My Dress was by "Sottero and Midgley" I'm not sure of they exact style number but the sample I tried on was actualy a blush colour. My shoes are "Touch Ups" and the style is called Abby. They are a really nice 3/4 inch heel. I then took them to a local bridal shoe store and had them dyed to match the bridesmaid dresses. They were great and I didn't have to take them off the whole evening! I purchased all of the paper for the invitations from a local scrapbook store in Montreal, however most of the papers should be availble online at scrapbook.com. The brand I used most was "American Crafts". The blue cardstock is from Bazzil. I designed the program in photoshop and altered a digital patterned paper for the background. I had them printed a my local stationary store onto a nice white cardstock. I hope I answered all of your questions.
