Our next wedding comes from Albert at Mulberry Photography…a wonderful photography studio out of Lake Tahoe. Before I share all of the fun details, I just have to show you guys these pictures. The colors, the details, the everything…
I’m sorry, but is that little bumblebee the cutest thing you have ever seen? Thank goodness Albert was kind enough to share a few details from this incredible event!
From Albert...
Emily and Scott mixed in their passion with their pleasures…from their Birds & Bee’s theme to their love of Punk Rock. The second reception kicked off with Emily shaving Scott’s head, unbeknownst to him for the arrival of the “surprise” punk rock band, that carried the evening well into the next morning! From handmade Bird Kites to the bees and birds hanging from all of the trees, these two shared their personal interests and background in a fun and interesting manner. It’s one people will not forget.
Here are some of the details from Emily…
The birds and the bees theme was my mom’s idea back when Scott and I first started dating..not for our wedding at the time, rather just excitement about me being an entomologist and him being the ornithologist. Scott and I wanted a nature themed wedding and this idea came back up 6.5 years later! It worked perfectly! We even named our tables by local birds and bees names.

Oh my gosh… amazingly adorable! I love the fact that they varied the table linen colors instead of having just one color throughout. I love their theme too. The little bumble bee is so cute! The fact that they were able to reflect their passions into their wedding in a whimsical way is fantastic!
