Orella Ranch- crazy view of the ocean from a private ranch Rose Story Farms- a working rose farm with a craftsman house on the property La Pacifica Ballroom at the Four Seasons- super modern and about as close to the ocean as you can get in Santa Barbara In Santa Barbara I really like:

Their website isn't that upscale, but the views are amazing. www.fullmoonresort.com This is a place for a couple looking to have a more rustic mountain setting. You can get married in a streamside field, and they also have a rennovated barn you can use for your reception. They also have their own bar/lounge you can rent for the after party so people dont have to drive. There's also the Grandview in Poughkeepsie. As a vendor, it is one of my favorite places to work. Its beautiful, clean, the staff is cordial, and the food is amazing. It's also right on the Hudson River so everyone can "oohh" and "ahh" over the view. www.grandviewevents.com I believe their packages begin at $8,000 for a weekday wedding. We were married there in May or this year. It was the perfect location. Our rep there was excellent. Not one glitch. We choose looked into Blue Plate and Food For Thought. If you are looking for a venue in Charleston, SC, I reccomend the Society Hall. It has an elegant grand ballroom but it's half the cost of Hibernian Hall. Those first two venues are incredible.
