I just wanted to remind everyone over the weekend that we are having a Color Palette Contest here on Style Me Pretty! The challenge is to find one picture that completely inspires you…whether it’s a pretty picture from your favorite magazine, a snapshot that you took on a family vacation or just an image that you stumbled upon that you love. Anything goes. Then, create a color board inspired by that image!

More from Annette…
-My flower girl and ring bearer weer carried bird’s nests that I made myself using materials from Michael’s Arts & Crafts. They were about 6 bucks each. I also had a set of wings ;made by a designer on Etsy for my flower girl, which ended up costing about $30.
One of our loyal SMP readers, Annette, recently emailed me images from her gorgeous New York City wedding…and I was floored. Annette designed a wedding that could easily be featured in a magazine, all while sticking to an under $20,000 budget…a feat nearly impossible for a New York City affair!
