This is the kind of wedding that every little girl dreams about…it’s simply so pretty, you can’t help but love it!

The oh-so-talented vendors that put this wedding together were…Katie Moos(the incredible photographer that sent the images to me, Rebecca at Duet Weddings, Pure Joy Catering, Hair and Make-Up by The Studio Agency and Cake by Montecito Confections
I love the sweet sophistication of this affair. From the bride’s gorgeous accessories, to the feminine flowers and the pretty shawls, every detail was thoughtfully executed. Thank you so much to Angelina, Christopher and Katie Moos for sharing!
Oh and just a little tip…I have a chandelier that is SO similar to the one at the top of the page. I got it at a Kirkland Home for about $30, then spray painted it white. Such a pretty and inexpensive way to add a bit of charm to your wedding.
I love her dress!! Who is the designer?
LOVE the flip flop idea!!!! Does anyone know how to estimate the amount of flip flops to get and in what sizes? I would like to do this but I am clueless on where to begin :o)
I love so many details of this wedding, but just as it is a dream wedding, so are the (probably expensive) details... shawls AND flip flops AND cigars AND gorgeous decorations AND stunning cake... seems like most brides can only afford one or two of those luxuries! Still, a beautiful inspiration!
The bride's dress is absolutely gorgeous! It just goes with her body and seems like it moves beautifully too.
The shawl idea is very new - haven't ever seen that before! Great addition for an outdoor wedding!
Her dress looks like Monique Lhuillier's Monet dress. The whole wedding is gorgeous!
this post makes me want to be there if not do my wedding all over again! how classic, timeless and utterly stunning this entire affair seemed to be. What a great post!
amazing!!! who is the dress by?
Thank you everyone for all of your sweet compliments!
Just to answer a few questions about the details of the wedding, Chris and I searched on the Internet high and low for good prices on everything we bought. We gave ourselves about a year and a half to plan our wedding so we could search for good prices on the special details we wanted. We also didn’t buy one of everything for each guest. We figured not everyone would want a cigar or flip flops so we were able to save on the overall quantity.
As for the details, we bought the flip flops at Old Navy during one of their end-of-summer sale where they were priced at a little over one dollar. Such a deal! We bought a few small sizes (6), a few larger (10), but mostly bought size 7-9 as they would fit a majority of the women at the reception. We felt people would dance all night if they were comfortable and the sandals were a huge hit!
Since California has a high cigar tax in tobacco shops, all cigars were bought online. We couldn’t serve hard alcohol at the winery, but they allowed us to bring in port for the cigar bar and prosecco for the toasts. We bought this during one of BevMo’s five cent sales.
The shawls were bought in the fashion district of Los Angeles for about $5 each since I bought them in bulk. The chandeliers were bought on ebay by a seller that offered a discount because I bought five in total. I would also recommend asking girls on your local Knot message boards for tips on where to find good prices on wedding items. They might even have items to sell you after their own wedding that are deeply discounted. If you look around, there are discounts to be found.
Thank you for posting our wedding on your Web site, Abby. Style Me Pretty was such an inspiration to me while I was planning my wedding and I still cannot get enough of the gorgeous weddings you post!
