This is a never-ending deadline really:) We are ALWAYS looking for great, inspired weddings that offer a unique look at a traditional event.

We are doing a week of personality filled weddings, starting next week, so if you can get anything to me by then that would be great...but if not, NO WORRIES! We will have lots of real wedding features coming up!

This September we are getting married in Koblenz, Germany. The chapel was built in 1200, and after the ceremony we will be walking to a castle for the dinner/reception. The day after we are going on a Rhine River Cruise while stopping at a few wine festivals followed up with fireworks on the River. Two days after the wedding, our guests will be joining us in Munich for the first couple days of Oktoberfest!

Hi,
My FI and I are planning a pretty unique (and budget-conscious) second wedding in September. Although it is not at the beach, it will have a beachy feel with shades of aqua and sand (with a possible pop of hot pink). I'm wearing a gorgeous aqua gown (that I got for $39!!!). Instead of a traditional cake and cake-cutting, we are having small cakes on each table displayed on my collection of vintage cake plates as centerpieces. The flower girl will drop petals from a vintage metal sand pail and the ring bearer will carry our rings inside a beautiful (and real) seashell in shades of aqua and cream. We're going to ask our guests to choose our first dance by having them fill out a ballot with 4 or 5 song options placed at each place setting. We're having the wedding on a Friday evening in a garden followed by dinner and dancing at a hilltop restaurant with a great view. The best part? The next day our guests will be joining us for part two - the annual Light the Night walk at Angels Stadium to raise money for blood cancer research (I recently completed treatment for lymphoma). We're hoping to raise $10,000!

I'd love to pass this information to my friend who is getting married this summer. She is doing an eco-friendly party. What's the deadline?
