Wedding Flowers by Ameleah

I have had so many requests for additional photos of Ameleah's flowers, I thought that I would gather them up from previous posts and put them together so that you could see the overall style of the floral decor. Ameleah has also supplied a few more images for us, as well!

Thank you so much, Ameleah, for sharing this incredible wedding with us! I think that you have found your calling as a floral and event designer!

How beautiful! I am so inspired!

Ameleah, how did you make the garland on the chuppah? I have been searching high and low for a place to buy the greenery direct. Yours is just lovely!

Hi Kate! I purchased our greenery from http://www.theflowerexchange.com. They have several varieties of pre-made garland to choose from. I used two garlands in varied lengths made of different kinds of greenery on our arch.

the floral details are stunning and inspiring! you have a great eye for it =)

how were you able to manage doing your flowers for your wedding? were you exhausted? did you get help from family?

I LOVE the mens suits. . .where are they from?

Such an amazing wedding! Where did you get the adorable flowergirl dresses?

Ameleah, this is gorgeous. I have a question though, who arranged and set-up all the flowers for you?

Wow! My fiance and I just started wedding planning this weekend, and I am very glad that I happened to see your post. Thank you for the reminder of an absolutely gorgeous wedding on a budget.

Beatrice - yes, it was a lot of work, but so worth it to me. We never could have afforded to pay a florist to do everything.
Elizabeth - I ordered the flower girl dresses from www.shopbriarpatch.com, although, I don't know if they are still available. I ordered the brown sashes separately from jcrew.
Annette - Everyone pitched in to help with setting things up. I arranged all the centerpieces and other accent bouquets on the Thursday before the wedding. I decorated the arch on Friday and kept the entire thing in the garage at our ceremony site, then my fiancé and his groomsmen set up the ceremony area the morning of the wedding. My bridesmaids took care of the finishing touches like setting up the unity candles, setting out the programs, attaching the bouquets to the chairs along the aisle and scattering the petals down the aisle before the guests arrived. We had access to our reception location all day, so my family and my bridesmaids set up the decor there early on the morning of the wedding. My husband's family took care of setting up the rest of the ceremony like our refreshment table and our guestbook table. Of course I also had everything planned out to the last detail ahead of time and provided very specific instructions! Looking back, I wish I would have hired a day-of coordinator, but everyone was really great about me putting them to work.

How much did you spend on flowers when everything was said and done?

What a fabulous wedding! I am planning a wedding for the summer and have been searching for suits for the guys very similar to what the men wore at your wedding. . any advice on where I could find similar suits?

Ameleah, thank you so much for the information on shopbriarpatch. This will be much more reasonable for my, I kid you not, 5 flower girls!

So beautiful. We have a similar budget for our wedding and I'm hoping my DIY touches will turn out as nicely as yours. How many guests did you have?

I love your work Ameleah - you are very talented. I would love to know how you created the beautiful M & A wreaths.

I have spent countless hours looking at how I could order door initials like you have here. Coulod you let me know either how to make them OR where to order them...or would you make them?

lovelovelove the arch...I'm interested in the "rose petals"~ are they fresh ? My daughter is getting married this Aug.~ an outside wedding. We want to pre-scatter rose petals down the aisle..we want fresh, not sure where to buy them...where did you get so many? It's just so beautiful! Thanks!!
