Wedding Details by Myrtle & Marjoram

When I was initially planning this new site design, I really wanted to focus on one thing...the details. I wanted every area to be thoughtfully designed so that you guys would have a really nice experience when you were browsing around.

Weddings are much the same. I've said it a million times but it really is "all in the details." So in honor of our new site, and all of its new details, I wanted to spend a week highlighting the beautiful details that our Little Black Book members...

Way back in March of 2007, we created this inspiration board for Maya, who was looking for help designing her...

Real Wedding, II

Here are a few more images and details from Nole's wonderful little wedding...

More details from Nole...

In order to stay in our budget, we kept our guest list to only our closest family and friends (around 50 people) and prioritized some wedding elements (such as food and photography) over others (such as floral arrangements). We also tried to do as many DIY projects as we could.

We made most of the big decisions pretty early on, including our color...

Real Wedding

I have to say, my favorite posts are those where loyal SMP readers are featured. Whether it's an inspiration board or a color a palette, a real wedding or simply an Ask Abby question, I love the sense of community that we are building here on Style Me Pretty.

One of our readers, Nole, emailed me back in January with questions about her upcoming wedding. It turns out that Nole's wedding went off without a hitch and she has generously offered to share some pictures and details with...

Cinematography by Living Cinema

I have to say, we really do have some of the world's best cinematographers listed in our Little Black Book. And lucky for us, he is sharing two of his new clips with us today!

The first is so utterly romantic...
