We have so many more pictures from Kiki’s wedding for you!

all of these beautiful images were shot by Ingrid at Myrtle and Marjoram

From the bride, Kiki…

The theme was “Happy Koogether”. We’re playing the words with my husband’s last name “Koo” with “Happy Together”. My husband and I designed everything for our wedding. We printed most of the things at home and cut them ourselves. So there was a lot to do! We printed about 70 church programs, 50 menus, more than 90 custom printed favor bags (m n’ m chocolate), each of them with different names on it.

More to come!

Love it! I must know how to make that ribbon kissing ball. If anyone has a link of 'how-to' I would appreciate it.

I made those ribbon balls myself. Every single pin! Took me lots of time. But my heart made a wish/blessing to myself when I put in each ribbon n' pin. So as a bride, it's a loving task even though someone told me "You can buy this cheap, stupid!" But I think those balls mean a lot more to me if I made them by my own hands.

  3. Rachel says:

Is each loop one short ribbon? Or did you make a few loops out of a longer ribbon? I absolutely love it! Very creative and beautiful. I agree that each detail that is hand-crafted fills our surroundings with extra love throughout the day.

You had a beautiful wedding Kiki! Love the colors and I especially love that ribbon pomander (kissing ball). How unique and cute is that! I would love step-by-step on how to make those. Congrats!!

  5. Who made the cake...I love it!

  6. Kiki says:

Rachel, yes, each loop is one short ribbon. It's very easy to do.
    1. A foam ball
    2. Cut a short ribbon. Make a loop n' pin it on the ball!
    3. Do a lot of them in different directions until you cover the whole sphere. That's it!
Just that it can take you lots of time! I didn't expect many of you would like it!

Sorry, Jeana. I don't have a how-to to show. But if photos will help, I'll be glad to take some n'email you the steps.

Kay Dillon at Beaux Gateaux made the cake n' I designed it!

Thanks a lot for all the comments. You all made our day!

  7. Jeana says:

Oh thanks Kiki you don't have to go through all that trouble! They are just really cute, I will try them with your instuctions. Thanks a bunch!

Is the flower in Kiki's hair faux or real? Either way, it's gorgeous!

  9. Kiki says:

Hello, it's real! I can't believe that neither.
