I used the same idea for my STDs. My fiance is a photographer, so I used a great shot he took at Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (Destination Wedding), uploaded it to zazzle.com and turned it into a real, glossy front postcard. I printed the location and date on the front and on the back asked everyone to save our date and guided them to our website for details. You can personalize completely by using different fonts type and color, add a backgroud pattern, everything!

Can vouch for Meredith’s design style also! she did my wedding invitations, my sister’s save-the-date and invitations for a bunch of my friends. All have been incredibly unique, memorable and creative. Also she has to be about the easiest person to work with and is willing to work with essentially any timeline. Maria – wldnt hesitate to get in touch with her if you want to go the custom route.

Definitely among the coolest wedding invitations/maps I’ve ever seen. Just goes to show that a little creativity (in this case using a postcard) goes a long way in making your special event unforgettable.

I love the postcards. I did that for my sister’s wedding in NYC two years ago. It was perfect! We found an old postcard of Rockefeller Center, the kind that looks painted, their wedding was right across the street. It’s a great idea!
