Wedding Invitations by Lilah Papers

Kalyn Denno recently emailed me about her invitation line, Lilah Papers and I swooned when I saw her work…

I love the combination of tradition and whimsy. And that lift ticket inspired save the date is just too cute. This next one, is all charm. The pink and chocolate combo, the pretty pattern on the envelope…it all comes together in a lovely, “tradition with a twist” style…

Kalyn has so many gorgeous designs up on her site, so definitely take a look when you have some time!

  3. What a pleasant surprise to discover Kalyn’s work featured on Style Me Pretty! It looks like she’s added so many great designs to her portfolio since the last time I used her services - each new project seems to get better and better.

  4. I’m swooning as well. This made it to my favorites instantly.

  5. hey, there, fellow graphic designers / brides!

what would you call the pattern used on the bottom left of the bottom photo? the diamond pattern? i’ve seen that used on several invites, now, and would like to incorporate it into mine… so i was looking for a vector, since i’d rather not guess about the dot spacing, etc.

    thoughts?

  6. Hi Jennifer,
I created this pattern using a dashed line and a step and repeat process in InDesign. I would call it a quilted pattern. I am not sure if you can find a pre-existing design like this or not, but happy searching and I hope this information helps :-)

    Thanks,
    Kalyn Denno
