DIY Project – Custom Sparklers
One more absolutely adorable project by the reader who created the DIY Matchbooks and Custom Cocoa Bags. This time, it’s custom sparklers! LOVE!
Materials
Heavy Card Stock
X-Acto Knife
Ruler
Corner Punch Tool
Sparklers
Glassine Bags
Instructions
1. Print pattern / image onto a heavy weight card stock (this helps keep the sparklers flat).
2. Trim each one out using an x-acto knife and ruler. Cut out small rectangles for the sparklers to slide through. Round the edges with a corner punch tool.
3. Weave sparklers through holes.
4. Slide card into glassine bag for a polished look.

What computer program did she use to design that gorgeous pattern?
Not sure, I'll ask...but I usually use Illustrator for projects like these. It's such an easy program to get to know and you can do a lot with design.
These DIYs are so inspiring and gorgeous. I'm curious, and hoping Kathleen might fill us in on the printer she used. These are all fabulous!
Wow! What a fantastic idea. We got our sparklers at Celebrationsparklers.com. They come in a wedding boxes and I was just going to leave them in the box on the tables, but now I think I might do something like this instead.

you just have to look up sparklers...or sparkler holder.
you can get whatever color but you have to pay.
