I wouldn't always be tugging my dress up when it was falling down! I actually got that tip from my photographer bridesmaid, Shari, to try to get a dress that wasn't strapless. The one thing I missed about not having a strapless was a stunning necklace though!! I can't wait to see your pics too. When are you all getting married? And if you want more pics just write me at lisa@glowgraphics.com. Good luck!!
