Wedding Cakes by k. rosecakes
I rarely post on the weekends…it’s usually my catch-up time. You know, laundry, grocery, bills, boring boring boring. So, when I was killing some time looking at Daily Candy and I happened across this absolutely blissful cake company, I just had to share with you!
k. rosecakes makes the most darling cakes I have ever seen. They are a bit reminiscent of April Reed’s little gems, in their delicate, somewhat sweet style, but they have a voice of their own, as well. I just might have a new favorite cake company with these perfect designs! By the way, the one with the lemons on it is my fave.

These cakes are so beautiful. Very delicate flower work. They remind me of the intricate and decadent cakes made by Caketherapy. Carla Rocha's sugar flowers are very delicate and are coloured perfectly to appear realistic.
I am glad you did this weekend post. These cakes are absolutely to die for! I am in love with the "Happy Birthday Emilia" one! It seems perfect for a garden day!

I just had a tasting with k.rose. Her cakes look as good as they taste. Our favorite was the toasted coconut.

Im getting married in this year and was not sure about the type type of cake I want but after seeing this I am more than sure of what I want or would like.
I am getting married in July and have searched high and low for a cake stand similar to the one used for the birthday cake and the beautiful lemon cake. Any suggestions on where I could find one similar?
I stumbled across that lemon cake on another blog several months ago and fell in LOVE with it. Since we are using lemons in the centerpieces, I felt it was only fitting to use this cake at our wedding in November. Its so clean, modern and PRETTY!
