I actually fell in love with today’s featured wedding because of the invitations. As it turns out, Bonnie designed them herself! First, the pictures…

From Bonnie…
I am a graphic designer so I designed the invitations and other details. The invitations arrived in green recycled paper boxes and inside, the cards were placed on top of hay. They were letter-pressed with different illustrations from the farm.
Thank you SO much to Bonnie and Trevor for inspiring us to no end. Your wedding is one that will go down as one of Style Me Pretty’s best! And, to Mary Claire for the absolutely stunning photography and Elizabeth James for helping to plan a really beautiful day!
Where did you get your dress from? I absolutely love it!
The invitations are amazing. I hope you don't mind, but I posted them on my blog with a link, of course. Great work!
Just gorgeous ! I love those invitations !
Wow those invitations are so perfect!
The dress is Melissa Sweet "Liliana." I almost purchased that dress for my wedding. It's beautiful.
Beautiful design! Can you tell us more about the green boxes for the invitations? What were their dimensions (especially depth)? Where did you get them? Did you have any trouble sending them in the mail? I'm getting conflicting reports from the USPS. Thank you!
I LOVE THESE INVITES!
This invitation suite is divine!!!
Thanks!! Such nice comments make this Monday so much better!
The boxes are from Bags & Bows ( http://www.bagsandbowsonline.com/ ) and they're called: Colored Kraft Jewelry Boxes. They were about an inch deep and about 5 x7. I had no problems mailing them, but I did hand cancel them at the post office, only because I wanted it to look prettier. I had a long sticker with the return address that went along the entire back side and up both sides of the box so they were really secure.
These are lovely! What are the dimensions of the invitation?
so lovely! i am trying to do a low budget ave the date for a friend. would anyone tell me where i can find illustrations like these? or are they actually drawn by the designer? thanks!
