This might be a silly question, but where is this job located?
Where are you located?
Abby--Can you give us a few more details about this job? Is it full or part-time? Where is it located, or is it over the internet? What types of things would sales person be doing?
If it is a part-time job that I could do from home, I would defintely be interested. I have been reading Style Me Pretty since before my wedding a year and a hal ago, and it is one of my favorite pleasures to look forward to every day. I am an interior designer who is back in graduate school for architecture. I participated heavily in the planning of my wedding and my cousin's wedding, and would love to be more involved in the wedding planning process.
Thanks!
Lauren
Hey guys! If you are interested in more info, just shoot me an email with a note about yourself. Before we reveal too much, we want to make sure that it would be a fit.
A quick little note...it is a part-time position and you can easily work remotely!
Hi Abby,
I would love to find out a little more about the position that is opening at Style Me Pretty. I love your site. I don't have a great deal of professional experience in this field but I am mildly obsessed with weddings, event planning, decorating and design. The bulk of my internet activity is looking at design blogs, locating resources for friends and family and generally being active in the world of wedding planning and design. I also love to try and do projects myself or on a budget.
I'm 28 years old and live in NYC. If it gives you any indication of the type of person I am, the highlight of my month happens to be the day my Domino magazine arrives in the mail! I work in healthcare so I only work 3days/week. I'd love to take on a part time job that lets me tap into my creativity and make my hobby a real part of my professional growth. I am organized, efficient, resourceful, and fun! I am at a time in my life where so many of my friends and family are getting married and planning all different types of weddings, all over the globe. I have basically become "unofficial wedding planner" to all of them. This tupe of thing is already a huge part of my life. I'd love to join the team at Style Me Pretty and see what I could bring to the mix!
Please let me know if you have questions about me or would like me to provide you with some photos/samples of design/wedding planning I have done.
Thanks,
Johanna Mills

I'd love to learn more about this job!
My wedding may have occured in september of this year, but I still find myself going to your website first thing every morning! The aesthetic of your site is incredible - providing an immense amount of inspiration to brides everywhere. I'm employed in the fashion industry in NY and would love marry my knowledge of fashion and unique design with the passion that I have for weddings. Please advise with further details on the job opportunity.
Thanks!
Hello,
I am interested in your job posting. I (like others here) recently married the love of my life and find myself still looking at SMP. It was his second wedding and my first (our last). It was heavily influenced by our personalities (including many DIY projects and a rockabilly band). Many of the projects were inspired by information I found on SMP. Also I have used ideas from here for holiday parties and even baby showers. I love looking for inspiration in the DIY section and have been told that if there was a way to incorporate my creativity and work together I should jump at the opportunity. Recently my husband and I have been struggling with the financial woes that many are also struggling with and we have both begun to look for second jobs. I found myself back at SMP for a little escape from monster.com and saw the job posting. So here I am…. I look forward to hearing more details.
Thanks
Anna
I sent a note to your email. Thanks for this excellent opportunity.
Best Regards,
Jeana
Hi Abby(and company)-
Lotus is not working for me right now, hope it's okay if I drop a line here regarding the part-time position.
I have a 'real' job but after six years I'm ready for a change. My timing couldn't be better, seeing as how the economy is doing so well;) SMP's potential opportunity sounds intriguing and if nothing else has sparked my curiosity!
I like to think of myself as someone who appreciates creativity and beauty in whatever form it may take...
Some days I am an artist and some days I am just a lover of things artistic, hence my daily visit to SMP.
I'm located in San Diego, recently hitched, and grateful that our lab allows us to dress her up on occasion and take pictures- purely for our comic relief...is that T.M.I?
Thanks,
Jenn
Greetings from beautiful Old Mission San Luis Obispo! A favorite wedding spot for many brides and grooms and their families! I sent a note to your email in regards to all wonderful things about weddings.

Hi Abby, my name is Natalie Imhoff and I am recently married myself I actually have my own wedding planning business out of my home called, natalie m weddings, and have been doing a couple of weddings each year. At the moment I am a stay-at-home mom and just looking for that “something new.” I would be honored to be considered as a possible candidate for Style Me Pretty. I absolutely love the blog and look forward to reading it on a daily basis. I have worked in the wedding industry for a couple years as a wedding coordinator for a 4-star hotel, as well as, was an assistant to a wedding events company in Saint Louis, Missouri. My email address is nataliewindett@hotmail.com or just give me a call anytime at 573-808-3112! Thanks Abby!
Hi Abby
I would love the opportunity to be a part of your team. I love all things wedding and planning a budget friendly one next April. I am surprised at how much I enjoy planning for my own wedding. I never thought of myself as the girl with the dream wedding but now I realize its because I didn't imagine that I would marry my future husband. I am a school teacher and think that I can definitely add this as a way to really learn more about the industry. I only know it from blogs and obsessing with wedding details. Thanks !
Abby,
I would love the opportunity to hear more about the job opening and to possibly be considered. I see many of the posting are from resent brides....my hubby and I will be celebrating our 20th anniversary this January. I still consider myself in the loop so to speak. I am a wedding photographer which allows me to stay with the trends and understand what brides are looking for. I am also a wedding invitation vendor as well and sudo wedding planner. I even carry my jack of all trades box to all my weddings for those little unforseen things that might arise.
Since my job is basically on the weekends my weekdays are free. My kids are older too so time isn't too much of a problem.
I hope to her from you soon

Hi Abby-
I am an Art Director, entrepreneur, and DIY master. I own a small freelance advertising and special event invitation agency in the Dallas, TX area. I started the company, Doodle Dog, as a hobby and it has slowly become my job. Because I have my own business my schedule is very flexible, and I would have plenty of time to devote to SMP.
I am 24 years old, never been married, and am already all of my friends' personal wedding planner and home remodeling coach. I would love to devote my talent and interest to such an artistic, creative and fun loving team. My passions are creating, designing and making people smile.
If you would like to see samples of my work, I would be happy to send you a copy of my portfolio. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you, Nikki Morrison
Hi Abby -
I am new to Style Me Pretty, but have already found the website to be a tremendous help. My fiance and I recently relocated to Connecticut from Seattle, so it has been a great resource to help me with wedding planning in an area I know so little about.
I am also looking for a job, so it was such a nice surprise to see your posting! I would love to be considered for the position and really look forward to hearing more about it. Happy Holidays!
Thank you for your time.

Hi Abby,
Any more info about the position for any of us? I sent you an e-mail last week and was wondering when to expect an update on the posting. I've been checking in daily to see if there has been any additional response but only see knew inquiries and replies from individuals interested in the posting.
I look forward to learning more and hope there is a chance to work with you! Thanks again and Happy Holidays!
