New Look!

update...And the WINNER of the Inspiration Board is Kelly's Vintage Inspired Glam board. Congrats, Kelly!! I have also picked an SMP winner. I think that you all can guess by now, that Avalon has taken the cake, in my book. That is not to say that I don't have a ton of other favorites. Thanks to everyone that participated. The boards exceeded my expectations in so many ways, and I am forever grateful to have such wonderful and inspired readers.

Since today is officially a holiday, and I am feeling like soaking every last drop of this weather up, I am going to quickly tell you about some site updates, rather than writing a formal post. As you can probably tell, the site had a little bit of a make-over...and I am loving it! Here are some highlights...

-We now have a section devoted completely to Inspiration Boards (or click on the inspiration board to the left). I have chosen my favorite boards and have asked each of the designers to tell us a little bit more about the wedding that they are envisioning, along with a list of sources as to where we can get some of the great finds that they featured on their board. This section will continue to change so that you can have a behind the scenes look at some of the prettiest inspiration boards.

-I have also added an "Abby Loves" section...my five favorite posts over the past seven months. Sometimes, it is simply too difficult to sift through everything, so I have done the dirty work for you. I hope you enjoy this look back at some of SMP's shining moments!

-You also might notice that the categories are now at the top of the page. Actually, they are at the top and on the side. Those along the top, are the most read categories...easy access to your favorite topics. All of the categories however, can still be found towards the bottom of the left side panel.

I have a few more changes coming up in the near future...but I need YOUR help. I am in the process of creating a little black book of sorts...an edited list of chic, oh-so stylish vendors in your area. But, I want to make sure that I cover those areas that our readers are actually in. So, if you could send a quick email to abby@abbyjeanpress.com with the following information (you can cut/paste), good things will come your way! I promise!
