We recently launched our Little Black Book Honolulu and one of my favorite new vendors, cakelava, just happens to design some of my favorite, island inspired cakes…
I love that they can design beautifully simplistic cakes OR crazy, over-the-top fun cakes. Each one seems like so much TLC went into the design and truly reflected the personality of the bride and groom. They have tons of additional photos on their website, so definitely take a look!

I second what alison said- great to see Hawaii represented on the blog.
These cakes are so amazing that it’s kinda making me second guess my choice to use cupcakes instead of a cake. That top right picture made my heart skip a beat!!!
