Tiny Notebooks by Every Jot and Tittle

I looooove these little notebooks that Every Jot and Tittle is making! They are a hodge podge of papers, bound together with a tiny brad. How cute would these be as a gift to bridesmaids so that they can make notes of things going on, of to-do’s for the wedding, of fun little tidbits along the way…

We are totally in the spirit of giving today, so SMP is giving away 8 of these to one lucky reader! Instructions are a little different than the last posts…just leave a comment as to what your favorite SMP post is, with a link to that post, and we’ll choose a reader at random! Fun way to see what you guys are loving!

    My favorite post goes back a little bit in the archives, and it is my favorite because it is such a fun, personal, and well-done backyard wedding with tons of personality!     Of all the post I have gawked over on SMP, the Charleston Bride wedding has topped my list. My wedding colors are also black, white and lime green, with the maids all wearing a black dress of their choice. Seeing this color scheme executed so well has given me ever more inspiration for my own wedding!

    I love all the DIY posts! To me a wedding with just the right DIY touches can outcharm any huge budget wedding. The personal touches are what make you really remember an event and the people involved. There can never be enough DO IT YOURSELF!

    I always look forward to the real weddings features the most, and by the comments here I can see that I'm not alone in that!     I love the Homemade Photo Opp site. My friend recently did it at her son's first birthday party and kids loved it. It's definitely more reasonable than renting a photo booth.

    I absolutely adore the vintage chic wedding by Hatch. I love all the fun and personal touches like the Beatles album pins and checker shoes. The whole wedding was elegant, personal, and fun.... exactly what a wedding should be. I love the simplicity of the baby's breath as well.

    My favorite SMP posts are always the "real weddings". I have looked through all of them so many times. It is easy to talk about great wedding ideas, or crafts...but getting to see it pulled together in real life helps so much more. The wedding posts of Kiki's wedding has been a real inspiration. Like her I am trying to do as much DIY projects as I can and I loved hearing about what she did, how she did it, and then seeing exactly how it came out!!! Such a big help!

    I chose the link below, because this video clip just really spoke to me. It made me rethink what wedding cinemetography can be. Before, I thought it was video of the bride set to cheesy music and this one made me see that it can be more, it can capture more and that a good videographer can and should truly be able to capture the beauty and elegance of your wedding day.

    They really brought my ideal wedding to life. I live really close to Greensboro, so it was especially inspiring to see a local wedding. More than anything I love their budget...
    The flowers are perfect, the varied single layered cakes, the jcrew dress, it all simple yet tasteful.

    I love your site, keep all the lovely photos and inspiration coming. Could you possibly showcase more brides with short engagements?     I love your Real Weddings section and the other day I was browsing and came across your "Real Wedding by Jose Villa". As I was looking through, I loved everything from the flowers, vases and candles to her hair and dress... even the location was exactly what I want for my own wedding. And THEN I saw their adorable puppy who looks just like my very own who I want so badly to be able to attend our wedding!!!!     My favorite post is the Inspired wedding that is vintage yet simple and clean. I love that the family was able to take part in the event by crocheting flowers and table linens that made up the beautiful centerpieces. So many elements from this wedding have inspired me to incorporate more of my family traditions into our day.

    I love all of the entries on the blog... but I think I've been most interested by the invitation/stationery posts since I'm making our own invitations! It's great to come here for general inspiration, and also specifically for invitation design. It's hard to pick a favorite post, but I do really love this Peculiar Pair Press post. I'm just drawn to so many elements of these invitations... the fonts, incorporation of theme, colors...
