We’ve shown some pretty fantastic bridal hair accessories on Style Me Pretty (here) (and here) (and here). Today, we thought we’d just remind you of the simply sheer beauty of the veil …

Remember, this day might be the only day in your life, that you will wear a veil …

And now for my personal, all-time favorite veil …

Abby’s wedding was brilliantly photographed by Karen Sayre of Eikon Photography.
Beautiful veil shots!
The last veil is GORGEOUS! Where is it from??
It's Vera...got it at a boutique in Houston. LOVED it.
Abby,
You were a simply stunning bride! That veil was breathtakingly beautiful as was the dress. Thank you so much for sharing
Thank you for sharing! I'm veil shopping right now- more than likely I have to buy over the internet... does anyone know any good sites?
Abby, I ADORE your veil, it's exactly what I'm imagining, but can't find anywhere :-(!
That is a beautiful wedding dress! Does anyone know who the designer is?
Okay... maybe I'll reconsider my decision of NOT wearing a veil... must say those pics are awsome !
Wow that is a lovely selection of veils! The veil being held out by the bride and bride's mother in front of the mirror is just amazing.
It was Vera.
Here is the quick story...I was about to buy this other lovely wedding dress but I wasn't over-the-moon. I asked the store if they had anything else. At that moment, one of the sales girls had a light go off in her head. A bride had come in and canceled her order for her vera dress as they called the wedding off. It was perfect! And they sold it to us for 50% off because it was a unique size and they wouldn't be able to sell it easily.
Your veil is still haunting me. You don't know it's style name/number by any chance? I know it'd be a loooong shot, but I'd love to track it down! Thanks.
Check out www.VeilArtistry.com for custom veils -- we can work together to design a veil similar to those shown here or something else that is just right for you! I look forward to hearing from you.
