As I was working on our Portland Little Black Book, I stumbled across the most adorable cake company that I have seen in a while...Bakery Bar. Purple Inspiration

Although I struggled a bit with yesterday's board, Danielle over Oh Happy Blog did a brilliant job at creating a purple inspired board for her client... I think that this is more likely the direction that our bride wanted to go in. And I have to say, although purple really isn't one of my favorite colors, I think this totally works. Purple Color Palette

Wow...you guys made some great suggestions. I particularly love the idea of infusing the palette with a bit of raspberry. There is just something about the red/pink hues that suggests warmth and romance.
