It’s not exactly the same, but I made a few Christmas wreaths last year based on a magazine article I can’t seem to find right now, but the basics were using Christmas decorations and fastening them with a glue gun to a styrofoam wreath. Same principle here I would suspect, you can buy those small glass ornaments already attached to floral wire. Just start on the back outside edge and start putting them in place. You can just stick them through the styrofoam. It doesn’t really take that long and they look gorgeous at the end. The best part is that you can choose your colours and find beautiful ribbon to hang them with.
