To cap off our Pink Week Stationery feature, I wanted to share some HUGE news that we have here at SMP! I’m sure many of you know that I have been a huge Lisa Hoffman of Ceci New York fan, for a very long time. I believe wholeheartedly that her work is some of the best that there is and that she is one of the foremost trendsetters in the world of stationery design…

Well, lucky lucky us…Lisa is joining SMP as a featured writer, with a monthly guest blog all about invitation design, color trends and so much more!! Lisa has designed for the likes of Katherine Heigl, Diddy and Billy Crystal and now, she’s joinig the SMP team to share invitation ideas that are one part inspirational, one part educational. Ideas for REAL BRIDES on real budgets and ideas for those who simply love stationery design…

New York Magazine said that Lisa was “arguably the most talented custom-stationer in the city.” She was named a Top 25 Trendsetter by Modern Bride and is regularly called upon for advice by New York Magazine, InStyle, Town & Country, Elegant Bride and Modern Bride to name a few. So needless to say, I am beyond thrilled that she has agreed to be a regular contributor to Style Me Pretty!
You can look for LIsa’s guest blog on the 15th of every month, launching in November. She has so many beautiful ideas up her sleeve, I can’t wait to see what she’s up to! And, to celebrate Pink Week and our new Ceci NY addition to SMP, we are giving away a set of 50 letterpress notecards from Lisa’s Social Collection…

Just leave a comment with your favorite design from Lisa’s collection and we’ll pick a random winner!
For other giveaways, check out today’s features on Chewing the Cud and Byrd + Bleeker, Olive Route, Cat Seto, Love at First Invite and Paperzest. We’ll announce all winners this Friday!

“I adore her work! She perfectly fits/matches/wears my personal view of how an elegant and precious and unique invitation have definetely to be.”
My favorite is the invite for "Tracy and Jason", it's really romantic. Perfect for a vintage theme.
I adore her work! She perfectly fits/matches/wears my personal view of how an elegant and precious and unique invitation have definetely to be.
I completely love the "polished punk" set for Marissa and Seth. It is so unexpected but still completely beautiful. I think my moody, artsy fiancee would completely dig it.
Oh my gosh!!!!!! I love Madeline & Ben's invite!!!!!
Absolutely amazing!
OMG, there are so many that I love, but when I got to Lindsay & Ezra, Moulin Rouge meets Beach Chic, that was it. I was done looking. It is hands down my favorite and exactly what I would select for my own romantic vintage/beach chic wedding next summer! Beautiful work all around.
It's so hard to pick just one! Since I'm doing a relaxed, elegantly beachy affair, I'd choose Sung Hee & Adam's invitation. I love the bamboo paper-- we're planning to do something similar in fact.
So beautiful!! It is really hard to pick. The one that really caught my eye was heather and joshua, as that is a similar look to what I am going for! I also liked taylor and john and lauren and robert. :)
My breath catches every time I see Jordan & Michael's invitation and I never tire of seeing it in blogs and wedding magazines... To me it embodies everything about Ceci NY -- fresh, beautiful and timeless.
So gorgeous! And so hard to pick a favorite! I agree that she is the most talented designer out there - no one else has her attention to detail! My favorites are Michi & Charlie, Debbie & Brian (so romantic), and Jen & Joseph. I could keep going...
My favorite -- in terms of sheer uniqueness is the invitation for Marissa & Seth. I've been a longtime admirer of Ceci NY and have been so impressed by so many other designs as well. A few others that come to mind are the beautiful invitation for Brooke & Jason, the ornate one for Kristen & Asbel, and the fun, unique Save the Date for Tricia and David.
I covet to the max eve and alphonso's suite. The ink colors and the flourishes are seriously to die for.
Welcome, Lisa!!!
Ceci New York was the first site I bookmarked after getting engaged. Amazing inspiration and gorgeous attention to detail always blow me away whenever I look through this site. My favorite invitation/stationary suite was a custom design for Marissa and Seth (http://www.cecinewyork.com/collections.php?subsection=wedding&subcollection=style&design=marissa_seth ). It's what I find myself comparing EVERYthing that I look at to. SImply stunning.
These are AWESOME! I love letterpress and now I probably wouldn't ever be able to afford something like these.
my fav is Amy and Gabriels!

my favorite is michi and charlie. it's so delicate and detailed! they're all so pretty!
So beautiful! I adore the 2 color flowers band!!
After basking in your designs for the last half hour and marveling over the sheer range of work I would have to say I love the playfulness and elegance of Kari/Sam's "tying the knot" set.
However, your Eve/Alaphonso collection took me right back to when I lived in Prague and wandered in and out of the Mucha museum admiring his beautiful Art Nouveau work.
Simply beautiful!
exciting news! I love madeline & ben.
Love the garden party theme of Leopoldina (great name btw!) and Max's save the date.
I have to say Catherine and Jeff is my favorite. How incredible is the paperweight in the invitation suite?
I love "Ticket to Paradise" for Amy and Paul. it is such a fun idea for a destination wedding and the use of green and teal together is so fresh!
Wow...every design is so amazing! My favorite would have to be Eve and Alphonso. The 60s-poster inspiration mixed with the feathery feel of the details is..to die for. Although, I could spend hours marveling at all of these designs.
Congratulations and welcome! I couldn't be more exciting for the blogging to begin!
I think it might be impossible to choose just one favorite, every piece of paper is more inspiring and gorgeous than the one before - everything has such beauty and style! But i have to vote for Tricia & David, from the moment I saw this one i had the inspiration for my own wedding a year ago, such understated beach-chic elegance, i will never forget it! thanks so much, super excited for the giveaway!
I love Marisa and Seth's glam-punk invites, but they are all so beautiful.
I have been drooling over Ceci New York invitations since we got engaged. I love all things letterpress and am so stoked about the features writing gig!!
My favorite invitation is the one done for Janine and Michelle. The Valiant Love and Garden Beauty. As far as paper--any of the flower sets.
Oh pretty please pick me =)
Fingers crossed,
Rachel
I now use Ceci New York as the baramator for all things amazing in paper-land. I love all of the whimsical, chic floral designs, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would have to be the Mary & Adam invites-- I LOVE the way the whole suite is packaged!
My favorite wedding invitation is the Josephine & Edward collection, which is "French Brasserie mixed with Victorian garden charm." LOVE THESE! I love Ceci New York so very much that my heart could just explode with letterpress goodness -- hooray for the new monthly column! :)
WOW! What an amazing collection... My favorite is Neha and Boris' wedding invites, particularly the gorgeous (and way over-the-top) save the date! My fiance's family is from southern India, and using the sari pattern is a beautiful way to incorporate some of the beauties of the country. Can't wait for the monthly feature!!
My favorite is Tricia and David's Bermuda wedding invitation suite. I think a Save the Date booklet with the destination wedding activities is a great idea! It's very cute!
All of the holiday cards are just perfect! But my favorite wedding set is from the Wendi and Alex event. It's very clean and vintageous. :)
I LOVE EVERYTHING! I have loved Ceci New York for well over 6 months Before i got engaged! she gives such great inspiration to work around a wedding
my favorite one is heather and joshua in the classic series. it is so beautiful, sweet and peaceful and is just the type of invitation i am looking for
love you all at SMP!
They are all so beautiful but the simple yet beautiful invitation for Debbie and Brian really caught my eye. I also love the flower on Michelle & Ryan's invitation
I have drooled over Ceci New York designs for hours on end!!
My current favorite in Ceci Luxe is Meredith & Michael's invitation set! I love how Lisa was able to combine the romance of the roses with the natural setting of the vineyard - truly magical!
The Kari & Sam in the Classic is, well, classic! Thanks for featuring her!
I am so torn between Michi & Charlie and Teresa & Delton as my favorites. AAaaaahhhh...I can't decide!!! I have to go with Michi & Charlie because it is so romantic which is exactly how we want our wedding to be like.
The Eve & Alphonso collection is just gorgeous; it reminds me of one of my favorite novels, The Great Gatsby.
Among many many lovely things, the wallpaper flower notes are so pretty.
I absolutely love SMP and these cards are great! Great cards always inspire great surprise notes!! What great inspiration for me!! But for my own wedding--can't lie--I've been longing for invites like "Debbie and Brian" for a little bit now!! Just simply beautiful and def the kind of invite that people don't just toss in the trash!
How do you pick one??? I Love the "Extra, Extra, Read all About it" save the date for Pam & Bryce.
Everything from the Ceci Style collections! Neha and Boris, particularly (how cute are the matryoshka dolls?!) but also Angelina and Ryan and the airline-ticket style invites.
Oh, and the baby announcements totally make me want another baby! So freaking adorable!
I love the "snowflakes" note from the social collection! So cute!
The invitations are very classy and chick. I just love the pale pink with the silk ribbon. They are almost too pretty to send.
Easily Arden & Dan. I could just climb into that invitation and live in it. What a wonderful world that would be!
I love the "hydrangea - band" thank you cards in the pink/chocolate brown. They would be perfect for my upcoming bridal shower thank you notes!
I LOVE Jennifer & Shane. It is romantic and stylish. Wow!
i adore the snowflakes holiday cards. i love green and blue...spectacular!
From the social collect my favorite is the stripes, especially the green since that's one of the colors I'm using...these would be perfect thank you cards.
I just love the Eve and Alphonso design. It is such an awesome inspiration and to have realized so beautifully is amazing. All of the designs are just so unreal, they would be a real treasure for any wedding.
The collection is all so wonderful, and there are sets for all different personalities and settings! I personally love the "Michi and Charlie" set from the Ceci Style wedding collection, with delicate butterflies and blossoms spread around in a sweet yet elegant way! Beautiful!
Beautiful stationery. I love Leopoldina & Max - the gorgeous seemingly hand drawn botanical flowers and elegant black and white theme are just breathtaking.
CeCi NY is my absolute favorite! Each one is extremely personalized, gorgeous, and unique. I already planned on basing my invitation suite (since Ceci's prices are a little high for me) on Michi and Charlie's graceful charm and fluttering romance. It is perfect for an outdoor, vintage and nature inspired evening! Love love love!
The Full Hydrangea design in green and brown with "Thank you" imprinted would be such a great way to thank the folks who give us gifts! We'll be having six (yes, 6!) showers, and I think these cards would be perfect!
My favorites are Michelle & Stan (for the beautiful pink flowers) and Jen & Joseph (for the bright happy red flowers).
Tracy&Jason, Arden&Dan, Eve&Alphonso, Michi&Charlie, Charissa&Lou, Jean&Michael, Elli&Mike, Ariel&Peter...to me, what makes Lisa's designs so incredible is they truly set the tone before guests even arrive...you know what to expect...something AMAZING! Even if you cannot afford such luxe stationary, her designs can be incredible inspiration for not only your own stationary but for your entire wedding...style, color palette, details...WOW WOW WOW! It is impossible to select just one :)
I'm in love with "Amy & Gabriel". It is just perfect! It says current yet still classic, formal but fun - all the while being well-styled and crisp. The lime and white combination is fabulous. This invitation give you the same kind of happy feeling as you would experinece on a beautiful summer afternoon.
The fan! With all the ribbons on it!
SWOON!!!!!
I love the floral social stationery line, with the green/brown and the pink color combinations. Thank you!
I love Jen and Joseph's modern floral invite set...and absolutely adore Amy and Gabriel's bold and beautiful invitations! So excited to see Lisa's monthly guest post!
I don't know how I can pick just one! I love the black and pink invitation featured in this post - that would be perfect for me. I would love to receive the Hailey and Carlos cigar box invite! How fun!!!!
What fabulous news! I'm such a fan of her work and I'm totally thrilled she is going to contribute. I agree with the poster above -- it is hard to pick just one. I'm getting into the holiday spirit and absolutely *love* her "Merry Wishes" card.
I wish I lived in New York so that I could incorporate the fun icons of the city that were used on the system for Charisse & Lou. Plus I LOVE the typography and color palette!
I LOVE the Merry Wishes card in her holiday collection! Amazingly beautiful! I'd be so proud to be able to send those out to friends and family!
Although I love each and every wedding set, awaiting the arrival of my own baby, I am smitten with the "Baby Johnathan" announcement set - it is 'all boy!' in such a delightful way. Now if only I were having a boy ...
Hard to pick just one, but I think I have to go with the "brooke and todd. They are all gorgeous though.
I truly love the way each invite set the tone of the wedding. It was hard to choose but I went with "Nina and John".
Gooorgeous...I love the Hydrangea Band cards...They are so vintage-y looking...Beautiful!
I adore the simplistic sophistication of the invitation suite for the Jen & Joseph wedding. Stunning!
WOW, "Leslie and Michael" tropical modern elegance is amazing! So much inspiration to share! Love so many of them!
I've been looking everywhere for invitations as simple and elegant as Debbie and Brian's. I absolutely love them. Far and away my favorite!
I loved the set for Michelle & Daniel - "the natural allure of organic grace" - so unique!
I love the invite with the palm tree in the top. It reminds me of my home in Mexico. Good memories.
The Wallpaper Flowers in yellow (in the Social collection) are amazing. Simple, classic and beautiful!

I have hearted them for so long. I love them all.

these are amazing. I'm loving the top ones!
there's so many to chose! ummm I like the Michelle & Stan in the Cece Luxe Wedding collection a lot too.
I am loving her Holiday cards. They are simple and classy....not over-the-top-holiday like some cards tend to be. My fav is the perfecly done Merry Wishes. I think I just might order a set!
I'm in love with the Debbie & Brian set! The soft color palate and beautiful font are elegant, and the butterflies add a touch of whimsy. The fact that the pattern on the envelopes is based on a piece of the bride's jewelry is so special and personal. Gorgeous!
I am a huge fan of the geometric stripes in the social collectiomn!
Thanks for the contest, and I hope I win.
Cheers,
Mary

the letterpress and the fan looks sooooo beautiful. thanks for doing a contest for this!
I think "Heidi & Dmitri" is gorgeous. Calligraphy, letterpress and a classic style is what I love.
You know...I am sure most people were looking at the wedding styles, but what really got my attention is the "baby cece" design. The color, the style, the format...all of it was just so beautiful. I would turn it into a wedding collection if I could!
I love the Hydrangea from her social collection. Growing up I had the most beautiful hydrangea bush outside my house and Lisa's cards remind me of home.
I love the "Gilded Age Glamour" for Heidi and Dmitri. The demure coloring is so sophisticated! I also love how the rsvp card includes multiple events. Guests must feel amazing being invited to so many special events!
my favorite collection is the color flower band in the social collection. I love them.
SWOOOON! Michi and Charlie is utterly the most romantic and beautiful suite that I've ever laid eyes upon!
I love all of the social line, I especially love the one with the hydrangea, they are so pretty and delicate they remind me of my Mother who's favorite flower is hydrangea.
These are so gorgeous. I love the Luxe Bermuda inspired design with the blue starfish.
Wow, I have been surfing the net all day looking for something that is soft, romantic and southern. The first design would fit my destination wedding in Charleston perfectly!
I absolutely adore Ceci's work - a true creative talent. My favorite of her social stationery collection (although they are all unbelievable) would have to be from the Metallic line - "Plumage". So exotic and over the top, incredibly luxurious looking - and I know the printing technique would allow for a luxurious texture as well!
