The really boring bad weddings tend to be the ones with the &#039;cookie-cutter&#039; food.  People are still talking about the amazing food at my wedding, and it was ages ago. Even though we (I) obsess over the little details, people tend to remember the main dish vs all of the DIY details. (I&#039;ll still keep making them for my clients and friends though, I can&#039;t help myself, they&#039;re too much fun ; )
