Spring is in the air! Okay, it’s still in the thirties here in Boston, but I am trying to stay positive. So, what better way to celebrate spring, than to feature a yellow and white inspired wedding! Such a fresh and pretty palette, you can’t help but smile.
Karen Axel, at Tapestry Flowers, is one of my favorite florists. Her work is so fresh…playful when it should be, while still being oh-so-elegant and chic. You can see that TLC went into each and every piece that she designs…
Isn’t the yellow palette just perfect? It’s lighthearted and yet screams sophistication. This wedding took place in Half Moon Bay, California where the air is always crisp and the surroundings are stunning. Ha Le Events planned the day, while Michelle Walker photographed these lovely florals.
Where the ceremony decor was sweet and elegant, check out the reception decor…
It’s so fun and lively! I am a huge fan of the japanese lanterns for any decor, particularly this one. The centerpieces are amazing, with the citrus accents and blocks of color. And can we talk about the table chandeliers dripping with flowers? Um, amazing.
I have one more wedding from Karen at Tapestry so stay tuned! In the meantime, check out Tapestry’s website…it’s filled with stunning color palettes and brilliant decor ideas.
Ohhhh,I love this wedding! Crisp & clean, but warm and enchanting! (PS:if it's any consolation, it's even 30 degrees, windy & wet in Texas, too!)
Thanks for sharing Karen's talent with everyone! I've long been a fan of her work, and love to check in on her website now and then to see what she has done lately...it's so wonderful to find other designer's that inspire you! That pictures above are sunny, happy and absolutely stunning.
F.I.E.R.C.E!
I absolutely adore every bit of this. Thanks for all the great inspiration on your site. It's just genius!
This wedding is gorgeous and the colors are amazing. I do have to say that this wedding isn't cheap, lots of brides cant afford this.
I love the lemons down the center of the table. What an awesome idea.
Gorgeous!
