I try to bring a variety of weddings to Style Me Pretty…from rocker-chic affairs to sophisticated, modern soiree’s (and everything in between), I honestly do see beauty in so many styles of weddings, so many approaches to a celebration. When I saw this wedding, sent to me by one of our readers, I knew I had to share…

The gorgeous photographs were all captured by Allan Zepeda
You may love it, or you may hate it…but to me, this is exactly what a wedding should be. Ditching tradition and focusing on your own unique personalities and style. The gorgeous bride, Geri, has been sweet enough to share her vision with us…
As a wedding photographer myself, I see a ton of beautiful weddings, but I really wanted something different and unique for my own celebration. My husband and I are both pretty creative people (he is a graphic designer), and have a very “diy” attitude towards most things, and it was no different for our wedding. I really wanted it to be very personal. We decided to have the wedding at my moms house, and kept it pretty casual. We did a buffet instead of having a sit-down dinner, and everyone mingled on the deck and in the house.
More to come, stay tuned!

Love it! Can't wait to see more...
I *love* it! My wedding style is slightly more traditional than this, but not much. I, too, am a tattooed bride. And, much like the aqua color above, there are many pops of apple-green in my wedding (I think those shoes made me drool a bit...).
Oh my gosh, yes I love the idea of a rocker-chic wedding!
Ever since my fiance proposed to me with a gorgeous diamond engagement ring from www.idonowidont.com at concert date, we were thinking of having a non traditional rock and roll wedding complete with a guitar shaped wedding cake!
My fiance even has a mohawk and plans to rock the look out when we walk down the aisle, wonder what our parents will say!
Awesome, just freakin awesome! Admit to never quite truly being a fan of SMP because so many of the weddings seem more traditional. Love seeing something more off-beat and unique.
What a stunning wedding - it looks like it would have been a fun day.
His tatooes are sexy! I loved the colors and loved that they were comfortable enough with each other and themselves to fight against the current of the norm. I bet it was so inexpensive too!
What a gorgeous wedding. It is so personalized and distinctive! You can tell that it is a wedding of two creative types. I love it!
Love the way Allan has concentrated on the colour theme making a nice collection of images.

reiko - yeah, it was very inexpensive, thanks to everyone pitching in to help out
