Today is all about being a bride. A drop dead gorgeous bride. I wanted to let you guys know what my picks were from this past week’s Fall runway shows. The gowns were, in a word, stunning. One part wispy and romantic, one part edgy and sophisticated…most of the looks were well designed and created for a bride that wants to be both beautiful and perhaps a bit sexy.

So first, I wanted to start with the super wearable pieces that I fell in love with, designed by some of the major industry players…

How beautiful are these dresses? So ethereal and romantic. And yet at the same time, they all have a little somethin-somethin that makes them more than just a simple sheath.

Later today, I am going to talk about my picks from some of the smaller designers…those great up and comers that are putting out such thoughtfully designed pieces. I can’t wait to share my favorites! And, after that, I have some really brilliant picks for those not-so-wearable, but oh-so-cool gowns.
